Stud Muffins Meal Prep

We had Stud Muffins cater our Baby Boy Sprinkle, that we hosted at a local children’s boutique! The owner was absolutely incredible with her communication and execution, but best of all, the food was fresh and delicious. We will absolutely be using them again.

I actually love the food. The meatballs were my favorite. I went to eat the veggies and there were mushrooms and not one of the ingredients listed. Well I'm allergic. Aa might as i needed the meal prep I just can't take any chances. You have one time ro almost take me out.

Very nice store and welcoming, accommodating staff. I haven’t been impressed with the food, however. The last straw for me was buying the Marry Me Chicken dinner and paying $50 for a dry casserole that was 60% white rice (it went in the trash - such a waste). According to the menu, it was supposed to have two sides and bread. I was told that the white rice in the casserole counted for one of the sides, and the bread that was supposed to be included wouldn’t be. No explanation there, other than the staff member saying she didn’t know why they still had the bread included on the menu. I did get a side of broccoli and it was good. As I said, very nice store and staff, but the food doesn’t do it for me.

I called in to ask what the business was about and they didn't hesitate to answer all my questions. Figured I'd give it a try and after today I've become a regular customer! I got the enchiladas and BBQ chicken with Mac, which was extremely delicious and filling. The people that work there are incredibly sweet and add to the overall experience. Genuinely nothing bad to say about them or the business. Hope others are willing to give them a try as they won't disappoint!

This business is so welcoming. My husband and I went in just minutes before they were preparing to close and they never rushed us. The Jollys were just the sweetest young people that we've encountered in quite a while. We will definitely be going there and become regulars. The Bentley's

My family have used Stud Muffins over the past few years and their food is always delicious. Having a very active family it is hard to prepare meals but with Stud Muffins the prep work is cut out, just pop it in the microwave or oven for a great tasting meal that is healthy!! You can’t go wrong with Stud Muffins!!

I reached out for help with macros and nutrition and they stepped in immediately to get me on the right track to fuel my workouts correctly. Thanks to their advice and direction I can make it through 3 workouts a day without feeling poorly by the end of it. They've been available any time I needed help and never minded answering questions I had when they came up. The meals they offer are also super helpful when I dont have time/don't want to cook and they break down the macros for your making it simple and so easy. I highly recommend working with them!

They have the best healthy options in north Mississippi/Memphis area. They always have new options every week and they never disappoint. I lost 30 pounds and achieved my dream body. The workers are all incredible too. 100/10.
