We booked a dinner some days ago to try something different and not western, for what SUAY suited very well.
The food was delicious and professionally crafted, lots of flavour and play with techniques and combinations.
The service was impecable, we were taken cared of by Lily, this young and very sophisticated server with great elegance at performing this work and Tatar, another very professional worker. They were on the small details (such as gently picking a little dill stick from the table cloth in a single silent movement to place it between his fingers of the hand that held a plate, all whilst serving our meals, and making it seamless), which me, as a former fine dining worker, pay attention to and appreciate a lot.
