The Best Restaurants In Round Rock - Austin - The Infatuation

"Subham Chettinad Grill lives up to its lengthy name. This is where you go for pizza-size dosas, a large array of curried and fried vegetables and proteins, soft idlys, and many other South Indian specialities. The smell of toasting masala jolts you right as you walk through the strip-mall doors. Happy families fold their paper-thin dosas into pockets of masalas and chutneys, tear them apart, and dip them into spicy sauces. Everything off the extensive menu is good, but if you go on a Saturday, don’t miss the special goat biryani, which is cooked South Indian-style in gravy. For weekdays, we recommend the flaky tandoori pomfret. Cleanse your palate with mango kulfi, which is a creamy condensed-milk pop." - clara wang, nicolai mccrary

Google
My brother has told me about this restaurant for some time and we finally made it there. Great food and friendly service. The best tandoori chicken I've had and my son devoured the butter chicken. Highly recommend getting here for any meal, just be hungry.

Google
We ordered the benne masala dosa, dahi puri, Ariyalur Mapillai Varuval chicken, and mango lassi. The food was very good. The chicken pieces were perfectly cooked (stir fried and then sautéed in the necessary spices). The puris were big and crispy even with the dahi and sev, onions, etc. The dosa was also soft inside and crispy outside at the same time (as benne should be). Overall a good experience.

Google
Food is delicious definitely but the best part is server Bhoomika she is great host definitely with the pleasant smile and good knowledgeable about all items and does extra mile for customers request. Vegetarian and non vegetarian option is also good. 4 people with $150 is good deal. Quality is good but they should increase the quantity as well it was very less for lamb and chicken the order we have e placed . It’s very close to authentic food we get in India. Well done a definite try if you are around the city

I went to this place twice during my stay near Austin. While I had vegetarian kizhi paratha for dinner, it was full-fledged vegetarian unlimited thali for lunch. I heard it was a special occasion which was why they were offering thali during weekend. This place offers thali during weekdays only if I’ve not mistaken. All in all the vegetarian thali was authentic. I very much enjoyed it. It was tasty and an ample meal. The staff were welcoming and courteous.

Food was delicious. We ordered Veg kizhi paratha & Kids Dosa ( Pizza) and Jigarthanda. Staff were friendly and great service. Food was delivered well in time. Overall great experience, will definitely visit again to try the Non veg dishes.

Google
Samosas are excellent, the chicken korma was good too. The garlic naan was excellent. It’s a simple restaurant nothing fancy, but the service is slow. Not horribly just kind of awkward for example they brought us our meat and curry dishes, but we had to wait a few minutes for our rice. I still recommend this place, it’s not a fancy dining establishment but if you’re looking for some good food, I would recommend it.

Google
The food is amazing 🤤— rich in flavor and cooked to perfection. One of the best Indian meals I’ve had! The place is quite spacious, making it comfortable even on busy days. Lovely ambiance that’s great for families. Will definitely visit again!

Google
This is an absolute gem of a place! I was amazed by the selection of authentic dishes and the chicken biryani was incredible. The portions are very well served and probably more than someone should eat in one serving. The people here are friendly and willing to be very accommodating. The time waiting for your food may be longer than you’re used to but for this quality and price it’s worth it. Everything comes out as it’s ready. Will be coming back for more.

Yelp
I have never been to the restaurant but I have ordered food from them many times. The saag paneer is FANTASTIC! They have excellently accommodated my request for the spice level to be minimal. :) Their butter naan is delicious. I highly recommend this food. I crave the yummy saag paneer on a regular basis.

Yelp
This was on the most authentic side of the Chettinad restuarants in Austin. I have always been jealous of Dallas for their authentic South Indian Chettinad, but step aside Dallas, we now have Subham Chettinad. It is quite a drive for me from South Austin to drive up to Round Rock, but it was totally worth it. The ambiance was blah and the service was meh but they have tab for ordering the menu and that lifted up my spirits. The number of dishes man! That was a long menu and need some time off our appetite just to go over them. My order: Benne dosa Mini idly Aloo Bhatura Kizhi parotta The order took a lot of time to get served. The dishes were not at all hot, they were served cold. They did not follow-up once the order was complete nor once the dishes were served! No napkins or water bottle were provided. The bathroom was smelling and the table and furniture were not clean. Despite all of this, the taste was amazing!!! Loved the chutneys and sambars, they ebbed with flavors and spices. The Kizhi parotta was a master innvoation. I took it with onlette but should have taken the plain one since it was great by itself. The idlis were soft. The Benne dosa was not roast and served cold and was too thick. With all these issues, I still went to this place thrice. I wish they improved their service!

