Cute, cozy, and well-curated home goods store with a great selection if you’re browsing for decor or gifts. The space itself is really inviting, yet small. That said, my coffee experience fell short: it was heavy on the milk, my syrup was forgotten, and the latte itself lacked the flavor I expected — and true coffee lovers can tell by the picture how a coffee is going to taste 😅.
Even if the café is supplemental to the shopping experience, it’s still part of what you offer (and what customers pay for), and customers are entitled to provide honest feedback. I don’t appreciate responses that dismiss critiques or subtly pressure customers to reconsider their star rating — reviews exist precisely to share honest experiences, and small businesses are not exempt from critique.
I hope the team can take constructive feedback in stride, rather than framing it as a personal attacks or asking customers “to be more human.” Feedback is how any business grows. Do better.
