Google
Really cool place! The free tour (free beer included) is a perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Roadkill, the tour guide, is awesome and makes the experience so much fun. Highly recommend going here if you’re looking for something to do in the area.

Google
Im new to the area (3 weeks) and had a craving for pizza and found this place @ campus805. Pizza was good and beer was solid. Had lots of options to choose from. The bartender , Ollie , was super cool and had some great hair too! Will definitely be back!

Google
I'm very picky when it comes to beer but this place didn't disappoint! Belgian double, imperial maibock and double coffee Stout were all on point! Czech pils was good too but the others were flawless. Service was nice too but I was in during a slow time. Good prices and vibe. Will be back for the other beers soon!

Google
Nice taproom with ~20 beers on draft. Good atmosphere and you can see the brewhouse while you eat & drink. The Monkeynaut IPA that I had fresh on draft was waaaaaay better than the ones I’ve tried in cans elsewhere.

Straight to Ale is hands down one of the best spots in Huntsville for great food, drinks, and atmosphere. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this place delivers every time. The Asian Fried Ribs are absolutely out of this world; crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. They alone are worth the trip. Pair them with one of their signature craft beers or cocktails, and you’ve got the perfect meal. The space itself is fun and energetic, with a cool industrial vibe and plenty of seating options, both inside and out. The staff is friendly, laid-back, and clearly passionate about what they do. If you’re looking for a unique Huntsville experience with great food, local brews, and a welcoming vibe, Straight to Ale should be at the top of your list. Can’t wait to go back!

Google
I loved it here! The service was excellent, the first waitress we had gave amazing recommendations based on my first couple beer choices and offered samples so I could narrow down which one I wanted and nailed my flavor profile. She was just delightful, so we came back a second time. The large pretzel was one of the best I’ve ever had with great beer cheese sauce, nice and warm (not like it had been sitting out). The salad on the menu was tasty and very fresh. The cheese curds were hot and fresh and delicious. My friend ordered the jerk chicken tacos and enjoyed them. The kids chicken tenders and fries were delightful as well. Make sure you check out the back patio on a nice day, we didn’t find it until the second time! A very cool space and tasty food. I also got some cans to go, which she grabbed for me and put right on my tab.

Google
Had our work Christmas Party at Straight to Ale! Always a great time with good food, drinks and atmosphere! If you have not been here you are missing out. Plenty of craft beer and liquors to try. They only serve their brands so don’t come looking for your favorite from a big company, come looking to try local! You will not be disappointed!

First time here, server Makayla recommended the cuban sandwich and it was delicious! Best I ever had! Definitely recommended!!

Yelp
An amazing venue in a super cool space in Huntsville- love that this used to be a school. And now it's something for everyone! Food, drinks, music, food, comedy -- Definitely check it out.

Yelp
Needed to update my review with pictures! We love straight to ale and the ambiance of the old school house. Waiters were super friendly and attentive, food came out quickly. My grilled cheese was a little greasy for my taste - not my favorite Burger - my husband said it was good just needed some sauce Smokestack - friends said it was "pretty good" (whatever that means lol) I love their hand cut fries, they're addictive! Beers are fair (I prefer Yellowhammer beers), however depends on your preference here. I'd like to explore of their menu.

Yelp
This is one of the first places I like to go when I stop in Huntsville. Located in the outfitted high school, Campus 805, Straight to Ale - Ale's Kitchen is a brewery and restaurant. I don't care for their cocktails but their beers are pretty good, brewed right in the "gymnasium" next door. However, this is one of the only restaurants where I always order two entrees - usually the Kimchi pork tacos and the Jamaican jerk chicken tacos. Each has different unique flavors and I like to pour on this chili lime vinaigrette salad dressing they offer. Yum! Needless to say, when I'm in Huntsville, I go Straight to Ale!

Yelp
This place is awesome. The atmosphere is like being in highschool again. Walk into the front door then to the right there is the gym, through the gym it is connected to the back patio. We set in the back patio, had to go up to the bar for service. Drinks were good, food was amazing. I had Asian Ribs & Fries. The ribs were super tender and comes right off from the bones, a little crispy where there is no sauce on it. Full of flavors so I would probably like it without the sauce on it!

