We had an absolutely amazing experience at Studio Frantzén Dubai. From the moment we arrived, the ambience was stylish yet welcoming — the perfect setting for a special night out. The sushi was fresh and beautifully crafted, and the lamb cutlets were simply unforgettable — tender, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. A special shout-out to our waiter, K, who truly elevated the experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. He helped us pair our dinner with the perfect options and made the whole evening feel seamless and relaxed. The cocktails were top-tier — creative, well-balanced, and delicious. Every staff member we encountered was warm and attentive, making us feel genuinely valued. I had an amazing dining experience at studio Francisco yesterday. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The ambiance was cozy yet elegant, with just the right lighting and music to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. We started with the potato bread , which was perfectly seasoned and set the tone for the rest of the meal. For the main course, I had the [burger and lamb brak], which was cooked to perfection and paired wonderfully with the house wine. The portions were generous without being overwhelming. Our waiter, Kay, truly elevated the experience. Kay was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made excellent recommendations and checked in often without ever being intrusive. It’s rare to find such thoughtful service these days, and it made a huge difference. We finished the evening with a decadent dessert—the [omit cake]—which was the perfect sweet ending to an outstanding meal. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch food, impeccable service, and a memorable night out. I’ll definitely be returning!

Ambience: Beautifully designed restaurant, very vibrant and chic. It’s a very comfortable setting which makes it even more interesting because on one hand it has all the design elements of a fine dining venue and on the other it feels so homey and cozy , a place that you would love to have to your loved ones around to dine with and share the experience. I personally loved the attention to details in the design specially the drawings near the ceiling. ⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️ Food: Fantastic. The food was one of the best foods I have tried in any restaurant . The flavors were unique, the portions were generous and the presentation was on point. Loved every single dish . The food really spoke to the soul . ⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️ Service: Impeccable , and I mean it. I have dined in many restaurants in UAE and around the world but have hardly seen such a flawless service . There was such a beautiful harmony among the team that it seemed as if they have worked with one another for many years given that the restaurant has just recently opened. It was beautiful to watch the team in the kitchen as well as the flow and the interaction among them looked like a beautiful art performance. The gentleman who was in charge of our table was extremely polite, kind, warm and helpful. Nothing would miss his sight whether it was a lower level of water in the glasses that needed to be refilled or a little bread crumbs on the table that needed to be removed . Fantastic team and a huge congratulations to the management for gathering such exceptional individuals who hand in hand created such a beautiful experience for us tonight. ⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️ Overall: I have written many reviews about restaurants here but seeing the team at this restaurant was a breath of fresh air. The service was at the highest standard and the food was purely exceptional. Excellence in its purest form. I not only highly recommend it but also can’t wait to go back trying new dishes from the menus .

What a wonderful experience. Everything from the high quality food to the unique and top tier cocktails, to the kind smiling staff, was amazing. They really know how to make you feel comfortable, and bring a smile to your face. Highly recommend the cheesecake cocktail and the cacao one as well. Probably the most creative and delicious cocktails I’ve had, ever. Congrats to the chef and thanks to the team! Will definitely be visiting again :)

We visited the restaurant for Valentine's day. They were so accommodating to us and the service top notch!! Our server Ning or how she would like us to call her Ninja was amazing and super fun to have. The ambience of the restaurant was really comfortable, classy and fun. The dj played a cool mix of retro music. Coming to the food. This was the first time my fiancé and I left a fine dining restaurant with our stomachs full and us completely satisfied. The bread that was served was so soft and delicious!! Along side with it came butter with honey. The Seabass Ceviche and Steak Tartare tasted fresh and were amazing, wished we could've had more of it. The mains, lamb rack and ribeye were delicious! For side we had ordered Koshihikari rice and deep fried Hasselback potatoe which stole the show! Ninja surprised us with a dessert on the house as it was our last Valentine's together as fiancés All in all we loved the place, the food and the people! Cant wait to visit again. P.S. they're soon going to start lunch service as well!!

We visited Studio Frantzén on a Tuesday evening, and while the restaurant was only half full, the experience was truly memorable. The decor was very cool, creating a stylish and inviting atmosphere that added to the overall experience. The food was incredibly interesting—every dish had unique marinades, spices, or unexpected elements that elevated the flavors. Even something as simple as a burger was packed with layers of taste, and we absolutely adored it! One of the highlights was the candy/dessert room, where you can explore, taste, and even purchase sweets before choosing your dessert. It added a fun and interactive element to the meal. The only downside was the service—there wasn’t a dedicated server for our table, and different people attended to us, which made it feel a bit disjointed. However, the food, ambiance, and overall experience more than made up for it. We loved it and would definitely come back!

What a beautiful place! This restaurant blends French cuisine with Japanese and Nordic influences, creating an amazing dining experience. We started with sushi, sashimi, and ceviche. All were perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. For main course, the lamb rack and burger were excellent choices, with the lamb cooked to perfection, juicy and tender, and full of flavor. For dessert, there's a fun candy room where you can walk in and choose from a variety of candies, cakes, ice cream, and more The interior design is a work of art, with every detail thoughtfully crafted to perfection . You can notice creativity behind design and details. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly with excellent service. A wonderful place for a memorable experience!

I love it!🌹Dinner at Studio Frantzén was an absolute delight in the famous Atlantis Hotel! The atmosphere was the perfect combination of sophisticated and cozy. The food was simply extraordinary - every dish was prepared and presented to perfection! It was wonderful and I would highly recommend this restaurant.
