STRIP MALL - Coffee Shop

Truly the nicest addition to our neighborhood. I ride my bike here often and cannot recommend Strip Mall enough. The vibes are excellent ~ it feels light and friendly, with excellent seating inside and out. The coffee is made wonderfully and their bagels are delicious. They have lots of tasty drink options in their fridge and keep adding more goodies to snack on. The baristas and staff are super sweet, and I deeply appreciate their vegan options. They just extended their hours as well, which is wonderful. If you have 5mins ~ stop by Strip Mall! It's so worth it! I came here almost everyday the first week I tried them and will continue to come regularly for years to come. Thank you Monsoon Market/Two Valley Girls LLC for creating this beautiful space!

Have been here plenty of times! What first called out to me was the atmosphere. With all the art and furniture and just overall design, it’s definitely a spot I can spend all day in. They have great music and routinely have a variety of events for the community to showcase themselves. It’s right near by their sister store Monsoon Market and honestly it’s the perfect place. When Monsoon is closed I’m able to still go over early morning and shop for gifts and not only that but they have coffee too! Ralphie always knows how to make a good coffee and my favorite is their matcha! They use a high quality matcha and always know how to make it perfectly sweet. My go to is a strawberry white chocolate matcha but any combination they’re gonna make right. I also recommend their teas if you need something refreshing for this Arizona heat (honey green tea is my favorite). They have a selection of eats to choose from including some really good bagels from Bagelero! They’re huge and serve it with the perfect amount of cream cheese from a local vendor Ooh Mama! Also on Fridays they have La Rue who pops in and makes elevated crepes that are delicious. Over all a great experience when I go and the whole team always give wonderful service. Whether it’s a chat or just for a quick to go they’re always ready! I’d come back for sure and recommend it to friends who are looking for that cool spot to get your work done or come for your morning start.

I had a lovely hazelnut cold brew that was recommended to me by the baristas as well as a tasty crepe. The coffee was good, which is what matters in a coffee shop. But the space itself was full of happy people and good energy. I will be back 1,000 times over.

Strip Mall is such a cool, peaceful place to enjoy your morning either during the week or weekend. The crepes are the best I’ve ever had. Perfect flavor and comforting texture. The matcha and lattes are spot on too. They also have a variety of fresh juices, drinks, and snacks in the fridge. Definitely check them out! Monsoon market next door is another awesome snack and drink spot to check out.

Amazing little coffee shop with the best vibes, coffee and employees. Popped in with some friends on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised by some delicious crêpes. Loved the artwork on the walls and the friendly atmosphere. Will absolutely be back! Crepe in the pic was bomb!

5 stars!!!! Oh my gosh, I was recommended to try this place out and they didn’t disappoint. The shop is adorable, and the staff is so friendly. I seen the owner briefly as she was leaving, and she was incredibly nice and thanked me for trying them out. I got the cold brew, which is fantastic. I regrettably didn’t get any pastries, but they looked so delicious. If anyone is looking for a locally owned business to support, and loves coffee. I’d recommend this place 10 times over!!!

I love this place! So cute inside with plenty of seating and great A/C. I always stop in for a drink after shopping at Monsoon Market. Iced vanilla latte or matcha latte is my go-to.

Absolutely love what Strip Mall is doing. It's fun, it's quirky, it's totally unique. Everything is local, including locally roasted coffee from Peixoto. The drinks are well made and the baristas are always friendly and happy to talk you through the menu. Oh and it's the same owners as Monsoon Market across the parking lot. Phoenix is lucky to have Misch and Koral putting so much love into what they do

I have passed by this place several times on my way to work and finally had the time to stop in today. I'm pretty sure there was a coffee shop in this location in the past several years ago. I was confused that the name of this coffee shop was "Strip Mall".. haha I was wondering where to find the coffee shop in the strip mall! I tried a cappuccino with oat milk and a basic sweet crepe (with sugar and lemon). Both were delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The one thing I would have liked better about this place would be if there were a cozier ambiance. The furnishings do not seem to have a common theme. I sat on a metal bar stool at a counter, but it wasn't particularly comfortable. Or maybe it would be nice to add some plants for more greenery in the space.

First walking in we noticed the music: energetic, Swedish house mafia, crystal castles, an Alabama shakes remix I can't get behind (haha). But maybe to get pumped up for the day or whoever had the aux that morning. Plenty of seating! Concrete floors, industrial vibe, especially the silver and red chairs. Art work by Lady Egg. 5/10 Americano more water down, but the coffee tastes good. Smooth. don't recommend the lids for hot coffee, so pop it off!! But maybe we are the only ones who love ordering a hot coffee in Arizona in May.. 8 or 9/10 I got the dirty chai with cinnamon and nutmeg. not thick or creamy!! The nutmeg and it being a little more "water downed" gives the chai a more traditional taste. ALSO oat milk is the standard base choice for the lactose free folks. Overall rating 7/10. Not necessarily "cozy" BEAUTIFUL PLANTS. Taken care of. I would come here before or after the gym Will be back for the food and donuts!!