Yelp
Visited here twice during a trip to Huntsville. Food was delicious and beer was great. Root beer on tap is a plus for families. Staff was super friendly and told us about the area.

Yelp
Food is delish! My favorite is the tacos! Go to fresh brew is the chill pill. Service is great!

Yelp
On my top two of breweries in Huntsville. Been here several times, and somehow I missed reviewing it. Great location with always plenty of parking available. Nice big taproom, as well as a nice patio that they setup with heaters in winter and open it up with fans in the summer. Always a good selection of brews, plus they distill liquor as well and post about different seasonal cocktails on their social media. The food options are pretty good, and rarely disappoint. The only gripe I have is I fell in love with their pizza the first time I visited, but just had it again last week and it fell flat. Otherwise the food has always been quite satisfying.

Yelp
Great food and beer, and a really cool location being in an old school. Quick service, and good cocktails too. What's not to love?

Yelp
Checked out Campus 804 while visiting a friend in town and settled on this spot for our meal. We wanted a burger and a beer and they delivered. Classic bar spot in a no frills space with great service and really good beer - I loved the pilsner they offered. The burger was hearty and delicious and prices were good. What's not to like?

Yelp
The fact that Straight to Ale is located in the old Stone Middle School that I used to attend brings back some nostalgia. The food was pretty good. I had the Nauty Cuban and fries. The sandwich was really good, but the fries came out on the cooler side. I did eat them however, because it took a decent amount of time for the meal to come out. While we waited on the food, a couple appetizers, fries pickles and a BAMF pretzel, were ordered and shared amongst the group and they were good. We did have a party of 8 so they may have been part of it. The waitress did well at keep our drinks refilled and making sure we had what we needed while we waited. I have ate here before and had the El Diablo burger with fries and it was very good and no issues. I'll definitely go back and give it another try.

Yelp
I love the place. This is one of most laid back places in all of Huntsville. The staff is amazing. They are always upbeat ready to help. But the most important part is the food which is just as amazing as the staff. I get the Asia Ribs whenever I come here. It's their top 3 selling items. To complement the food they have an amazing selection of beers and liquor which are distilled/brewed in Huntsville. Since this is considered an entertainment district you may ask the waiter for a to go drink, whether it's beer or liquor and wonder around. Usually on the weekend they have some type of event, such as live music.

Yelp
I am so happy I decided to have lunch here. I almost passed because of some not so great reviews and checked brewery down the road first which had a horrible vibe and very high food prices. Decided to just give Straight to Ale a try and it was top notch. The service was personable, down to earth and attentive. The bartender was very knowledgeable about the beers and made sure I enjoyed my meal. The IPA was delicious- I wish I was not driving back to Nashville after lunch or I would have had more. The grilled cheese was stuffed full with cheese and toppings and so good. I visit Huntsville a few times a year and will be back without hesitation.

Yelp
I met my sorority sisters here yesterday evening and we had a nice time. I went to STA about 5 years ago, for a work team building gathering at which we shared a large number of appetizers and enjoyed them all! I recall the giant pretzel with the cheese dip being a big hit! It certainly is jumbo and is served with monkeynaut mustard and bro jo beer cheese dip. Yesterday, my sisters shared the house made BBQ chips, the Montreal poutine, and the Asian ribs and fries. Everyone raved about the poutine, which was nearly gone by the time I arrived, and they loved the ribs, too! Everyone enjoyed their beer flights, and the restaurant itself, was clean, well-organized and the staff were efficient and friendly. They have a really good-sized patio in the back which has heavy duty plastic coverings and large space heaters, making it really comfy this time of year and we passed a couple of video games and a monkeynaut cut out where you could put your face where the monkey's face would be for a photo, which was cute. They offer a lot of STA merchandise (t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.). Why no 5th star? It's my personal preference, I don't drink beer. I asked about their wine selections, and they only had 2: a red blend and a chardonnay. Their chardonnay, described as "Sassy and full of herself...gardenia blossoms burst from her...hat...she hasn't seen a lot of oak, but she's mature," was really bad! Not in terms of oxidation, it was just flavorless. I choked down a couple of these bad $6 glasses and called it a day. Also, I'm not sure if there's anything they can do about the sinks in the ladies' restrooms (please see picture) but they are kinda gross. They actually made me feel I was back in middle school, with all the stains on them! They likely are the original sinks from when Campus 805 was Stone Middle School. Still, not a deal-breaker, just not squeaky clean.

