The service is flawless: a team of professionals guides guests throughout, creating a feeling of complete immersion in the show. The atmosphere, light and visual effects, music — every detail is thoughtfully curated. It’s a one-of-a-kind fine dining experience worth trying for anyone who appreciates innovation, haute cuisine, and unforgettable emotions. While some may find the price too high — the concept itself isn’t for everyone — so I recommend familiarizing yourself with it in advance.

Sublimotion employs immersive technologies, including 360-degree projections, virtual reality, and synchronized soundscapes, to transport diners through diverse settings, from underwater realms to futuristic cities. We were very excited to dine at Sublimotion because the concept is absolutely brilliant. The creativity, theatrical storytelling, and immersive experience are truly world-class — from the moment you walk in, the show and atmosphere feel spectacular. However, for a fine dining experience of this level, we were disappointed by the lack of attention to our dietary requirements — something that should be handled with care and precision. Despite clearly providing all dietary restrictions in advance: • We were served a crab dumpling at the start, even though “no shellfish” was noted — a serious safety concern. • Several dishes containing shellfish and other restricted ingredients kept arriving, often with no alternative offered. • In some cases, the dish was simply repeated without the ingredient rather than being replaced with a thoughtful substitute, leaving the course feeling incomplete. This happened multiple times, including with the watermelon and rockmelon dishes, which were served without any creative replacements. We want to stress that we loved the concept, atmosphere, and creativity of the night. But for the premium price point, the handling of dietary requirements needs much more attention to ensure guests feel safe, valued, and fully part of the experience.

Amazing show and great dinner BUT honestly there is simply no way that you spend € 1700 per person and afterwards you need to wait and hope for a cab to pick you up. Such an experience at the end of the evening destroys a lot of positive ones. Ibiza during high season means cabs are not available at all.

Abdolutely one of the coolest experiences, hands down, ever! After signing up for this, I realized I had no idea how I was going to last through a 15-course meal. (I'm normally ready to go home after an appetizer.) But, WOW- it was literally amazing. From the beginning to the end, nonstop amazing. The presentation, the food, even the people you will dine with - you begin as strangers not knowing what to expect, and leave with some new friends. I cannot recommend this highly enough! I can't even really describe this, you have to experience it to believe it!

Alright the presentation kicks everyone's butt. But taste of the food is everywhere and not focused. I was wowed by 3 courses. Amazing experience and presentation. But that's it. Don't expect the best food you ever tasted.
