Honestly one of the best lattes I’ve had this year. It was incredibly smooth, rich, served at the perfect temperature with a nice deep nutty flavour . The croissant was also excellent! Very buttery and perfectly crispy. I went on a Saturday around 8:30-9:00 AM, and it was already quite busy. Highly recommend if you’re nearby!

Dropped by Structure Café near Victoria Square and honestly, solid spot. The croissant? Extra buttery, extra good, like the kind that makes you question if you should order another one just to stare at it. The cappuccino I had was dark, flavorful, and definitely better than your run-of-the-mill coffee. Now, about the price… a “medium” runs about $5 plus tax, but the cup size feels more like a “fun-sized” version compared to other cafés. Quality is there, no doubt, but don’t expect quantity. Picked up 3 coffees and a croissant for my colleagues and the bill hit around $25. Not exactly cheap for a quick coffee run, but the taste does make up for it. Overall: excellent coffee, buttery croissants, modern vibe. Just be ready to pay a little premium for the experience.

The heart’s appreciated, but the tail should’ve been angled to the side, not the handle, so the heart stays visible as you drink. Bubbles appeared within a minute, showing the foam wasn’t smooth enough — it hurt the texture too, making it less creamy. The cortado shared the same milk as the latte but didn't turn well.

Went there when they opened at 7:30am on a weekday. Soon there was a queue so it’s not difficult to tell how popular they are. Ordered a flat white and was pleasantly surprised by the coffee itself (trust me I’ve tasted so much burnt coffees in my life) and their croissant is more of the European type. Can tell they focus a lot on quality.

I was about to give them 4 stars b/c the latte is not very tasty. A tall glass of warm milk-type of affair. But the hand washing station! Better than Costco! Deep, heavy-duty sinks, two of them, with a gush of warm water. 100% worth it just to go wash ur hands 💦👏🧼

Some pretty tasty coffee, but more importantly some HUGE and delicious pastries. If you're waiting for your train, this is a close shop that has everything you could want.

I went there on sat afternoon so dint get to try any bakery items as almost everything was finished. So we tried their amazing latte and mocha and both were perfect. The taste was really smooth 👌. Sitting here is decent and environment is really amazing. Music was perfect . It was a really calm and relaxing experience. Baristas were smiling and welcoming. 🙂

I was in Montreal on a work trip recently and stumbled across this amazing coffee shop and roaster. I am pretty routinely disappointed by the "pour over" made in a shop when I travel... but this place was great. I thought it might be good because their menu called the pour over a "V60." I tried three different beans over the course of my stay. All were dialed in super well and the cup was balanced, "structured" (aha you see what I did there?), and most of all, a pleasure to drink. My friends all got espresso options which they loved. Ambiance, decor, and service is also top notch.

The staff is friendly, just great people (and great and knowledgeable baristas). The coffee is delicious. They have many options, and several forms you can have it. I chose V60 and loved both types I had (I'm a little too highly caffeinated just now). Their recommendations are excellent and honest. My wife had a latte and loved it. The atmosphere is chill with great music and free WiFi. Nice place to hang out for a bit.

Great coffee roastery located down a few steps from the street. The seasonal iced orange blossom latte was delicious, as were the financier & chocolate croissant. We bought some beans to bring home and they are legit!

Fantastic espresso & cappucino. I kept coming back here. The pastries look great too and the cafe is modern but friendlyish (not too cozy though). Location is good in between old Montreal and downtown. On the level with the best coffee places in other big cities, and the best I found in Montreal. Prices were pretty reasonable.

I am here in Montréal for work - my mission this morning was to find good single origin coffee and a bite to eat. Mission Accomplished! I am here for a few more days, might be here each morning until I leave town. I ordered a pour over with the Columbian and it was marvelous (I don't really use the word marvelous but it somehow fits), it has a complex flavor with notes of, let's say strawberry or something sweet in the background. I also ordered a ham and cheese croissant and I am not stretching this, it was the best ham and cheese croissant I have ever had. The croissant was flaky, buttery and delicious...it was worth every last calorie. I highly recommend this place!

Flawless. Even under duress (their usual Faema 2-group rig was on the blink and the stand-in was of lesser quality). They live in that sweet spot where details matter but the whole vibe is relaxed and pleasurable. We're in Montreal regularly, and we always try to swing by.

Great place to get some work done and to enjoy a cup of coffee! Beautifully decorated interior, and great service! Found this little hidden gem while wandering around Montreal. Got the filter coffee ($2.75) in this pretty ceramic mug. The atmosphere was great and it was the perfect ambiance for me to get some work done. The chairs were comfortable and definitely check out the washrooms! During my stay at the coffee shop, there was the barista behind the counter and also, the owner (I believe) who was around. The owner was very hands on in making his coffee shop better and was rearranging the items on the shelfs, re-plating the baked goods on the counter, and was chatting and joking with the barista. I really respected the owner for being so hands on and all in all, it was just a great place!

During my one and only visit as a tourist, I experienced excellent service. Their espresso was delicious, and my latte was served at a pleasant temperature. Great atmosphere!

Very good matcha latte and very nice pastries -- none of these being overly sweet. If they have the raspberry scone, get it. The staff is very friendly and approachable. Even though the room decor might look minimalist, white and hipster, the staff played all the warm and inviting music with a human touch that I love: French pop songs from the 60's, early Rolling Stones, Stevie Wonder and Earth, Wind & Fire. I thought "wow, we have the same record collection!" (they also have a very cute record player behind the counter). It's rare to find these higher-quality coffee places that have great vibes, great quality, and friendly unpretentious people. As a first-time visitor in Montréal, I felt very much at home here.

Best coffee we've had in Montreal! The barista really knew what he was doing. Excellent pastries and great chill vibe. Wonderful vinyl collection. Skip the hipster destination around the corner, and come to Structure for some real java.

Great café and it's located just on the cusp of Old Montreal ans Downtown. Very accessible and super easy to find even though they're on the lower level. The staff is friendly and the coffee speaks for itself. Highly recommend.

Best cappuccino I've ever had, Sean was wonderful: friendly and wonderful to converse with It was difficult to resist the pastry, but tomorrow is another day!
