I grabbed lunch at Street Side Eats and was really happy with the fresh flavors and quick service—it felt like a great local spot for a casual, satisfying meal without the fuss.

Pastor tacos were amazing! Service was top notch. Thanks for making the overnight at the Days Inn a little brighter.

I rarely write reviews, but street side eats is just so good!! I’ve had the chicken burrito and the carne asada tacos and both were delicious.

Easily the best tacos, quesadilla and sauce available in the greater Denver area. I wish there were more places with high standards like these. The pickled onions and spiral chives were an excellent garnish.

I'm unhappy with this truck. You were in an improper kitchen, and you burnt the cheese on my quesadilla it was carnitas and only had half of a quesadilla and one side had no meat while my other half had 2 small pieces and nothing loaded about it the fajita wasn't great either. This was a throwaway. Enjoy the $20 and the laugh at my expense wish people would stop making me pay for food and give a tip before I get a chance to look at my food... I have no faith in humanity, seems like everyone has a twist to their smile and a kink in their step.

Street Side Eats is hands down one of the best food trucks around! Their tacos are absolutely amazing—packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and always fresh. My personal favorite is the chicken tacos—they're so juicy, tender, and full of deliciousness! The service is always fast and friendly, making every visit a great experience. If you're looking for top-notch street tacos, this is the spot to go. Highly recommend! 🌮🔥

I had the Elote burrito from the food truck…simply amazing. Never had anything like it.

I could write paragraphs about the food and great service but the most important information I can relay is this: GET THE ELOTE TACOS.
