I’ve been going to Stretch Zone Union Square (the only on lower 5th Ave) for about ~30 sessions now, and I’ve really enjoyed my experience with both Ritchie and Victavia. Sessions with Ritchie are dynamic, he’s a good listener, he always remembers the problem areas to focus on, and he’s also just a fun guy to spend 30 (or 60!) minutes with, and you come off the table feeling refreshed, relaxed and 5 years younger. Sessions with Victavia are incredible. She has a quiet calmness to her practice and she is incredibly strong so make sure to deeply breathe and enjoy the benefits of her stretch. I’ve recently been going back and forth btwn them both and I highly recommend them. I do the 4 half hour stretches per month and it’s nice that they roll over if you don’t get a chance to finish them. Recently I’ve been doing more 60 min stretches. I had a hip resurfacing 3 years ago so this is a great way for me to keep the recovery process going!
