Everyone was kind, polite, knowledgeable, & professional.
Communication needed improvement in a couple of areas. When I explained that that getting my test done ASAP was imperative, I was told that I'd be informed of earlier availability. I was, but, after multiple calls, no one acknowledged nor returned my calls.
A patient handout re. the test would be helpful; more explanation of the equipment, troubleshooting common issues, what"in range" of the fanny pack meant, how/when the 2 hr. checks were done, etc.