Yelp
Great, fun atmosphere for drinks with friends, coworkers, etc. Service was pretty good and food was decent as well. The Nauty Cuban was tasty. However, the salad tasted pretty blah. Not bad.
google avatar

Yelp
Good food, good beer, and lots of fun. We got the pepperoni pizza, naughty Cuban sandwich, monkey naught beer, and watermelon wheat ale. Ambience was fun and lively. The speakeasy smelled like stale beer so we sat outside and had a much better experience. We took our 7 year-old and he had a good time. We'd go back again.

Yelp
I know you're wondering who goes to a brewery and orders a salad?... well I did while the rest of the group enjoyed flights. I was pleasantly shocked at how great the Asian fusion jerk chicken salad was!
google avatar

Yelp
They have some of the best beer brewed in Huntsville. They've been around for ten + years and they have a great selection of beer. Their location is in an old school building. They have indoor and outdoor seating in the back. They brew their beer in the old gymnasium. You can walk into it and take a look at the brewery. And, oh by-the-way, they serve some of the most amazing burgers in Huntsville. Do yourself a favor and go get a burger and a beer, you won't be disappointed.

Yelp
If I have to suggest this place to anyone else then may be I won't. I am not around from this place so not sure how big is this place. The location and ambiance was great. It's located in renovated high school gym with a brewery and huge place to sit and drink. The beer they have was like I never tasted such a beer ever. I dint like any sample I had. Not sure who is brewing the beer. May be they may have to rediscover there beer recipe. Even cocktails weren't great. We tried the whiskey flights and we only liked the original one they distilled. We even ordered food and that was avg too. Service was quick and good But I can say this one thing - THEY HAVE THE BEST SHORT RIBS ever. Everyone should definitely try this out.

Yelp
Three of us came on a weekday evening for dinner. We decided to eat inside in front bar area because it was nearly empty (outside looked booked). I got the grilled cheese with a side salad instead of fries. The grilled cheese was a bit bland. Salad was not cold. Dressing was returned. It did not taste honey mustard. I ended up getting the Asian dressing which was better. One of my friends got the big salad and loved it. Service was perfect.
google avatar

Tiffany T.

Yelp
When we walked up there was a nice outside bar. We decided to walk through the brewery to check it all out. When we returned to the outside bar the bartender did not greet us and was smoking a cigarette after waiting a couple minutes we left and went back inside. The bartenders there were knowledgeable and helpful. We loved their tequila and wanted to get a bottle to go. They didn't have any for re sale it's a small distillery and they were out. We got their vodka instead. We would return.

Yelp
What a cool location! Located in an old school the place is absolutely massive. They use the old gym to do their brewing and it's bookended by an indoor bar and outdoor back patio. They kept the old bathroom doors which is such a cute nod to its former tenants. The food was just as delicious as the beer and wine! The school has other businesses including a winery which they serve in the taproom. There also happens to be an arcade in the building! Seriously, this is such an incredible repurpose and I wish Nashville would embrace the reuse/recycle model instead of bulldoze/rebuild. Next time we're in Huntsville, I am definitely coming back to check out the entire complex and will absolutely grab another drink at Straight to Ale!
google avatar

Yelp
This is a great location! And of course one of the stops for Huntsville's Craft Beer Trail. I highly recommend sitting on the back patio. Only annoying part is you have to go to the bar to order. I tried their frosé. It's a frozen wine drink, very refreshing for the summer. I got their kimchi pork tacos and spicy slaw. Great flavor and seasonings! I highly recommend trying their food. Great presentation and it comes out relatively quick. We even got to see the fireworks from where we were sitting for an added bonus!

