Going into the place it was nice, we had a large party but they were accommodating and I had called twice in a couple weeks to make sure it was good to make reservations. Even with it busy, we still didn’t feel crammed. Where it started to kind of go down was from not having silverware or menus for us, one of the adults went and gathered what he could for everyone. The menu had a large variety and great kids options, most of the descriptions made it hard to decide. All our orders got in and the server mentioned, “wow that’s a lot of food”… this should have been a red flag right away. the food started to come out and kind of came out sporadically and it was like an auction, the server and a runner were just calling out the food rather than doing it by families like we had ordered. Most of our food had come out with items other than what was ordered and had to ask for the right thing, which he was quick to get! We had one family though, the two adult meals didn’t come out until I went and found the server and he went and almost immediately had it out. He stated it was sent to the wrong table… but no one thought to bring it to the right one?! Quality of the food was so so, they all had potential, the fruit cup was delicious for the kids and most of the kids quality was great, that’s why I am giving it some stars. We had some items that the food seemed dry, missing quantity (like the reuben), or was impossible to eat because it had too much sauce. The party that had the late food only received a 10% discount and instead should have had the two meals taken off. If we do come back we will not invite our entire team for a last hoorah but maybe just a date night.
