After living in different cities and visiting many studios, I can confidently say Studio Three is my favorite fitness center ever! All the instructors and studio team are fantastic, and they do a great job of fostering community. It’s pretty much my one-stop shop for all workouts — they have cycling, yoga/pilates, and strength. I also love that the mats/towels/cycling shoes/etc. are included. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a workout and friendly faces :)

Been coming here the last 2.5 years and this place had the best variety of workouts in all of Austin! Mixed with the best community of people and instructors, truly a second home for me! Def worth a try and a membership 🩷🫶

This is by far my favorite workout studio in Austin (and this comes from a former Soul Cycle only gal)! You literally JUST have to show up (mats, towels, and cycle shoes are all provided - FOR FREE!) The range of intensity level classes offered and the instructors who work here make going to class exciting (to the point I even hit the 6am now sometimes!). They have you leaving class feeling fulfilled, empowered, and special. The front desk staff make an effort to learn your name and feel welcome every time you walk in or walk out. Highly recommend taking any class by Carla, Josh, or Andrea! I would shelfishly gatekeep this studio, so I could keep them to myself, but sharing is caring.

If you’re looking for an instructor who can push you to your limits while keeping you motivated the whole way through, look no further, Andrea brings the PERFECT mix of energy, expertise, and encouragement! This was my 3rd time as a guest with my son and her class was one of the best! The intervals are challenging but achievable. I really appreciated the way she explains the form and demonstrated the technique to get the most out of the movement. I left feeling confident and proud! It’s evident she truly cares about every person in the room and is invested in helping you hit that goal. Highly recommend to anyone ready to level up their training. All in all Studio 3 is top notch. Wish they had one in my city.

Enjoyed my first class there as a first timer and Al's classes NEVER disappoints me can't wait to be back for more Al's classes and getting back into the rhythm of doing cycling and yoga! Love a studio that has so many workouts under one roof! Lem the studio manager was so awesome being professional and friendly ensuring I got the best experience possible at the studio. The price of the membership is so awesome unlimited classes and can be used at any locations. I have been looking to do some yoga and cycling classes for a long time and this place has it all.

The variety and quality of classes are the highest level I’ve experienced in Austin under one roof. The instructors create challenging yet tailored class formats, are clearly passionate about what they do and are also very down to earth. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and make sure members have what they need to succeed. Members seem to be really focused during their workouts which makes the atmosphere of each class that much more dynamic and fun. So glad S3 is part of my daily routine! Great vibes and energy all around.

Google
S3 is an amazing studio! I love the variety of classes available and the amenities are always very clean. The instructors put so much effort into creating great sequences and energetic class environments!

Studio Three has been my go to fitness studio for several months now. Every instructor here is absolutely fantastic and always brings high energy and the best music. I love having the ability to take multiple class formats all in one studio. Highly recommend Studio Three to anyone looking for a great workout!

Yelp
I was first introduced to studio three on a trip to Chicago. They are premiere fitness studio offering yoga, weights, cycling, and cardio all in one gym. A very nice studio that has many amenities to a nutrition shop and showers and locker rooms. The class was great and tough and will definitely be a place I will go back to. Really glad studio three is in Austin.

Yelp
Great instructors! Everyone who works there is really nice. Classes are challenging but worth it and for some reason 45 mins seems to feel like it's only been ten. Love this place so much!

Yelp
Gorgeous studio in the heart of downtown Austin. Of course with it being located downtown that means parking is a hassel - they offer complimentary 90-min parking for class attendees at the 4th/San Jacinto Parking Lot. Parking is available on a first come first serve basis and it is quite small so chances are you will end up using the $5 validation at Littlefield Garage. Don't forget to validate parking at the front desk before you leave. We took a cycling class and really enjoyed how high energy and choreography packed the class was. Their bikes are a little different than other ones I've used in the past (Cyclebar, Love and Ride) but the instructor did a great job walking around before class started helping everyone set up. The locker room is also very nice and well equipped for if you want to shower and get ready for work/school there. If you live downtown and could walk to the studio I would recommend more than if you have to commute in. Overall I can't wait to come back for another class :)

Yelp
Studio Three is slowly becoming one of my favorite fitness studios in Austin! The "Three" in its name represents the three types of workouts that the studio provides: (1) HIIT-style workouts with treadmill, weight floor, and rowing rotations (similar to studios like Orangetheory and Barry's); (2) Cycling; (3) Heated Yoga Flow and/or Heated Strength Training. My favorite type of class that they offer is called the HI DEF 60 (they also offer 45-minute classes). All the workouts are done barefoot in their heated yoga room on a yoga mat, and there's the option to incorporate bands and dumbbells into the different exercises. I love this class because it's a combination of some yoga techniques with strength training and cardio throughout the 60 minutes. If you've never taken this before, I highly recommend taking it with Coach Cassidy because she does a fantastic job of describing and demonstrating each exercise/technique and is very encouraging throughout the entire class (and has EDM-remixed song versions to help pump you up!). The "cheery on top" for this studio is the fact that they already provide yoga mats, an abundant amount of lockers, towels for class, and even towels for their newly-renovated shower rooms! :)

Yelp
This is the best studio in Austin! I first discovered studio three on a spring break trip to Chicago in 2020 and I knew that studio was special. We got our own slice of special in Austin. The three studio concept under one payment is an amazing deal but really you're getting more than three types of work outs. Spin, interval, yogo, 3x3 (weights upper body, lower body, and core), and HiDef (weight in a heated room with a Tabata style workout). There's not an instructor that isn't amazing here! There's three garages that they pay for but I end up street parking most classes as it's more affordable and a lot of street parking usually by the studio.