Yelp
Stopping by STAB was definitely one of the highlights of my recent trip to Huntsville, AL! This was my first stop. I met a nice local and she gave me the layout of the area. There's several breweries and bars all within working distance. Pretty cool! Since this is the case , the bartenders will ask you if you would like a plastic cup to walk around with. I opted for the plastic cup filled with Monkeynaut IPA( it was just ok ... not my favorite). They have a nice beer /wine/ cocktail selection. There's something for everyone! Now on to the food. Of course being fresh off the road , I was starving. It didn't take me long to decide on a burger(add bacon) and fries. The food menu had many options that all sound so yummy. My food didn't take long to come out so this is always a plus! I ordered my burger med well. I would order it medium in the future from here. The food was very good!! The shifts were changing over while I was here so I dealt with two different bartenders/servers. Both were ok. Dear heavens ! The restroom had to be the weakest link of this entire visit. It certainly could use some TLC. I recommend added this spot to your list when you visit Huntsville. I enjoyed my time here! The atmosphere here is chill and the back patio is really nice.

Yelp
We started off our visit to Huntsville here.... well, after visiting the US Space and Rocket Center. This is a large brewery and taproom. It's in an old school, and it is one of 5 breweries within walking distance. Glad we started here. I loved the Monkeynaught IPA. Had to get a shirt! Friendly people. Nice space -- outdoor space as well. We started the Huntsville Beer Trail here, and eventually got to all 10 breweries and picked up our lovely bottle opener. Totally worth it for 2 days of great beer. P.S. Get Done Dill and Stout at the Devil if you can!!

Yelp
Me and my friends were attending a wrestling event in Huntsville and we decided to meet up here to eat before we headed to the area. Never knew this whole building used to be a school which I should've known just by walking around and seeing the lockers. Almost made me feel like I was back in high school lol. There's more businesses than just restaurant which is worth looking around. I ended up getting a cheeseburger with bacon and the burger itself was good and the fresh cut fries would've been good except for the amount of salt added onto the fries. I love my food season, but not too much that I can't eat it.
google avatar

Christine F.

Yelp
We enjoyed stopping here for a flight and a snack midday on a Saturday. The building where the brewery and taproom is located is fun place to poke around and explore. I think Straight to Ale's IPAs are delicious and IPA isn't even my favorite style of beer. We sat at the bar and the staff were fast and friendly. There were a ton of staff working, too. The highlight for me was the Rikki Tikki IPA; so many breweries get too heavy-handed mixing fruit and beer, but the mango notes didn't overpower the hops. It's one of the best fruity IPAs I've ever tasted. We got some fried pickles for a snack that went along great with the beer. Loved the vibe and would definitely be back for more brews.

Yelp
Place is cool. This is located in an old middle school and the gym is the actual location where the micro beers are located. The meal was reasonable and reasonably priced. Would have been five stars if they had had enough staff. The staff they had was wonderful and it wasn't there fault they were so short but waiting to get more drinks and then over 10 minutes for a check because three other tables orders came out is a staffing issue. It was a wed night however so I would not let this stop you from giving it a shot. Note: the middle school as tons of other things also within in - there is a speakeasy bar (hidden behind a sliding set of middle school lockers) on the same floor, another bar where you pour your own drinks and pay by the ounce, and upstairs axe throwing (just to name a few of the things there) so when you go, don't forget to wonder!

Yelp
Good food, decent beer selection. We had a big party so we had to sit in the patio. Sitting in the patio means you have to order first, take a number outside, and wait for your food. If you want to order more, you have to come around and do it again. Not having a waiter makes things a little inconvenient, and depending on the weather, sitting outside isn't always ideal either. Overall though, I really enjoyed my kimchi tacos, and a few of the other tacos I tried from my friends were also good.
google avatar

Carolee L.

Yelp
Great customer service. Good selection of beers. Good atmosphere. Other breweries nearby to walk to. I'm not a huge beer connoisseur, but I really liked the Sundress & the Strawberry Cider. Hubby got Lilly Flag, Summertime Shuckin, Oops all Pink, & The Sichuation. The Lily Flagg was creamy as a cream ale & I liked it. Oops All Pink he said tasted like a jolly rancher. Personally, I like sours for the first couple sips, then it starts to just taste like vomit. (Sorry). Definitely will be coming back. Good food selection of Bavarian pretzels to tacos, pizza, ribs, sammies & burgers.