Yelp
This is the best find for Indian food in Austin. Had to just drive up a little far towards north to go to this place but comparatively better than most Indian restaurants because of their variety and authenticity. We got their gongura dosa, egg kizhi parota and idiyappam with coconut milk. Coconut milk was okay, a little watery and less sweet. Gongura dosa was yummy but it was cold when served and the parota was amazing. Each dish had some minute flaws but overall the taste and quality of the food was very good. Ambience and the service was decent as well. Will definitely visit again with more people!

Yelp
OMG this place was so amazing. I expected it to be good, but damn was I blown away by how good this food was. I love lndian flavors and spices and this place had sooooo many option and things to try. I wish I could have tried more. The stand out dish for me was the Butter Chicken. I have never in my life tried one like this. The flavors and spices were so intense and tasty, but yet also in perfect balance. The spice level was perfect for me, it had a kick but also a nice warming feeling. The first spoon left me speechless. It was really that delicious for me. It felt like I was getting a warm hug. The Gobi65 was so good as well. The cauliflower was crispy and crunchy and so well seasoned. That's why I love Indian food because it's so full of so many different flavors and so many different foods. I never thought curry fish would be good but the one we had was amazing. Perfectly seasoned and perfect balance of flavors. The cheese and garlic Naan was hot and fresh. The mushroom appetizer with the spicy sauce was a surprise as well. I don't usually like mushrooms, but the sauce had a great balance of spicy sweetness that just tasted incredible. The little dessert they gave us was yummy as well. I never would have thought noodles and sweet milk would be a good combo, but they proved me wrong because it was a nice treat. I also got to try the Pani Puri after seeing it on TV and social media and I just loved the combo of the water, onions, and sauce in a crunchy shell. GOSH it was so unusual, but so delicious I'm so glad I got to try it. Everyone in the restaurant was so sweet and helpful. They came to check on us but not too much so we never felt rushed. The chef came to ask us how we liked the good and I just loved that. He is a true artist because the food blew me away. This place looked very small and unassuming, but is hiding some of the best food I've ever tasted. If I lived in Austin I would be a regular here. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Yelp
This was my first time visiting, but hopefully not the last time. It was clean, and service was available quickly. Our server was helpful with describing dishes that we had questions about. Once the food arrived, I wanted to dig in right away! I can't complain about any of the parts of this dish. So many flavors! I'm definitely going again.

Yelp
I came in last night with Thing Two and my partner. We ordered many things... So let's get to it, shall we? Shrimp Tandoori- Tandoori shrimp is an Indian dish where shrimp is marinated in a yogurt-based spice blend, typically including ingredients like cumin, coriander, turmeric, garlic, ginger, and chili powder, then cooked at a high temperature in a tandoor oven, giving it a smoky, flavorful taste; essentially, it's the shrimp version of traditional tandoori chicken, cooked with the same marinade and style. Tandoori shrimp is on the menu at most Indian restaurants here in the U.S. This shrimp served here has less chili undertones and muted flavors. The char could be tasted but not much of anything else. Chicken Lolipops - Chicken Lollipop is made from both drumette and wingette or flat of a chicken wing and is essentially a frenched chicken winglet, wherein the meat is cut loose from the bone end and pushed down, creating a lollipop appearance. The chicken on this appetizer was crunchy, flavorful, yet a bit fatty, which is to be expected from a drummette. Hot and Sour Soup- This soup was an interesting find as it is less Indian in origin amd more Indo-Chinese cuisine. Desi-Chinese cuisine is a distinct style of Chinese cuisine adapted to Indian tastes, combining Chinese foods with Indian flavors and spices. This soup had the sour from Chinese influence, yet the spices and vegetables that are associated with Indian culture. This soup was mild in taste yet flavorful because of the Indian spices used. Curry Fish- This dish is prepared with semi-stewed fish in a Kerala-style sauce. Sauces such as this typically includes a blend of spices and assorted vegetables to include onions. This Indian fish curry is a moderately spicy dish and has a touch of tang to it which cuts through the richness of the sauce. Other items sampled were on par with the aforementioned entrees and appetizers. If in the area and looking for close to India experience (based upon my experiences in India in open seating establishments), this may be the place for you. #supportlocal

Yelp
Nice Restaurant in the old antique mall at the end of Gattis School Road in Round Rock. This was our second time here as we really enjoyed the food the first time around. Havjng lived in Singapore for three years, I loved the butter chicken so that was my choice at this restaurant. It was just the right amount of spice. The sauce was delicious and the chicken very tender. The service was great. We have two great Indian restaurants in Round Rock - Bayleaf and Subham Chettinad Grill. Either one is a great choice!

