"For 16 years, Stripburger & Chicken has occupied the highly visible space on the first floor of Fashion Show Mall, facing out to Las Vegas Boulevard. A representative from Stripburger says that the restaurant will close for good, with its last day of service being Sunday, April 2. Stripburger made some of the best burgers on the Strip, piled high with toppings like bacon, cheese, crispy onion strings, and mushrooms. Chef Rick Moonen once called Stripburger the best hangover cure he ever experienced. “The bun-to-meat ratio is spot on and the garnishes are fresh,” he said. The restaurant also offered grilled chicken sandwiches and satisfyingly crispy buttermilk-fried jumbo chicken tenders. The happy hour menu at Stripburger was one of the better ones in town. Mini hamburgers and hand-cut fries go for $3.50 each. Draft beer starts at $4 and well drinks are all $5. But the main draw was the burgers. The whiskey barbecue burger was loaded with onion strings, cheddar, and barbecue sauce infused with Jack Daniel’s, served with fries for $16.95. The Mexi burger came with chipotle mayo, pickled red onions, jalapeno, cotija and jack cheese, and cilantro." - Janna Karel

Good food good service and great location right at the entrance of fashion show mall. Not a lot of healthy options, just short menu. Nice happy hour menu, and great strong drinks. Food are definitely good, we couldn't wait to take pics so we ate first. The fried pickles are terrific and will surprise you, nice and crunchy. Great view and do love the outdoor seating. Food took a while and it was not busy.

Nice open eating area right off the strip. Great place if you can't have gluten they have gluten free buns and a fryer dedicated just for gluten free. Very impressed with the waitress who was very nice in explaining for my friends gluten allergy. Great place for a quick bite, food was excellent. Burgers, chicken sandwiches and milkshakes. Would go again.

This was my second time eating here. I remember from the first visit how good the burger was. The bread was soooo soft, so I had to try it again. It didn't disappoint. The burger was delicious. Unfortunately the other food wasn't that good. My wife had the chicken tenders which were unseasoned and the 3 way was disgusting. The fried pickles were burnt. Everything was overcooked. So far, the only thing worth eating here are the burgers. Eating outside is cool as long as it ain't too hot outside.

So was recommend to try their blue cheese burger. It was tasty but came out cold and the fries tasted like they have been under a heat lamp for hours. Not likely to go back. Saving grace was the front of house staff that tries to do it right. The Oreo milkshake was actually quite good and why 3 stars

The burgers themselves were solid. I got the burger sliders and although it was yummy, I was underwhelmed; I wish they varied more in flavor. However, the onion strings were delicious and fun to eat! The crunch was very satisfying. The garlic fries, on the other hand, were very greasy and soggy. Lastly, the service was good but slow. We ended up waiting close to 40 minutes for our food.

Loved it! Really good burgers! I asked for the blue cheese one, really good decision! If you go before 7 pm you’ll get the happy hour! The service was really good.

Adult shake was smooth and tasty. Hamburger was cooked perfectly. Not a fan of mayo on a BBQ cheddar burger but a wipe of knife resolved that issue.