Yelp
I have always loved their beer, so when I was able to visit their brewery, I was super excited. Straight to Ale is a 45,000 square foot brewery with an inside seating that has a counter bar as well as outside seating with heaters in the winter and a counter bar. The outside seating area backs up to a large grassy field which is perfect for laying out a blanket, throwing a football or just having the kids run around. Some of my favorite Straight to Ale beers are their Brother Joseph Dubbel Belgian Ale and their Stout At the Devil.

Yelp
This was our second trip in--the first time was GREAT and I should have written my Yelp review then. This past visit was not good at all. We sat at the bar (a Saturday night, was not that busy). Our bartender was probably one of the most apathetic bartenders I have ever had. Everything was "eh, okay" with him. I don't think the tone or pitch of his voice ever changed. "Eh, okay. I guess I can get that for you." ??? We ordered appetizers. I really was craving chicken wings, so we got the wings and fries. OMG those were the worst wings I have ever had. They had a very funky, not-fresh-might-be-spoiled kind of taste. The fries were okay but lukewarm when they arrived. Needless to say, we did not eat the wings. We ordered the pretzel and it is huge. And how can you go wrong with warm/hot dough with a dipping sauce? Overall, I wanted to be happier here again but this second visit just did not live up to our expectations or memories from the first time.

Yelp
Although we arrived at 6:30 on a Saturday, we had no problem finding an open table. We had to go to the bar to get menus. It took a little while but we finally did get a server. To be fair, he turned out to be fantastic - super knowledgeable about the menu and really quite funny! We ordered the beer cheese nachos and the bacon wrapped pretzel bites. It took quite a long time to get our food. Unfortunately, it wasn't worth the wait. Frankly, both apps were awful. The nachos were pitiful - nondescript chips drowned in cheese sauce with a few jalapeños slices thrown on top. It's hard to go wrong with bacon but the pretzel bites were just wrong. The soft pretzels acted as a sponge for the bacon grease. The pool of sriracha sauce they were drowning in didn't help either. After another wait, we finally got our burgers and fries. The hubby and I shared a bistro burger and an order of original Montreal poutine. The burger was juicy and delicious - the Fred Bread bun was a special touch. The poutine fell flat. The fresh fries were crisp and delicious but the cheese was more more like cheese globs versus the cheese curds. The gravy wasn't anything special either - we would have been much better off sticking to the regular fries that came with the burger. The other diners in our group raved about their burgers. Only one guy at our table was able to eat the whole thing (and he said he wasn't hungry until lunch the next day!) I do want to try again. I'm just thinking how well a Bavarian pretzel would go with an icy Monkeynaut!

Yelp
This was an interesting place. It's located in the old Stone Middle School building. Parking can get tight but we got lucky and found a spot (and this was during the week). There is memorabilia from the school still up which I enjoyed and I appreciate that much of the original building of the school is still in its original state. The menu had a wide variety of choices: pizza, salads, sandwiches, burgers, and a few other options. There was also a wide selection of drinks: cocktails and different types of beer. We had a large party and everyone ordered something different - tacos, pizza, burgers, fries, etc. It seemed that everyone felt the same about their food. It was just ok, not bad, but nothing over the top either. We ordered a few drinks and the drinks were not made as described on the menu. The service was struggling. You order your food and/or drink at the bar and and food ordered is delivered to your table. The server seemed a bit abrasive when we requested a fork (to eat the salad that she delivered) and when we asked for napkins. It was all of our first times there so we didn't know we were to grab our own utensils and napkins at the bar. All in all... there are many options on this campus so next time I'll likely try another location on campus in hopes for better food, drinks and service.