Yelp
Upon first visiting this place, you will notice that the restaurant is pretty big and a lot of times can look empty at first. Don't let this fool you. This place can get pretty busy. When you first enter, they will have you sit anywhere you like. You then receive the menus which features so many different items, both north Indian and south Indian. It can get very overwhelming for even an Indian person. I can't imagine what a non-Indian person would feel, especially ones who have not tried Indian food. They have many typical items, but also unique twists to some of the items, including goat tikka masala. I will say that both their south Indian dishes, including the dosas and idly are great and their north indian dishes are spot on. Prices are actually pretty reasonable with the service being a hit or miss depending on how busy they are. I would definitely recommend trying this place. This place has been one of the best Indian restaurants I have tried in this area.

Yelp
I had to order a family meal plan at the last minute (the day before Thanksgiving) because Namaste Dine-In was trying to charge me over a hundred bucks for a half pan of vegetable biryani rice. I called the morning of and placed my order. The guy who took the order said to come at any time to pick it up. The price was significantly under a hundred. Since I work full time, I was only able to get off work by close of business. I went to pick it up and was told that they had thrown out my order because I hadn't come sooner. I was thinking, "Hmm, you said to come at any time." The guy at the pickup counter then said it was okay; he would make a fresh batch. So, I wait towards the side and notice that the restaurant is packed to the brim with people sitting and eating. There were a lot of people ordering takeout, too. Then, I was called to the counter to pick up my biryani rice and the front counter guy proceeded to give me another bag. I accepted it thinking it was sauces. When I got home, I noticed that the other bag of food wasn't vegan and I couldn't eat it. I'm not sure why he gave me someone else food. On Thanksgiving Day, my family gathered around and took a bite of the most aromatic, delicious, divine vegetable biryani in the world! It tasted so much better than Noon and Mirch biryani, which tends to be overly and underseasoned and lacks consistency. Subham did not disappoint with the vegetables cooked to tenderness. Everyone raved about how good the biryani rice was. My mum even asked for me to order it for Christmas, but we didn't since we celebrated Tex-Mex-style dinner. Yummy and I dreamed about the rice that melted in my mouth with each bite!

Yelp
There are now many options for Indian food in the Round Rock area. My wife and I tried Subham Chettinad Grill and we were blown away by the food. The atmosphere and service were just okay and the reason I'm giving this experience 4 stars and not 5. I can not remember what it was called, but we ordered a dosa for an appetizer that had a potato-based filling and was served with a couple of dipping sauces. It was HUGE and delicious! We ordered 3 or 4 other dishes but all I can remember is the amazing Goat Curry. I highly recommend both the Goat Curry and the potato filled dosa. It was warm inside the restaurant and with the spicy food I was uncomfortable and sweating. Service was very friendly but slow. There appeared to be only one server for the whole restaurant and one busser/host who was mostly useless (on his phone and not helping the one server). I'm not sure if this is the norm or if they were short staffed that day, but we tipped the server a lot because she was trying so hard to keep up. Thank you to the server - she was working very hard! I wish I could say the same about the busser/host. Drink refills took a long time. The restaurant did not have a liquor license at the time I visited. A crisp, cold beer or two would have been very nice given the temperature inside the restaurant and spiciness of the food. It took a VERY long time after we were finished to get the check and pay it (about 30 minutes of sitting and waiting). In all, we were there for probably 2 hours when I feel we could have been in and out in half that time if the restaurant was well staffed. Waiting 30 minutes after the meal to get the check and pay is always annoying and even more so when it is hot an uncomfortable. This first visit to Subham Chettinad Grill was within a couple of months of their opening, so I'm hopeful they have hired and trained more staff by now. I would love to upgrade this review to 5 stars after our next visit.

