The food here was really great! I loved the fries and definitely enjoyed the bagal. The service here is suprt friendly. Highly recommend to give it a try!

Was looking forward to trying this place, was very disappointed. Pricing is absurd even for Seaport and you definitely do not get what you pay for. The steak & cheese was small & also wasn’t very good. The fries were good I’ll admit, not enough to save it though. $25 for a steak & cheese & fries I’d definitely expect a lot better. Wouldn’t come back here to be quite honest.

Wow, this place is really good the service is top notch fast and efficient and the food is just amazing i keep coming back to try something new and it’s always good very consistent good quality ingredients🤩 try their burgers!

Stubby’s in the Boston Seaport area is a fantastic spot! The cleanliness of the place is immediately noticeable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food came out quickly, which was perfect for a busy day, and the prices were very reasonable. The quality of both the food and service was excellent. Kurt, the front-end person, was extremely friendly and attentive, adding to the great experience. I highly recommend Stubby’s!

We were visiting from New York and stopped at Stubby’s for lunch, looking for something different from the usual chain restaurants and we’re so glad we did! Even though we just ordered burgers and fries, everything was fresh and delicious, and the portions were great. Highly recommend the waffle fries..they were crispy, flavorful, and absolutely hit the spot. The staff was super kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere is chill and relaxed, perfect for a casual family meal and the bathrooms were clean, which we always appreciate when traveling with kids. Pricing felt pretty standard for a family of four (two adults and two kids), and we all left feeling full and content. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and want something local and satisfying!

The food here was so good my son and I visited it 3 times in a day. We had begal egg and cheese for breakfast and the bagel bread so soft, so good that it felt like it melted while you were eating. Went back for lunch got a hamburger, my son got cheese steak, same deal the bun was so good! I do not care about bread whatsoever. It's not something too of mine to a good sandwich to me. However these sandwiches changed that for me. Fries where fantastic. Heading here next time I'm in Boston. Highly recommend, particularly if you are visiting out of town.

It’s the best place to grab a fries on the weekend after a night out

Great change up from the usual lunch options. Today I stopped into Stubby's mid-afternoon and got a terrific cuban sandwich. I really appreciated the cheerful staff and delicious food. It was great to find something besides the usual sweetgreen or greasy burger options. I like that the menu has a mix of sandwiches along with the burger type options, so a group could go and everyone could find something. I will be back. Also - my sandwich was huge! I could only eat half.

Food was outstanding- a great little sit down area for a busy day! Jose was phenomenal and extremely helpful. Our family had the BLT, chicken tenders and fries and the Stubby's Burger. Would 10/10 recommend!

Had a hot dog there - amazing! The bread was toasted and crispy, and the mustard and hot sauce at the self service counter were flavorful and yummy! A really satisfying hot dog for a quick stop before dinner. It's located in Seaport. A little pricey for simple stuff like hot dogs and grilled cheese but the food itself was very high quality for what it was Friendly service too

Nice place tucked away in the Seaport. ( across from Grand ). My burger was delicious and there was a good amount of breakfast style bacon on the bottom. Seating is limited but we had no problem finding a table. The menu isn't over the top and everything looks good. I didn't have a long wait from ordering to time in table. Friendly staff, very clean just a bit cold in the winter. I Highly recommend this place if you're in the area.

Good decent food options for a quick and more affordable bite in the Seaport. Staff is friendly, helpful, and nice. Store is impeccably clean and welcoming. I like that they have a setup outside during warm weather too. Try their fried chicken and burger sliders, snack wrap, and waffle fries!

Mouth-watering menu, lots to order for a rapid food fix, I decided on the grilled cheese and a little disappointed. Cheese tasted somewhere between velveeta and American and was alarmingly food colored. Bread was nicely toasted and buttery though. I'll be back to explore other options for sure.

This place was fire. Workers were awesome and gave us good suggestions. Open late, it was the perfect place to go during my boston trip.. so we came here twice. Wings were delicious, kind of huge with the perfect amount of sauce. Their fries were very.. potato-ey.. if you know what I mean, while their waffle fries were crispy and seasoned! My friend ordered their jerk chicken burger and loved it. The fish and chips were amazing as well! Decent amount of seating as well and food comes out quick, definitely the place to go for a quick late night bite.

A good-enough place to grab lunch while spending the weekend downtown. A friend and I landed here while attending PAX East. The long walk from the convention center helped ensure no lines. I enjoyed my fried cod sandwich - possibly frozen, but not for too long - and the fresh fries that came with it were a delight. My friend complained about his cheeseburger. It was just a little basic for his expectations. But the waffle fries were superior to the singles I got. I wouldn't hesitate to stop here again. The menu is full of burgers and they have an Impossible option. That said, Stubbys isn't going to be the highlight of your day either.

