We went to Straightaway on a Friday afternoon on a recommendation from a Jam on Hawthorne employee. We're SO GLAD we went! The Signature Flight was fantastic, and with the included snacks, it's WELL worth $20. I love that you can take cocktails home with you - we bought 3 boxes of the small cans :) Cait and Hannah are both kind, attentive, and informative - they made us feel welcome. Thank you for helping us have a great roommate day! We will definitely be returning customers.

Got a chance to check out Straightaway on my way to Portland on the plane. I liked their old fashion so much that the flight attendants noticed and they told me about the tasting room. Met a friend here, and we had an amazing time. The gentleman who helped us was so patient and knowledgeable. He helped us navigate the menu, and I decided on their flight. I let him pick the ones that I wanted, and they did not disappoint. My favorite part was the fact that you got little snacks with each of them. Each of the snacks had a unique taste, and they were locally made! My favorite was the lintiq that had a little something special to it that made it way too easy to sip, and so of course, I had to take a bottle home! The tasting room was like stepping back in time with the velvet covered seats and gold. They do close at 8 pm, so be aware. Also, if you check in on Yelp, they give you a free sparkling cocktail. Do it early as once they do last call, it's last call. So, I will be back to use that cocktail coupon!

Great little place to try some interesting cocktails. Our server was very upbeat and helpful. They had three takes on the Negroni this time. I was able to taste the Tequila And Whiskey spin, but went with the Gin. Tried my wife's Espresso Martini which was excellent too.

I popped in to have a light lunch and a drink while my bike was being repaired across the street and found this place to be very friendly. Their gingery mocktail has a tart and spicy bite that pairs well with the vegan hot dog. I won't hold it against the management that they offered ketchup and yellow mustard for the dog...bleah... It's a friendly and swanky local cocktail joint.

Great class and outstanding instructors. Fun atmosphere and learned a lot about the cocktails we created. Highly recommend!