Yelp
One of the many few Indian restaurants in Austin area that is delicious! Being Indian, we are picky with eating Indian at a restaurant. The restaurant staff is so welcoming and provided excellent service. The rava dosa was cooked to perfection alongside the flavorful chutneys and sambar. My bf got goat curry and loved it. It was spicy, flavorful and tender. The papadi chaat was ok. It lacked yogurt, chutneys, and toppings. I wouldn't get it next time. The waiter was nice enough to remove it from our bill. I would definitely come back here! Thanks for a great first experience :)

Yelp
All foods mild taste is good ... like butter chicken Paneer tikka masala . .. paneer butter masala malai kofth ... all food is taste.....

Yelp
We stopped by on a whim. We found a delightful casual Indian Cafe and so very friendly. We are Indian food novices so we asked for help and my goodness did they deliver. We were offered a Thali sampler type plate with 11 dishes plus rice! Each better than the next. We also ordered as an appetizer the shrimp chili garlic. Wow that was amazing. And we ordered garlic naan. Sooo good. It was all such a treat. They have a HUGE menu so come back. Ask for Mahesh, he will take care of you!

Yelp
My party of 4, which includes a toddler, went to Subham on a Saturday afternoon. We were able to find a table very quickly. The restaurant came across somewhat disorganized. It took a while for someone to come to take the order and provide cutlery. Water was provided only on being asked for it. The food was ok. Tried multiple dishes - Mutton kottu parotha: wasn't flavorful Chicken lollipop: this was good Plain dosa: this was normal Non veg thali: wasn't great Mango Lassi: was good The thali took 45 mins to arrive, and the server was clueless when we enquired about the order. The taste wasn't that good to justify the wait. They did deduct it from our bill but nevertheless it wasn't a great dining experience

Yelp
Delicious Tamil Style Indian Food. Loved all the dishes we tried and reasonably priced. We ordered the karam dosa, kuthu parata for starters and shared a Thalappakatti biryani to finish. Everything was very well cooked and loved the experience.

Rajesh S.

Yelp
I ordered from this place online first time few weeks back tandoori, parotta and after eating, I became seriously sick. At that time I was thinking maybe it was just bad luck. Today I thought, let me give second chance as I heard they started buffet but what a shock I got, they failed health inspection with a RED tag!!!!!!!! As a customer, I am extremely disappointed. This is not small mistake -- it is pure irresponsibility. You are giving such bad food to people without any care. Now I understand why I became so sick last time. Thanks to the health department for taking action and keeping public safe. This was clear sign for me -- I will never ever come back here again.
google avatar

Amanda L.

Yelp
Wow... this is definitely in my top three favorite indian meals. They are very very busy but we didn't have to wait at all for a table because they are pretty efficient about getting people in and out. Our server was a super friendly younger guy who walked us through the menu and gave his too picks for each section. Everything looked so good that I will definitely be back to try more! We got the butter chicken curry and their specialty curry which garlic and regular naan. The naan was top tier and the curry was so flavorful. It literally still had cloves, bay leaves and star anise in whole form (which some people may not like, but I respected the explosion of flavor/knowing what went into my food). My only complaint is the lack of ventilation in the place. A lot of the dishes come on a hot plate which spices that are sizzling hot so it creates a fume that left many people hacking away. It also left your entire clothes and hair smelling like the place for at least 2 days after. But I do understand it's difficult to change that and the food is so good I'm very willing to overlook that fact. Just don't come with your nicest clothes/jackets and hair all done up and fresh.

Vinod N.

Yelp
Started to become a regular at Subham. Took the family for the lunch buffet on Mother's Day. One of the best buffets both in terms of quality and taste. For a change the vegetarian menu stood up to the meat options. Personally the standouts for me were the dahi poori, mysore masala from the dosa counter, mushroom fry, apollo fish, seearaga samba biryani, crab curry!!, home style mutton, aloo fry. I covered probably 1/6th of the spread
google avatar

Priyanka V.

Yelp
Terrible. 1 star because couldn't give lower than that. We got chicken lollipops, dosas and parrota mutton. The dosa batter was clearly stale. Weird bitter taste to it. Chicken lollipops were a joke - super tiny, super dry and over fried. Would never go here again.
google avatar

Candy S.

Yelp
We ordered these at dinner. This is our second try at this restaurant. It's a bit on pricier side , food wasn't the most impressive experience, it's more like at par level. I disliked the smoked lamb skewers, the only flavor was saltiness. Chicken wings were fine. Goat rice has tiny pieces of meats only with lots of rices rather. Feels a bit rip off. The other dishes shown in here were fine. Probably won't be back again. The clean up person keeps spraying the tables around us with sanitizer , I felt like I have eaten more chemicals than food. .... Not nice at all.
google avatar

Briana S.

