It was my very first time visiting a Michelin-starred restaurant, and it was such an incredible experience! Everything was perfect — from the atmosphere to the food, which was absolutely delicious. But what really made the evening unforgettable was our amazing waiter, K. He was so kind, attentive, and professional — he truly created a special atmosphere and made us feel completely taken care of. His service added a personal touch that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I’m so grateful for such a wonderful evening. Thank you to Kay and the whole team — you made my first “Michelin” experience truly memorable!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Studio Frantzén Dubai. From the moment we arrived, the ambience was stylish yet welcoming — the perfect setting for a special night out. The sushi was fresh and beautifully crafted, and the lamb cutlets were simply unforgettable — tender, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. A special shout-out to our waiter, K, who truly elevated the experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. He helped us pair our dinner with the perfect options and made the whole evening feel seamless and relaxed. The cocktails were top-tier — creative, well-balanced, and delicious. Every staff member we encountered was warm and attentive, making us feel genuinely valued. If you’re looking for outstanding food, top-class service, and an unforgettable evening, Studio Frantzén is a must-visit in Dubai.

Very delicious meal, great atmosphere and perfect service. The candy room is a great idea. The selection of wine is impressive. They have over 2000 labels and 14000 bottles. Really great! We will come again.

Sat at the bar for happy hour. Wasn’t planned as we were just walking around the Atlantis… but such a lovely bar, staff and drinks! Had the Blabar (cheesecake infused gin… with blueberry juice and some other fun stuff) as well as a Lychee Martini. We had a ‘crispy potato’ bar bite which was potato chips with sour cream and fish roe. They served us cheese stuffed olives and spicy nuts as soon as we sat down. We enjoyed it all

The food and service were excellent. Every dish we tried was flavorful and perfectly prepared, and the drink selection was impressive with options to suit different tastes. It’s definitely a great place to dine with friends and family, whether for a casual meal or a special occasion.

This place is so cool! The oysters were sooooo fresh and I highly recommend! The food was delicious. The staff were on point and everyone was so friendly! They also have a candy room which was so fun. Loved the atmosphere and the background music was also chill. Loved it!

Ambience: Beautifully designed restaurant, very vibrant and chic. It’s a very comfortable setting which makes it even more interesting because on one hand it has all the design elements of a fine dining venue and on the other it feels so homey and cozy , a place that you would love to have to your loved ones around to dine with and share the experience. The food was one of the best foods I have tried in any restaurant . The flavors were unique, the portions were generous and the presentation was on point. Loved every single dish . The food really spoke to the soul . ⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️ Service: Impeccable , and I mean it. I have dined in many restaurants in UAE and around the world but have hardly seen such a flawless service . There was such a beautiful harmony among the team that it seemed as if they have worked with one another for many years given that the restaurant has just recently opened. It was beautiful to watch the team in the kitchen as well as the flow and the interaction among them looked like a beautiful art performance. The gentleman who was in charge of our table was extremely polite, kind, warm and helpful. Nothing would miss his sight whether it was a lower level of water in the glasses that needed to be refilled or a little bread crumbs on the table that needed to be removed . Fantastic team and a huge congratulations to the management for gathering such exceptional individuals who hand in hand created such a beautiful experience for us tonight. ⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️ Overall: I have written many reviews about restaurants here but seeing the team at this restaurant was a breath of fresh air. The service was at the highest standard and the food was purely exceptional. Excellence in its purest form. I not only highly recommend it but also can’t wait to go back trying new dishes from the menus .

I had an amazing dining experience at studio Francisco yesterday. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The ambiance was cozy yet elegant, with just the right lighting and music to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. We started with the potato bread , which was perfectly seasoned and set the tone for the rest of the meal. For the main course, I had the [burger and lamb brak], which was cooked to perfection and paired wonderfully with the house wine. The portions were generous without being overwhelming. Our waiter, Kay, truly elevated the experience. Kay was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made excellent recommendations and checked in often without ever being intrusive. It’s rare to find such thoughtful service these days, and it made a huge difference. We finished the evening with a decadent dessert—the [omit cake]—which was the perfect sweet ending to an outstanding meal. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch food, impeccable service, and a memorable night out. I’ll definitely be returning!