We were so hungry after a teeny appetizer at another (unnamed) seafood place, we decided to stop in at Stubby's for some chowder and a grilled cheese which totaled less than one appetizer at the other place. Okay, this isn't gourmet, top quality, or even healthful. But the service is great, Jose was very sweet and cheerful, the chowders were fine, they accommodated my no Canola and grilled our cheese sandwich in butter--real butter, and we could relax and not feel like there were 20 people waiting for our booth.

I went to this sandwich shop based on Yelp recommendations. It was easy to find, clean, and staff was friendly. The place is tiny, not a lot of room to sit. I had a basic cheeseburger and fries. The burger was good but seemed more like a smash burger than regular beef cheeseburger. I wasn't expecting that and didn't finish my meal not knowing what my burger was made of. The consistency of the meat was mushy as well as seasoned. Again, I thought I was ordering just a basic cheeseburger.

If you stick to the melts, or burgers, you'll be good. The chicken used for wraps and salads is straight from a freezer, lacking flavor and has the frozen to cooked texture.

The restaurant offers great service, a convenient location, and a clean atmosphere. We ordered the fish & chips, but unfortunately, they were soggy and not very enjoyable. Perhaps other items on the menu are better.

amazing food! Walked in just because it was along our walk and we all loved the food. fries come with a lot of the meal making the price worth it. Nice staff and quick food. Everyone in our group was pleased with the food and we all got something different.

Strong 4 star rating for me here. Got wings, chicken ceasar wrap, and a steak and cheese. The wings and wrap were good, but the steak and cheese was the highlight. Service was on point, and the place was clean. Would def return for the steak and cheese.

Stopped in here for a quick bite. Service was good and very nice. Atmosphere was fast casual but the tables were nice. The food was delicious. We had the chicken minis and the cheeseburger minis.

Super yummy and affordable! I got a deluxe cheeseburger with fries-- hit the spot and came out quickly. It's somewhere between fast food and a sit down restaurant- definitely worth stopping at if you're in Seaport.

Stubby's is is a very welcome addition to the seaport for some amazing and reasonably priced lunch for the area. I've been about a half dozen times since they opened and the one item that sets us apart is the quality of the bead in their sandwiches. Steak and Cheese - Seriously, this is the best version of this classic I have ever had. It's well seasoned and comes with nuclear colored cheese along with peppers and onions. Cheeseburger sliders - The buns they use really set it apart. The toppings make it feel like a fancier McDonald's burger. Chicken sliders - Again, the bread they use is great. Comes topped with a slice of that nuclear cheese and it tasted great. Breakfast Sandwich - I would recommend it on a bun vs a bagel. All of this and it's opened until 2am on the weekends for a late night snack.

When finding this spot online it read as a breakfast and brunch spot so we almost overlooked it. I'm so glad we checked it out because the lunch options were good and the food was great! I had a chicken bowl and my husband got the Buffalo chicken sandwich and waffle fries. It was all made to order and was the outside area made for a pleasant lunch- even have a view of the water (in the distance).

This is a welcome addition to the seaport lunch scene (and late night too!), as we needed a solid steak and cheese type place here. No, the 15 minute walk to Al's is too far by half and traversing the channel is simply too great a crossing for a lunch hour attempt. Will return as they have quite an extensive menu!

My type of place - simple menu and good service. I was grabbing lunch before catching my flight back to SD. First time and the guy at the front was chill and answered all my questions. "One cheeseburger deluxe with criss cut fries please!" At first, I thought the burger was average but it got better with each bite. Eventually I got to the perfect bites. Yes BITES! Soft bun, fresh veggies (lettuce, white onions, extra pickles), and two charred/caramelized well seasoned patties. Beware it's a hardy burger with dos (2) patties. Enjoy!

Had a big crew of kids and two adults here for dinner. We were looking for something kid friendly and quick which is not an easy combo in seaport. Stubbs was perfect! The food was delicious i was very happy with my tuna melt and the fries were yum. Everyone had made choices they were very happy with. The reason I would give them 10 stars is because the young men that were working the front were awesome. My little kid got sick on the floor right in front of them when I was about to order (not because of their food) and they handled it like champs. Asked if she was okay and helped clean up. Not an exciting way to start a dining experience but it happens. Good job guys!

The steak and cheese sandwich has amazing flavor, the waffle fries and lemonade were also very good, the service was fast and the restaurant was clean, highly recommend!!

The food I had was delicious. The fries were so good and so was my burger. The place was very peaceful. We sat by the window and just watched the people walking in the rain. The food came out very quickly and it was a great overall a very good experience.