Yelp
really good food and really, atrociously bad service. the chicken tikka masala is spicier than I've had anywhere else but the samosas are delicious. I'd highly recommend placing a carry out order or at least not coming for dinner on a Saturday

Robbie S.

Yelp
Be prepared for inaccurate waits times! Called in our order for 4 dishes. Was quoted 25 minutes. Arrived 30 minutes later, and was told another 7-8 minutes. The restaurant had 1 table with a party of 3. No other tables were occupied. In total, our takeout order took 1:13 minutes from call-in to pickup.

Yelp
This restaurant is the BOMB! Their menu is huge. I'm looking forward to trying the thali at lunchtime.

Yelp
Good South Indian Chettinad food in the Austin/Round Rock area ! Service is prompt and has a lot of seating . Parking is good as well. Ordered the veg thali and chicken tandoori, both were good . Chicken was well cooked and tender and sauce was great and we got a lot of chicken even for the half plate ! Thali had usual items but tasted good without a lot of masala, which is how we like it . Poriyal, sambar and kesari were amazing, rest were okay . Wish papad would have been served crispy but not a huge drawback . Would return to try biryani and other non veg items which looked great.
google avatar

Vinod K.

Yelp
Food was excellent!! I had 'Chicken Biryani Chettinad' style and 'Kili Chicken Parotta' wrapped in banana leaf, both the dishes tasted really good, very much like South Indian taste that I used to have back home.. Special thanks to Mahesh for making sure it was well packed and also providing extra banana leaf to takeaway , it was nice touch to have food at home with banana leaf like a traditional style.. !!!

Yelp
Just discovered Subham Chettinad on Uber Eats and decided to give this place a try. They have an extensive menu and we were very impressed with everything we ordered. Although the food took a little longer than anticipated we thought overall the food was really yummy but just felt bad for the delivery person because they were waiting at the restaurant for a while. Dosa - 4.5/5 the filling inside was very yummy. It wasnt very crispy but i think thats because we ordered via delivery. Pani puri 5/5 - very generous filling and the green water was seasoned nicely and refreshing Butter chicken - 5/5 it was delicious Chicken korma - 4/5 - my fiance thought it was under seasoned but i thought it was nice and did not taste too heavy. Overall, we loved how all of our dishes were very nice and they had such an extensive menu. Cant wait to try other dishes when we order again next time.

TS L.

Yelp
This is a hidden gem!! First time here and certainly not the last. Food is great and good portion. Had chicken biriyani which came in a big bowl. The Kerala coconut curry tested very authentic. Will be back again for another fix when I'm hungry for Indian food!
google avatar

Alex S.

Yelp
Loved my dinner here! I am not very familiar with Indian food but everything I tried was delicious. I requested everything labeled as spicy to be mild and they delivered! The drinks were also amazing!

Sam T.

Yelp
Service was courteous and so I'm giving a 2* but food was big letdown. I'm Indian and think dosa is hard to screw up but these guys somehow did. Dosa was soggy, oily and cold and most of the entrees were overly oily or full of color (paneer 65 etc) or completely bland.

Rey P.

Yelp
Wonderful food. Excellent service. Really enjoyed the authentic flavors. Will definitely come back.

Paul F.

Yelp
Grilled fish they have here is awesome And well priced. Biryani is also yummi. Go check it out.
google avatar

Jacob S.

Yelp
Great food for a reasonable price! Chicken 65 and butter chicken is great! Big portions too
google avatar

Yelp
$5.99 for a michelob ultra. Fucking kidding me? The food was top notch. But the waitress was a shyster. She short changed me on my change. If you go don't buy beer and watch your change.
google avatar

Yelp
We had dosas and medhu vada. The food was fresh and pipping hot. Even the complementary kheer was very tasty. Going there again

Aria R.

Yelp
We went for the Onam banana leaf special! The meals were great with a variety of dishes. The servers were very friendly and attentive.

Chockalingam G.

Yelp
The food tasted good overall. We tried the Killi Poratta and Biryani, both of which were flavorful. The Killi Poratta gravy was particularly enjoyable. However, there are several areas for improvement. The cleanliness of the restaurant needs attention; there were numerous flies and the unused plates were quite wet. Additionally, the waitstaff were handling the front side of the plates with their fingers, which was not very hygienic. Service and overall cleanliness should be improved for a better dining experience.

Manoj K.

