This company was amazing to work with. The tech, Lawrence, was great with my son, who was having the EEG, and my daughters. They were asking all sorts of questions and he was taking the time to answer them. Answered my questions all along the way. He helped my son understand the importance of leaving the wiring alone and caring for the equipment. Lawrence was also amazingly careful while taking off the leads. The company itself was straightforward. They were caring and answered questions we had over the phone. Scheduling was easy. I love that they continually monitor the EEG in case of any trouble.

Your local technician was very efficient and personable. The procedure of having to go into another room and sit by the laptop could be changed so the patient is “not in range for several checks”. Why not have stronger Bluetooth set up or placement of the laptop? Overall, the experience was better than being in a hospital. Thank you

Stratus provided excellent communication throughout the monitoring. My daughter had an at home EEG and if there was ever an issue they were quick to contact my daughter and make me aware of what was happening and the next steps for correction. The technicians were professional and made us all feel at ease when they were installing the device. The support answered any questions we had quickly. And anytime they needed to come to our home they arrived within the provided time window.

I had to do the 48 hour EEG. They had two cameras on me at all times as well as audio. Every once in an I had to do the 48 hour EEG. They had two cameras on me at most of the time as as well as audio. The wires were wrapped up tightly so everything stayed connected. I had several seizures and nothing moved or disconnected. Every once in a while, the cameras would pop up and you could see on the computer monitor that they were trying to find me to make sure I was in frame. Everyone was so great and took their time explaining everything. The nurse they came and set me up, took her time and was extremely nice and gentle with everything that she did. The tech that came and unhooked the wires, was very nice, gentle, and did a great job as well. The goopy glue was the only mess - conditioner, comb, and patience. If I needed to use this company again, I would definitely go this way. They were very helpful with the billing as well. They took care of insurance, scheduled me quickly and everything ran smoothly.

The representative Michael did an excellent job in setting up my son for his EEG. He was polite, professional and courteous. FRED, who performed the disconnect was awesome. He was extremely careful in removing the electrodes, in an attempt to make it as comfortable a process as possible. Fred is an amazing person. Stratus is a great company to work with if you need to have this type of study done.

If I could give your company a zero, I definitely would. Your employees are very disrespectful and rude. They don't listen to what my issue is when I try to speak to them and all they give is excuses. Is this how you treat patients that have serious seizure issues, because it sure looks like that to me. Whoever runs this company should be embarrassed and humiliated for their lack of customer service giving to your patients.!!! Not one person there even tried to fix my problem. Instead they give excuses why they cant help you. Horrible customer relations and service and if I were you I would fire every single person that I spoke to today. One of your agents even threatened me that he was going to hang up on me if I didn't except his reasoning. I think that would belong to some of the worst people in the world that try to make you accept their beliefs. Your customer service is unbelievably and obviously don't care about your customers.

We had a horrible experience with this place. The EEG was performed at the home and we had to remove it ourselves because the technician never showed up to do their job. On top of that he has burn scars on his forehead. They won't address any of this and are ignoring us. They will be charging our credit card for the next 12 months even though she never showed up. We were also told to put all their equipment on the front porch in 107 degree weather after she was a no show. This place is extremely unprofessional.