Great new eatery at the Seaport. I have not been to their Nantucket but it's always good when an affordable and casual restaurant opens in an area saturated with fancy restaurants and bars. Stubby's has a nice selection of popular breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Their fried chicken sandwich which came with fries was pretty good. I can't wait to try more of their offerings.

Food was delicious!! Staff was very friendly and offered recommendations. Went with what staff recommended and it didn't disappoint. I really liked how their was outdoor seat as well as inside. Really great addition to Boston seaport for a quick grab. They have lunch options too!

Great little place. When we visited it was super relaxed and casual on a Saturday evening when even the sidewalks of the Seaport area were crowded. But maybe things will pick up as this place gets more notoriety. Plenty of workers meant things moved quickly. Drinks are separately priced and in the cold case but not on the menu board. We had the Mini Me Sliders and the Tuna Melt with fries. Solid menu that keeps things simple. I'd happily give 'em another go. The only reason this isn't a 5/5 for me is that there wasn't any obvious signage for the prices for the drinks or chips. I ordered a seltzer with our food and the cashier brought something different, when I mentioned it to the cashier he went back to the cold case to get the right bottle. They said that the two drinks were the same price after I asked about it not being updated on the register. I think a lot of my frustration could have been avoided with a sign.

Excellent service and chill island-esque atmosphere. Closest thing to Broad Street and is a perfect fit for the Seaport neighborhood. From Steak and Cheese to Nantucket Crisps, this spot will do the trick for lunch, dinner, or late night eats.

They actually have a+ tier buffalo wings i havent yet found anything better so far they hold the title cuz ghad!

I was in Boston for a week for work and needed a place for lunch. I stumbled onto Stubby's. When i walked in, I was greeted with a smile from everyone. On recommendation I had their Jerk Chicken sandwich. The chicken breast was top shelf and the sauce was great, so I decided to go back for the rest of the week. I honestly can't say what was the best, the burger, the jerk chicken, the buffalo chicken, chip sliders or the steak sandwich... good news is, I'll be back there in a few weeks to do it again. (Get a bag of Stubby's Jerk Chicken potato chips for the road) Hope these guys bottle their buffalo and jerk chicken sauces in the future!!!! If you want great food and at a good price, ya gotta go to Stubby's of Boston.

A great menu with great food! I got the fish and chips, the fish was super fresh, tasty, and flaky and they give you a lot of fries. I took my friends here that were visiting and we all loved what we got!

Best waffle fries! Crispy, crunchy, delicious! Also has the jerk chicken sandwich and it had lots of flavor.

The food was good for a burger. It's hard to mess up a burger. However they lacked family friendliness. Being located in seaport so close to the firemusem and children's museum. You think the space would be wheel chair friendly but at least have high chairs and napkins out in the open!!! I shouldn't have to walk back up and ask for a handful of napkins everytime I need them! If it wasn't for the food I'd give a zero if I could.

We had breakfast here across from the Courthouse near our hotel. Very nice place for a quick takeout, or eat in. We had a breakfast sandwich and hash brown.

Sandwiches were average and staff was very nice. Seemed slightly overpriced for what you were getting. A nice outside area to sit and did not have to wait long for the food

Awesome new spot to the Nantucket classic. Food was outstanding, Service was spectacular and the location is prime. The owners gave us some recommendations and gave us the backstory. Highly recommend!

This was honestly one of the worst burgers I've ever had from a restaurant be it fast casual or fast food or even diner burgers. The first burger they made me looked a hockey puck version of a Burger King burger. When I showed them the burger they were kind enough to make me a second burger(thus the customer service elevated this from 1 to 2 stars.) The second burger was completely flavorless with a dry bun way too big for such a small burger. It felt like they grabbed the cheapest patties they could find from Market Basket and threw the burger on without a second thought. Just go to Shack Shake across the street or literally anywhere else that's even trying to make a tasty burger. I apologize because I try not to hate on smaller shops but this was awful.

Great grilled ham and cheese. Plenty of cheese and grilled perfectly. Cheeseburger was solid but the French fries were outstanding. Hot dog was just ok but next time I'm trying the steak and cheese. Someone else had it there and it looked amazing.

Solid lunch spot, nothing over the top but well prepared tasty food and large menu. Waffle fries were the hit. Also sampled the Cuban sandwich, bf sandwich and BLT all decent renditions. Nice outdoor seating and friendly counter service.

So far I've had their chicken sandwiches and burgers and loved both. Plus they have great fries. Cool people working there and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my food. Awesome addition to the neighborhood.

Spectacular drunk food. The chicken sandwich, mini cheeseburgers, regular cheeseburger, have been LITERAL life savers for me. So delicious and fresh, and so many options for whatever strikes your fancy. Employees are also very nice.
