It’s easy to see why Stow has been added to the Michelin Guide. The food is confident and well judged, using seasonal ingredients and letting flavour do the work rather than relying on gimmicks. Every dish felt deliberate and properly executed.
The atmosphere strikes a great balance between relaxed and refined, and the service is polished without being stiff — attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm.
A seriously good restaurant and a well-deserved recognition. One of the places in Manchester that actually lives up to the praise.