Stopped by this cute place for a business meeting this morning and love the vibe. Very chill and Era was so sweet and made me a special drink. I got a pistachio iced latte with white mocha and cinnamon on top! The vegan green onion cream cheese was actually really good. They have a dj on the weekend. I will definitely be back, great spot for a coworking and catch up. Can't wait to come back for the fall menu

My favorite aspect of this new coffee shop is the vibe. Great space for hanging or working, with cute art. They have a simple menu: all drinks one size (16 oz for iced, 12 oz for hot), all made with oat milk. Their beans are from Peixoto, and they have matcha and chai for the non-coffee people. There's a good selection of syrups to mix up the flavors. Their chai didn't blow me away, but service, location, and the general vibe were enough to bring me back. Food-wise, they serve some snacks similar to offerings at nearby Monsoon Market, but with a little more substance if you're looking for breakfast. They do bagels and a couple other non refrigerated options: mini donuts, bean and cheese burritos.

I met a friend here for coffee and we really liked the big comfortable space (and ac lol). I had a bagel with their spinach artichoke cashew cream cheese... I was wary at first of the vegan cream cheese, but it was actually quite good. I'd try it again.

Really cool new coffee shop! I love monsoon market so I was excited to see they opened this place up! They only have oat milk but luckily I love oat milk. I think they use piexoto coffee, I had a cold brew with a little oat milk. It was ready right away and super delicious! It was a bit busy but everything moved fast and people working here were nice and friendly! Loved the cool art in here. I saw they also sell the locally TikTok viral bean and cheese burritos. I wasn't going home right away otherwise I would've bought some! Cute stickers on the drinks too, I'll be back for sure!

I was really excited to try Strip Mall. I first saw them on Instagram when they opened up in February. I finally made it out this morning. There was no line which is fine, sometimes you're just not busy in the morning. I ordered my usual that I get at almost every coffee shop I go to, which is an Espresso Tonic. My wife ordered an Iced Honey Latte which is a solid choice as well. The service was pretty quick, in that time I was able to check out the restrooms and sitting areas which were very clean! My Espresso tonic was served with the remaining Tonic Water Bottle on the side. Pretty standard. But man that Espresso Tonic was not bright, sweet, and complex as I prefer. The espresso it self was muddled. Almost as if they pulled the shot using used grounds. There was no complexity to the flavor, very mute. The drink was not bright. As other reviewers have mentioned Strip Mall uses beans from Piexoto Roaster, which is a local favorite of mine. Piexoto has an Espresso Tonic drink of their own which is arguably one of the best in the Valley. Strip Mall does not even compare or come close. Honestly doesn't even do Piexoto Justice. My wife's Honey Latte tasted very sour. The honey flavor was very pronounced in the latte but in the worst way. The milk tasted sour, even if it is oat milk it shouldn't taste like this. Think Honey Soy Milk with no coffee flavor. Like I said I was excited to try Strip Mall. I rarely finish a drink and these I had to toss after a few sips. I'll probably try them again in a year or so, but till then I hope y'all get better! I believe in you.

I first met Koral over at Monsoon Market some time ago. She was friendly, sweet and had a real laid back vibe. Her place was awesome, and I loved being in there. Fast forward to Strip Mall, which just opened on February 17th, and we meet again! As it turns out, the universe wanted them to have this space and so here they are (I'll let her tell her story when you go visit). Everything in this place is individually curated to fit that same vibe...chill place with a mid century Warhol vibe, Peixoto Coffee, vegan donuts, and fast internet! Thank you random person at Buffalo Exchange who mentioned this new place...you made my day!

Very cute coffee shop! I got an oat milk latte which was delicious. Plenty of seating so I got some work done for a couple hours there and it was a great vibe (I was able to snag a table near an outlet but couldn't tell if there were many other tables close to outlets).

Went here to study. Kombucha was good, but there was a DJ blasting music on a huge speaker that was so loud I couldn't focus or think. :( Still giving 4 stars because I think this is a newer business so they might just be doing this for their opening. I'm sure the loud music could be a vibe if you're just chilling with friends, but you can't really read/work/study here as it currently stands.

The food and drinks here were great! We got the jam and brie crepe and the works crepe in addition to a matcha latte and iced coffee. The flavors were amazing, especially the works crepe! I am also a fan of the vibes and art here. Could definitely sit here to study or read with a coffee.

From the super talented women behind Monsoon Market, the best coffee shop in Midtown!! Locally owned as well as repping other locally owned food such as Van Friendly vegan donuts, Bad Hambres burritos, Sorelle salads and brewing locally roasted coffee beans from Peixoto! Great spot to hang out with lots of seating and impeccable vibes. Super fast internet! Not to mention the staff is friendly and makes a mean cup of coffee. I'm a huge fan of their cold brew on tap. Worth stopping by to caffeinate and hang.

Just a chill little coffee shop to go to. Usually pretty fast service and consistently an enjoyable experiences :)
