Strawberry Home

We ordered the soft serve with strawberry boba and another one with passion fruit jam. I cannot express how delicious the ice cream is here, we will definitely be back. Generous portions and yummy unique toppings. Only downside was the atmosphere (very small) and service could have been slightly better. Overall great experience :)

I wish I could say I loved it, but I can't. Cute concept - great topping flavors, combining the ideas of boba and ice cream...but a few things keep Strawberry Home from being on my future rotation. First, the quality of the ice cream is just subpar for my taste. It's too icy and gives cheap. Second, there is only one flavor of ice cream: vanilla. The options come in the toppings (which were very good by the way). Third, the place is way too small. Luckily, no one was in there so I could sit down. Otherwise, there is really only a place for *one* customer, so expect to grab and go. Altogether, not terrible - but IMO, it does not warrant the high ratings.

Yum! The strawberry lemonade was amaze! I loved the ambiance and the price was good too! Will be back. Oh and staff was sweet :)

Stopped in to grab a brown sugar Boba sundae after seeing it on the sign outside. We were immediately welcomed with excitement from the employees inside. They were so sweet and gave great customer service, they just treated us like we were old friends they hadn't seen in a long time and it was just too cute! Our sundae came up very fast, the inside of this little shop is very well decorated, inviting, and extremely clean. Prices very reasonable, would definitely visit to try some more goodies, and would highly recommend to everyone!

Small little shop - super cute interior and super friendly service. To be honest the purple lemonade drink wasn’t that great but the ice cream with the bubbles was pretty good, the kids ate it up! They still deserve 4 stars for the very warm atmosphere and such friendly staff!

Very nice drink spot. Comfortable little sitting area and the lady was extremely nice. I had a strawberry lemonade and it was very refreshing. My wife had a black tea and tapioca pearls. Very cute place.

delicious ice cream and very fast service. my boyfriend and i got brown sugar bubble ice cream with lychee jelly topping and it was absolutely amazing. generous portion and the customer service was great. definitely visit them they deserve all the business!!

Bubble tea drinks were delicious! Small location. It can get a little crowded, but definitely worth the wait.

I like it here. I've been many times and always get the strawberry lemonade with mango popping boba, my partner gets regular lemonade with the mango popping boba as well. We both enjoy our drinks. They're refreshing and large for a decent price which is around $5. The cafe itself is small with a little seating area that could accommodate 2-4 people maximum. We never see anyone sitting inside as it's probably a bit awkward since the cash register is right there, so it's not really a place you hangout at. They have some cute plushies and random things for sale as well. The service is good too, I've never waited on line here, so the servers are able to prepare the drinks quickly.

Loved the Butterfly Lemon, will come again to try more. Space is small but they have a lot to choose from. Good service as well.

(Overall: D) - I visited Strawberry Home and tried one of their new additions to their menu, bubble ice cream! Unfortunately, this dessert may have been a bit too new as the staff had no idea how to make the beautiful arrangement in the advert. Most if not all of the milk tea is powder drinks lol but they have that artificial strawberry flavor I secretly am obsessed with so I liked it. Boba had good texture and taste, and I liked adding the ice cream soft serve as a topping because it balanced out the overly artificial flavor. Service was not the best, they overcharged me and I had to call it out. Definitely a grab and go place as there's only one seat inside but the inside is cute to look around while you wait!

Stopped in here on a friday afternoon and we were able to get quick service. The server was super nice! I ordered a brown sugar boba sundae ($5) and it was delicious! Similar to a bubble tea, but in an ice cream format. The ice cream didn't taste like ice cream, but rather a shaved ice texture. Regardless, it was delicious! They also have a small bench to sit on and cute little shop to buy little random things. 10/10 recommend stopping in!

Small spot for some simple bubble tea and soft serve ice cream amidst a sea of various bubble tea and dessert options in the area. Service is fast and the ice cream is great with a mixture if the syrup (blueberry or brown sugar) and the boba topping. It's a small spot that seats about 4-5 adults on tiny chairs so it basically is a takeout spot unless you bring the kids here to hang out. Come here if you want some great simple soft serve with a taste of bubble tea.

A great little spot for boba in Chinatown area. The prices were very good compared to some of the other spots around (about $5). I got the mango milk tea and my boyfriend got the passion fruit lemonade. The mango milk tea flavor was reallly good. We thought the passionfruit lemonade was average compared to the milk tea. It was a small but cute little place, and the woman working at the time was the sweetest and most patient. We would come back just for the kind service she gave us alone, but really enjoyed our milk tea as well!

Good passion fruit lemonade. The woman working there was very pleasant and seems to take pride in her work. It's a very tiny shop with cute decor and trinkets for sale. Drink prices are cheap compared to other bubble tea shops nearby

We had the cutest server ever! She was really sweet and attended us promptly. Out of all Chinatown this was the nicest place to take a quick sit at and not get rushed to leave. The boba was great. Very nice way to freshen up after a day of walking. The decor there is just too cute. Definitely give them a try if you're looking for good boba.

Even though it's called Strawberry Home, they actually don't offer much strawberry desserts. This place has been open for 2 months and it's affiliated to another dessert spot on Pell, which I over heard from another customer who knows the owner. So maybe they will have more strawberries dessert options later on. Price is reasonable, service was great. We ordered the blueberry Sundae. They also have a brown sugar sundae which seems like a more popular option. We ordered the blueberry because that what my kids like. I literally wanted to order all the lemonades they have to offer. I couldn't choose between the strawberry, dragon fruit, or passion fruit. I was curious about the blue color one as well. We decided to go with the passion fruit lemonade. The drink was not overly sweet and is super refreshing. We will definitely be back to try the other flavors. The owner was super sweet and nice. She even offered my kids free ice cream cones with the sundae. The ice cream cones were broken, which she won't be selling to other customers. I like that she offered it to my kids instead of throwing them out. While we were enjoying our desert and drink at the store, she was chatting with a grandma and her grand daughter. The owner was super nice to her and you can tell she respects elders. The grandma lives and the area and she told me she often brings new customers to try this place. We will definitely go back again.

Must try when visiting china town, small nice cozy spot. Very friendly staff and awesome taste

First all, wanna start off with this is a new establishment, so they probably have some things to work on. They had an ice cream sundae menu that said $5.50, but they charge $6 and all their prices were kind of confusing on the menu. When I asked the worker she just said idk, it comes up as $6. Not the .50 that matters, more so the principle. The ice cream on the menu looked like soft serve, but the texture is more so like those cheap froyo texture and didn't taste good at all. Don't recommend. We got the ice cream for kids too and even they didn't like it.

Disgusting drink!!! Made with powder does not speak English horrible experience. When making did not understand what I want horrendous experience. Don't come here!!!

I just remembered about this boba place after not being in NY for an entire year. Amazing. I highly recommend the Strawberry Lemonade. Honestly, I had a group of friends and we each got a different flavor. No misses. Definitely go by and try!!!!

This is our fav bubble tea place, right across from our fav soup dumpling restaurant (Shanghai 21). Everyone is always so kind and warm at Strawberry Home. My 5 year old asks for it specifically no matter where we are in Manhattan. Her fav is the blue butterfly tea.