Yelp
This is a pretty casual brewery restaurant. You seat yourself and service comes to greet you and take your order. The food menu is not too big--mainly tacos, burgers, and pizzas--and most things can be tailored to specific requests. My friend is vegetarian and had a burger but substituted the meat for fried egg instead. I had El Diablo burger and it was really good. The fries were homemade from what I could tell. My burger was a little spicy as it had jalapeños and jalapeño verde sauce. The caramelized onions added a sweet balance to the spiciness. In terms of the beer, it was alright but I think my taste is subjective and perhaps they serve something I'd like but didn't try.

Yelp
Did the flight had four different beers all were very good enjoyed them also got the pretzel wrapped bacon the sauce on it they were very good very good service great atmosphere

Yelp
Great place! Good beer but I think the best part about this place is the service. The customer service is exemplary!

Yelp
If you're looking for a great patio, rocking poutine, and good drinks, straight to ale brewing is your place. In a tragic turn of events, my photo of the delicious poutine we got was beyond blurry. So you'll just have to believe me when I say it was loaded with cheese curds and that the fries were perfectly crispy crunchy. 10/10 We ordered a flight, for the abridged version the oatmeal stout was fantastic. Would recommend. Tasted like a moon pie Great vibes, dog friendly patio, and the fries were second to none. Give em a try!

Yelp
Great food and festy vibes! I recommend the Diablo burger - it was fire. It's also in a cool location - it looked as though it was converted from an old school. Good vibes.

Yelp
This is part of the Campus 805 complex in Huntsville where I believe they took an old high school and turned it into a complex with a ton of local breweries, bars, restaurants, etc. Creative idea and this place is a must try if you're in the area. The main bar was packed and we couldn't get a table so they asked if we wanted to try the speakeasy. We said sure and were taken to a bar that you'd pass by a thousand times and never notice unless someone showed you it was there. Service was really friendly have they have a good selection of beers, rather than mostly IPAs at some places. I had their pilsner and enjoyed that but it was a tough choice. They have an extensive food menu that goes way beyond your normal bar fare. I also had their version of a Cuban sandwich (with pulled pork and ham) and was really impressed. I'm a native Floridian and was a little leery of their Cuban but it was excellent and the portion was so large I was barely able to finish it. I'd be here regularly if I lived in Huntsville and I'd come back here if I was in the area again.

Yelp
We had a great lunch here. Had the black ipa which was very good. Destiny was our bartender and server. She was very sweet and had great recommendations. We had The bacon wrapped pretzels, Cuban sandwich, jerk chicken tacos (had a great kick

Yelp
Is this place ever not busy?? That is a good testament to what they are producing here! I arrived at 5:30 PM on a Tuesday night and it was already at 75% capacity. Tonight I had the Montreal Poutine - comfort food utopia! The fries were fantastic, the cheese curds, however, were way too salty, the gravy and the added Angus roast beef were superb! I also added a side of creamy coleslaw, which for creamy coleslaw it had quite a bit of "tang" (vinegar) to it; it was OK, but I would not order the slaw again. For beer I had a flight with Monkeynaut (my go-to), Stop Work 689 (tasty and refreshing), Bobbingtons Pub Ale (solidly British), and Parkview Porter (spot-on, creamy porter with just the right amount of depth).

Yelp
I've been here a few times and can't believe I haven't written a review yet. Love the general feel of the entire area this is located (in an old school that has been converted to various breweries/distilleries/arcade). They have a good assortment of brews that are their own. I typically go for a lager, cider or stout (I know all over the place). Currently my favorite is the: Stout At The Devil - OATMEAL STOUT ABV: 7.8% IBU: 21.7 SRM: 26 Suggested Temperature: 50 - 55 Degrees Fahrenheit Pair best with: Barbecued Beef or Chocolate Espresso Cake Stout at the Devil is an oatmeal stout brewed with Sea Salt Caramel Coffee. Dark and robust, this brew finishes with hints of caramel and strong coffee notes. And really, is there anything that bacon doesn't make better - Bacon Wrapped Pretzel Bites as an APP are the best way to start bite-sized pretzel pieces wrapped in bacon with honey-sriracha & bro jo cheese dip $9.50 For food (main entree) it's hard to beat the - El Diablo Burger 1/2lb angus beef, cheddar cheese, grilled onions, jalapeños, jalapeño verde sauce, crispy tortilla strips & sriracha on a fredbread bun $11.00 Really like this place a lot! Wish it was closer to home so I could try some more of the menu items.

