I can say I enjoyed working with your technicians in my home. They were very precise in doing their job. Ymami explained everything she did and helped to ease my uneasiness. I really appreciated her organization of the items she used and her ability to get her job done in an easy efficient way. When Becca came to remove everything she, too, was so organized in removing all the equipment and the probes from my head. I enjoyed the way they made me feel comfortable with the whole testing procedure. Thank you and I am praying the results are as favorable as the test was done. Dolores Breese

My son’s original appointment was scheduled for January 30, 2026 3:00 pm- 5:00 pm I was advised on January 30, 2026 that the equipment did not come in so I would need to reschedule. I rescheduled my appointment for February 13, 2026 from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm. I received a phone call on February 13, 2026 at 2:29 pm from T.D. advising the equipment was just received and she would be late because she had an appointment before mine. She advised we could reschedule but because we had already rescheduled previously and I was loosing faith in this business I advised she could still come on Friday. I then received a text message advising she would arrive between 7:30 pm-7:45 pm. T.D. arrived at 7:30 pm and did not leave my house until 10:49 pm. To be required to pay for terrible service is very disheartening. I will not recommend Stratus to anyone and will let everyone know how terrible this company is. This service is not convenient as your company states. I had to rearrange my schedule twice because of a lack of equipment being properly scheduled to arrive on time. When T.D. arrived on Sunday to remove my son’s leads she requested a bowl of warm water and a bag to put the tape/cords in. When you are offering a service to people I believe that you should bring all the items that are needed with you and you should not leave the trash for someone else to clean up.

We had a great experience with Stratus as they conducted a 72 hour in-home EEG. They communicated with us in advance about what to expect. The technician, Jeremy, did a great job getting everything hooked up, tested and running. He let us know that there would be off-site technicians monitoring the test who would call or text us if there were any issues with the signals and provide immediate assistance in getting things back on track. Everything went well. Jeremy came back after the 72 hours had passed, got everything disconnected and packed up, and was on his way.

This company was amazing to work with. The tech, Lawrence, was great with my son, who was having the EEG, and my daughters. They were asking all sorts of questions and he was taking the time to answer them. Answered my questions all along the way. He helped my son understand the importance of leaving the wiring alone and caring for the equipment. Lawrence was also amazingly careful while taking off the leads. The company itself was straightforward. They were caring and answered questions we had over the phone. Scheduling was easy. I love that they continually monitor the EEG in case of any trouble.

They was amazing it explained everything. From detailed to detail. When they was coming.They texted and called ahead of time. They didn't rush to do anything. Is something needed be fixed? They came? He did whatever it was supposed to do. Something wasn't right, they called me. And let me know they did amazing job. I recommend them to any. And everyone they the best. The best people to deal with. I'm going to come down to them recommend them for anything. They're amazing.I trust him.And I will use them again.

Your local technician was very efficient and personable. The procedure of having to go into another room and sit by the laptop could be changed so the patient is “not in range for several checks”. Why not have stronger Bluetooth set up or placement of the laptop? Overall, the experience was better than being in a hospital. Thank you

Stratus provided excellent communication throughout the monitoring. My daughter had an at home EEG and if there was ever an issue they were quick to contact my daughter and make me aware of what was happening and the next steps for correction. The technicians were professional and made us all feel at ease when they were installing the device. The support answered any questions we had quickly. And anytime they needed to come to our home they arrived within the provided time window.

My mother had a testing done by stratus. Stephen (the technician) was amazing, very attentive and compassionate. They monitored the whole test and kept in touch with us throughout the process. Best experience ever!

We had a horrible experience with this place. The EEG was performed at the home and we had to remove it ourselves because the technician never showed up to do their job. On top of that he has burn scars on his forehead. They won't address any of this and are ignoring us. They will be charging our credit card for the next 12 months even though she never showed up. We were also told to put all their equipment on the front porch in 107 degree weather after she was a no show. This place is extremely unprofessional.
