Sture

We visited Sture today and had a good experience overall. The köttbullar were tasty and well-made. The tables are set pretty close together, so I imagine it could get quite noisy if the restaurant is full, but today it wasn’t very busy and we got a table right away. Service was friendly but nothing extraordinary. The coffee was nice, though not the best I’ve had. One cool detail: the cola is not regular Coca-Cola, but instead a Belgian brand that tasted really good and was a positive surprise. Also, the sauces are not standard mayo or ketchup—they tasted homemade and were definitely a highlight. There’s also a big selection of alcoholic drinks for those who are interested.

Such a lovely and beautiful restaurant ! Good atmosphere & lovely decorations. The food was beyond delicious 😋 and tasteful. WOW. Thank you to the amazing cooks. The waiters were very friendly and did a super great service. Thanks to all of them. Ww didn’t wait long for anything and loved it. We will definitely come again.

Wow wow wow!! What a fantastic restaurant and delicious Swedish food as a bonus!! Definitely need to book as it is popular with visitors and locals alike as they know a good restaurant!! Huge food and beverage choices and very good value prices. As first time visitors we had the signature Swedish dish of meatballs which were cooked to perfection and desserts included tasty rhubarb crumble ( just like my mother cooked at home!!) with ice cream and the almond cake slice washed down with cider and Swedish IPA!! This was exactly the restaurant we wanted to find in our visit to Malmö and we thoroughly recommend Sture and will be back again later in the week!!✅👍

Food was some of the best we had on our trip. The meatballs were 10/10 . The house sausage was 11/10 according to my partner. We will be returning. Service was quick and efficient. The restaurant had a great vibe but was slightly too loud for our preference .

A good Swedish restaurant in Malmö that combines traditional Swedish dishes with a touch of modernity and refinement. It has an interesting and varied selection of wines (Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese...). Attentive and professional service. A good option for any occasion!

Lovely setting and good atmosphere inside. The service was brilliant, we really appreciated the waiter taking time with us and allowing us to order in English. The food was very good but some dishes were a little simple and a few of the steaks had a lot of fat through the meat that hadn’t been rendered. The variety on the menu however was great for our large group as we had some pescatarians and vegetarians with us. Overall a great location and perfect for big groups!

The best restaurant. The staff is so nice and lovely, we came back twice for this and also because the food was so delicious !!! 👌👌 don’t forget the beer or the wine, special mention to the dessert wine - absolutely gorgeous 🤭 The desserts are also so sweet… The terrace is really pleasant 👌

An awesome traditional Swedish cuisine restaurant of a quite high level. Historical building and interiors, delicious food (meatballs with cowberry sauce and mashed potato is a must try!), very professional service. Located in the very centre of the city, 5 mins walk from both the central station and the central square.

The long running fancy Vendel at Sturehof was closed a while back to be replaced by simpler bistro and meat restaurant Sture. The same people are behind it but they have now managed to revitalize things and have created a restaurant where I do at least feel very much at ease at and I do know that whatever I will be served it will taste good. The food is often not complex and perhaps not the most creative either but they do only use high quality products so most things will be just great as the chefs truly know what they are doing. The food may be a bit heavy but it is definitely in the Swedish tradition of things and I am myself fond of this type of food. They have also done an excellent job of finding good beer and wine to match the food. They also carry it all the way be serving good coffee as well.

We had thick skirt with potato mash. The food was excellent, the meat perfectly cooked. One of the waitresses was a bit rude but the other one was kind and helpful.