Yelp
I love straight to L brewing, the ubiquitous monkeynaut is a can't fail choice. So when I come here I always get the Kimchi Pork tacos, I think they are one of the best things here. However tonight, a warning from the wise, you might want to order these without the jalapeños. That's the only reason I didn't give them a five star. I'm in pain. Love this place.

Yelp
I took a mental health day from my job to visit a spot my brother took me to a two years ago when I came to visit for a convention. I remember eating, drinking, hitting the arcade and then going axe throwing and enjoying the hell out of myself. I cannot remember what I ordered last time but I remember him encouraging me to get an ale and a burger which this time I did. I got the Joseph ale and a bistro burger, medium well. I sat outside on the patio and the bartender told me it would be a 45 minute wait for my food which I was fine with, I had nowhere to be, and nothing to do for the day. I was by myself so I didn't mind when a couple that ordered the same time as me, got their food first. It wasn't until after the 2nd, 3rd and 4th family that arrived between 5-20 minutes after me, got their food before me that red flags began to raise. Now I could understand that since I was alone, maybe they prioritized their food over mine. But the bartender told me that that my burger was ready but they were waiting on my fries to be done. I looked over and the families that arrived after me ordered the same thing but got their food before me and it was kind of irritating. The burger with the fried onions was really good, tbh it doesn't need the bacon to add to the experience of flavors. Or condiments. The fries were fried to perfection and had the right amount of seasoning as well. The ale I ordered was just right and complemented my meal really well. The campus which the restaurant is apart of is really cool, it has a speak east, arcade, axe throwing spot, and an assortment of other interesting locations as well.

Yelp
Such a fun place. Beers were great, I tried a lot of different ones so it's hard to list them all. My husband is gluten free so he did hard cider and those were awesome too, he especially liked a mango habanero cider that they had. I got a burger and it was SO good. My husband got the nachos that were really just ok. The beer cheese is very thin, and there weren't really any toppings. Cute outdoor place to sit with the family. Will be back!!

Yelp
We went here for dinner and a beer. It was a great choice! They have a great bar food menu, including burgers, tacos, poutine, salads, and pizzas. We were greeted promptly by a friendly and helpful server. We started with the giant pretzel - yummy! My husband chose the veggie burger, which was really tasty. The fresh cut fries that came with it were perfect. I had the pork on pork tacos - delicious. The homemade bbq chips that I had with them were delicious. We also enjoyed the oatmeal stout with our meal. This place is in an old middle school and is attached to a pinball game room and other restaurants. There was also porch seating.

Yelp
There's plenty of parking in the area but I suggest you get there kind of early. Straight to Ale is in the gymnasium of an old school and the rest has been turned into different bars, and arcade, and whatnot! Definitely some of the cooler vibes and creativities I've seen in a while. There is a large selection of beers to choose from, all with great names and awesome artwork!! We did flights so we could get the most options! There is also house liquors which I thought was super cool! Like the beer the food is delicious and it has a plethora of cool names to suit! We got the bacon wrapped bites - OMG! What an explosion of flavor! The food and beer are reasonably priced. Definitely no complaints there. The staff was awesome . We tried to buy Austin's shirt but he wasn't having it haha. We did settle for some actual merch though- stickers, shirts, and a glass! Definitely a vibing spot! I'm sure we will find our way back by the end of the year. There was an outside patio but we sat at the bar, with a great view haha. We loved it!

Yelp
Just stopped in for a pretzel and beer. Service was great and good/beer/cider was great. Bartender cracked me up. I got the cider, which was amazing. But once I got the pretzel it did not pair well. Told him, he was 'yea, wondered about that'! My bad.

Yelp
I ate from here during lunch on a Tuesday. The food and service was amazing!!! The regular poutine fries and the sticky ribs are so amazing! Fresh and piping hot. The ribs were a nice size and lightly fried which gave them even more flavor. I was surprised at how when I picked up a rib the meat literally slid off the bone. They are that tender!!! This was my first time eating here but I will be back asap!
