My son’s original appointment was scheduled for January 30, 2026 3:00 pm- 5:00 pm I was advised on January 30, 2026 that the equipment did not come in so I would need to reschedule. I rescheduled my appointment for February 13, 2026 from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm. I received a phone call on February 13, 2026 at 2:29 pm from T.D. advising the equipment was just received and she would be late because she had an appointment before mine. She advised we could reschedule but because we had already rescheduled previously and I was loosing faith in this business I advised she could still come on Friday. I then received a text message advising she would arrive between 7:30 pm-7:45 pm. T.D. arrived at 7:30 pm and did not leave my house until 10:49 pm. To be required to pay for terrible service is very disheartening. I will not recommend Stratus to anyone and will let everyone know how terrible this company is. This service is not convenient as your company states. I had to rearrange my schedule twice because of a lack of equipment being properly scheduled to arrive on time.
When T.D. arrived on Sunday to remove my son’s leads she requested a bowl of warm water and a bag to put the tape/cords in. When you are offering a service to people I believe that you should bring all the items that are needed with you and you should not leave the trash for someone else to clean up.