Yelp
THE BIG: On the corner of E 5th and Brazos St. Underneath the Thompson hotel and across the street from the speakeasy Floppy Disk Repair. Parking is validated for 90 minutes with a $5 prepay. THE BLACK AND WHITE: Beautiful big space with three rooms: Yoga, Interval, and Cycle. I came here with the wife with the S3 intro pack for the Austin opening. 3 classes for $60! We did the interval training with Hans, great workout splitting time between tread, weights and row. Reminded me of Barrys. Then Cycle with Alana. And finally Hot Yoga with Michael. Great workouts with great instructors Locker rooms are nice and clean with towels. I wish they had a hairdryer and some hair gel, but otherwise decent amenities THE FINAL BAMBOO: If you're looking for a good workout with the three flavors, I'd say check this out. Classes are typically $30, the costs can add up!

Yelp
Best studio in Austin! The instructors are incredible- top talent from all over Austin and the country. They learn your name and change your life one class at a time! Cycle: Rhythm Ride 45, Rhythm Ride 60 Interval: Arms & Abs, Full Body, Butt & Legs Yoga/Strength: Hi Def 45, Hi Def 60, 3x3, Flow 60, Heated Flow 60 So many great classes, themed classes, people, community!

Yelp
I have struggled for years to find a gym that combines hard yet fun classes with VARIETY (not just a cycling studio, or just hot yoga only). Studio 3 has EVERYTHING you could want to keep your workouts interesting, well-rounded to create a solid physique, and the friendliest instructors/staff! I was by no means a gym rat, but I find myself craving coming back to this gym with this community 5-6 days a week. Andrea, Carla, Josh, and Kathleen are just a few of my favorite instructors, but in reality, everyone here is inspiring and uplifting, no matter how new or seasoned you are.

Yelp
Overpriced. Rude staff. Classes offer zero guidance or corrective form. Overall, don't waste your time.

Yelp
New gym right under the Thompson hotel. Multiple types of classes and friendly welcoming staff. Attended two different classes during a weekday, 4:30 rhythm cycle, and 5:30 heated yoga flow. The first class was quite empty but the instructor (Carla) brought the energy as if the class was completely full and didn't slack not one bit.The cycling room holds up to 55 people which is quite big compared to the other studios in the area. The heated yoga class was completely full but the instructor (Michael) guided the class with several different variations for beginners to elite. Unsure if they validate parking but there is plenty of street parking and parking garages nearby. Inside there is also a smoothie/coffee shop, a spin off from the restaurant Well on 2nd Street. Large amount of lockers for personal belongings and women and men locker rooms with showers.

Yelp
Hands down the best gym in ATX. the instructors are top notch snd definitely help motivate you. Also, the staff are super helpful and nice! Great vibes overall!

Paola S.

Yelp
I have nothing but positive things to say about this studio, the community and the instructors/staff that make this gym the amazing place it is. I have always loved working out and struggled to find a great gym that offers a variety of classes and also a great community to meet people but studio three has all that!

Sheila C.

Yelp
I've tried lots of different workout classes and studio three has by far been my favorite! The classes are hard but fun, the instructors are great and it is super easy to sign up for classes.

Yelp
I love the energy at this studio! The Interval classes are always a challenge (in the best way) and the staff is so friendly and helpful.

Lucia M.

Yelp
Love this gym! The best instructors, friendliest staff. On top of everything, they have the well inside.

Yelp
Started at studio three in March and I go every morning before work. I like how many different class options there are and times. Parking is free on the street in the morning and they also have validated parking for 90 min. The classes are challenging and it's super easy to sign up for them through the app. They have a U27 unlimited membership option which has been great. Would definitely recommend!

Yelp
I really like that studio three has multiple workout options. I try to do a combo of cycling, HIIT, and yoga every week and was excited to see that they do all three! The studio is very nice and the classes are challenging. My biggest complaint is the parking. Studio three only fully validates parking for the outdoor lot down the street which only has a few spaces and is full most of the time. They partially validate for the garage across the street (which is generally my back up option) but you still have to pay $5 to park there. I think I would consider signing up for the $199/month membership if parking wasn't such a hassle.

Yelp
So glad that I joined Studio III ! From opening day , they have had the best instructors and classes . Every day is a fun day at Studio III !!!

Paola S.

Yelp
This is by far the best gym I've been to in Austin! They offer a variety of classes that target all muscle groups and work you out like crazy. We are all a community and I've loved meeting new people. The instructors are all amazing and everyone is so welcoming. I definitely recommend S3 to anyone who loves classes, loves working out and wants to be part of an amazing community.

Yelp
My new favorite gym. It has a variety of different workouts to do!! I love all the instructors!!

Lindey S.

Yelp
Great new workout studio! Lovely facilities, great instructors and friendly staff. Only downside is parking, but that comes with the location!

Taylor C.

Yelp
The classes are great & tough here, the instructors are super nice and try to learn your name / give people variations if they need them. Overall great studio!
