On February 10th, at approximately 11:00 PM, I attempted to purchase a fruit cup, but due to a malfunction in the card payment terminal, multiple attempts to process the transaction failed, and I left without purchasing the fruit cup. Upon checking my account, I discovered that I had been charged approximately $9.50 (the price of one fruit cup) a total of four times. I immediately asked a staff member about this, and they assured me that the refund would be processed the following day.
However, even after waiting for about four days, the refund has not been issued. I tried to find a contact number for the store but was unable to do so, which is why I am writing here. I request a refund for the incorrect charges. If you confirm this request, please also provide me with the store’s email address.