Yelp
Food was very good along with service , live to visit the place again . Owner suggested best recommendations we we try to order and it was good both veg and non veg items .
google avatar

Yelp
Highly highly recommend this spot! I've been hearing people talk about how good their food is and let me tell you this is some of the best Indian food I've ever had! I stopped in shortly before they closed to try some Biryani. Was greeted by such kind people. The owner introduced himself, took my order and even gave me an extra serving of Biryani for free!
google avatar

Yelp
I absolutely love this place! The food is incredible and the staff is so friendly! If you like Indian food this is a must try!

Ashwini G.

Yelp
We came here with a few friends and ordered several dishes - all of which were amazing. The flavors were delicious and our favorite was the tandoori chicken. The severs were friendly and helped us with any requests. The restaurant has a family friendly vibe. We will definitely be coming back and also ordering the catering in the future.

Joselyn A.

Yelp
Food was amazing!! We had the whole pomphret, crab masala and lamb biryani. I'm sad I didn't get far enough into the biryani to find the egg, my fave. So dig in till you find it! The fish was perfectly cooked and had amazing flavor. The crab masala was the best but they didn't have any scissors or crab crackers so we had to take it home and eat it later. Take your own tools if you want crab. The spice level was perfect and the flavors were perfection.

H M.

Yelp
After reading reviews of a myriad of Indian restaurants in the area, we decided to try Subham Chettinad and we were not disappointed. The butter chicken and chicken biryani were delicious. The lamb vindaloo was tasty and spicy. The server was very helpful, lots of parking and a huge menu. Highly recommend.

Yelp
If you're dining in, prepare yourself to be underwhelmed. The wait for two very simple items (Plain Dosa, Cheese Sandwich), took over 30 minutes, and I had to walk out with my 2.5 year old because this place is understaffed and the head server / dude with apple AirPods was more interested in walking around doing nothing, rather than making the restaurant more efficient. We went a few minutes away to another restaurant down the street (Honest restaurant) and got our food within a few minutes. Save the hassle, go somewhere else.

JRam C.

Yelp
Food tastes good, they keep consistency in taste. Would recommend to try all tamil dishes

Yelp
A Delightful Surprise at Subham Chettinad Taking the baton from where Swad once stood, Subham Chettinad has seamlessly stepped into the vibrant culinary scene of our town, and how! Visiting this gem for the second time, our taste buds were treated to an array of dishes that not only met but often surpassed the high standards set by other popular Indian eateries in the area, such as Sangam. Onion Dosa - 4/5: The true test of any Dosa lies in its chutneys, and Subham Chettinad does not disappoint. The peanut and coconut chutney was a standout, boasting authentic flavors that felt far removed from anything you'd find in many Indian restaurants. While the orange chutney was satisfactory, the sambar received a perfect score from my wife, elevating the overall experience. The dosa itself, larger and crispier than what we're accustomed to at Sangam, was a delight, although a lighter hand on the all-purpose flour could make it unbeatable. Rava Dosa - 5/5: A tough contender to beat, this Rava Dosa takes the silver medal only when compared to the unparalleled version at Bawarchi in Plano. It's a rarity to find such a perfectly executed Rava Dosa, making it a must-try in Austin for aficionados. Kadai Paneer - 4/5: A hit with my daughter, the Kadai Paneer was fresh, generously portioned, and a testament to the chef's prowess in handling classic Indian flavors. Vegetable Dum Biryani - 4/5: Approaching this dish with tentative hopes, given the restaurant's South Indian roots (Ie South of Andhra).., I was pleasantly surprised. The biryani was aromatic, flavorful, and has certainly earned a repeat order from me. In conclusion, Subham Chettinad has proven itself as a noteworthy contender in the realm of Indian cuisine in our town, offering a delectable variety of dishes that cater to the genuine taste and authenticity seekers. Whether you're a fan of crispy dosas, savory paneer, or aromatic biryani, this place has something special in store for you. We will visit this place again! I highly recommend it!

Yelp
I prefer the food here to any other Indian restaurants in the area. It's so hard to find decent food and this is one of the better ones.

Yelp
I have been to at least 40 Indian restaurants in the Austin Metropolitan area, and I want to announce that this one is the best so far. In fact, I will have to go there a few more times before I try another. Hat's off to the owners!

Yelp
We have tried parottas, tawa sukka chicken biryani, chicken 65 for togo. Tawa chukka biryani was old and the chicken in it was giving a after taste of bitter. Parotta and 65 was good.
