Pretty disappointed as a whole by this place.
Came here with a large group of 8 folks, looking forward to hanging out for a bit, having some beers, and finding a good time. Well, I was able to hang out, have some beers, and neglected to find that good time.
The beers are just... weird. Even my IPA-loving friends were a little put-out by them. I tried 4 or 5 different beers, all of which were just not that good. Cherry Kriek was just straight up nasty. I swear the pale ales were the same dang beer, which was just okay. Grapefruit IPA was alright. I just got the feeling that they were trying too hard to make something unique and different, and just missed the mark continuously.
The beers I can look past, as hey, each their own! But the staff was beyond ridiculous. When we got there, it was us 8, and 4 other people TOTAL in the entire place. Yet it took 15 minutes to get everyone a beer. Everyone was just slow slow slow. It only got worse as the place started filling up.
We went outside for a bit to enjoy the nice weather and play some horseshoes. Came back in a half hour later to a crowd of ~30 people. The brewery was not even close to being able to handle it. There were two bartenders, neither of which seemed too concerned with doing much more than talking to a single person, randomly pouring a beer, and then ignoring the other 95% of the customers. I waited with a half dozen other people in a line, and the staff never once acknowledged us. My friend even tried catching their attention a couple times, they locked eyes with him, didn't say a word, and continued about their day doing God knows what. Seriously, both of them just stood there and didn't do anything for minutes at a stretch. I don't know if they were just overwhelmed, incompetent, disinterested, or a combo of all 3, but they were awful.
So couple a completely uncaring and bad staff with mediocre beers, and you have me never coming back.
