Terrible both times I’ve gone there. First time out of turkey for my club & didnt bother to add more Ham or bacon to replace it. Just left there now and 1 of the 3 subways was ridiculous. Wrong bread that was rock hard and falling apart. 2 of them should have been identical and looked nothing like each other. They won’t answer the phone and were jerks when I picked up the order.

Subway employee declines my $20 bill because it has a small little tear on the corner but the bill was complete. I explained That was a good $20 bill regardless of a small little tear. So employee barely speak English or understand. Subway employee did not take my $20 bill and I had to swap it with another $20 bill that has no tears. This is not an acceptable behavior from a franchise restaurant to treat customers this way. Whoever is the manager or owner of this restaurant need to retrain their staff. As long as three-quarters of a bill are intact, you can exchange it for a whole bill when you make your bus deposit at the Bank. US LAW.

Poor services. Refused to sell us the new breads saying those are not ready. Force us to use their old breads by saying those are the only available. Then, while we were sitting there eating, they sold the new breads to the 4th customer in line.

Arrived five minutes after my order was to be ready. Sandwiches left open on the counter and employee sweeping floor. I had to be somewhere and they refused to finish adding ingredients to my sandwiches because the other employee was busy with something else. Took my sandwiches and they shorted my cookies and drinks. They refuse to reimburse or supply missing food.

I love subway don't get me wrong but this place is the only place that close to me and walking distance but the workers there are rude I came in today on 8/25/24 because they had a bogo going on and today was the last day so I go online to get the deal and to my surprise Yet again there online is not available but mean while every single subway around me the online is working just fine there excuse was the weather was bad but it's clean and sunny I wasn't gonna argue with them just took my sub and left not coming back here again if you dont want your customers to use the bogo don't post it on ur website just saying

First time. Last time. Poor service, poor food , and quality were just poor. The spinach was old, and tomatoes looked older. 1 spinach chicken wrap 2 prices - 7.49 or 11.49. No drink , no chips, no cookie,charged 10.49. Ya, it's not a spinach wrap because they didn't know what it was. 2nd sandwich 8.49 again no chips, no drink, no cookie. Look, elsewhere for quality food. I hate to say Publix would be cheaper. Total $20.21

There Was a young gentleman that is new there he told me after I asked him few questions. Seems like a great new edition to this location. I ordered a footlong on an Italian herb and cheese bread and he made it very well as I asked him too on Monday or Tues can’t remember. I was satisfied. I believe his name start with M or something didn’t get his full name. Thank you I will be back!

My children want Subway, it's during this very strange quarantine time. My husband called to see if coming in to order was ok or if he should continue to try to order online (services have been down for hours online). Someone answered the phone but left it off the hook so they wouldn't have to deal with a ringing phone. He could hear them speaking about their boring day and how someone's phone charger wasn't working... clearly a conversation amongst the non-busy staff. I tried calling from my phone, giving them the benefit of the doubt, but the phone now rings busy. We are in the restaurant business and understand that during this time, things are hard, confusing. We appreciate the business (as it's ours too) and try to support local restaurants that are open. If they were just too busy to answer, I would totally understand. But they're just plain lazy. He's going up the the store to order. Good luck y'all... If you absolutely MUST choose Subway, do not choose this one that clearly staffs those who don't want to work while so many are of work.

I haven't been here in a really long time and I'm glad I came back. The staff was super friendly and I like how they redid the interior. I had a 6 inch egg white, ham and cheese flatbread sandwich. It's very light and not super expensive. I also got a drink so I spent about $6.50. For a nice quick breakfast this was definitely worth it. I might try lunch there soon.

I can see there are poor reviews from several years ago, but if you haven't been here lately, you should go by. I'm pretty sure it's under new ownership since then. This is my most favorite Subway ever. The staff is always friendly and the owner always sends a message after I complete the survey that gets sent to me. My girlfriend and I go here regularly every weekend for the steak and cheese sandwiches and I love the Subway Seafood Salad they have right now. and several other times a month. They provide great customer service, especially during this time of having to work around the COVID-19 issue. In fact, they weren't even able to make it to the stores to get essentials like TP because by the time they get there, everything is gone. So I tipped the 2 employees that were there with 4 rolls of TP I had just purchased that day. They were very excited. Check them out. You will be impressed.

Yes, this is a chain. Yes, it is fast food; but we all must go every now and again and they are NOT all the same. This is a fairly new Subway and it appears clean. The associates were average, run-of-the-mill automatons waiting behind the counter -- their mouths close and they start to move when they hear you talk. On our order: Coke Steak Pepperoni Pizza I know, I know...why would I go to Subway and order pizza. Simple answer: I have ordered it before and it was actually good; but not at this Subway. The pizza was overly doughy and undercooked. I was famished to the point that I just wolfed it down to get some form of sustenance. The one thing that could have made it passable was the coke, but that machine was more of a fountain than it was a drink dispenser. The coke was just too weak. Years ago, I remember loving the Philly steak and cheese at subway. Now, all you get is a bun filled with dog food. You can add onions and peppers, but they wont be cooked. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra dollar or two at Publix. You get a much bigger and a vastly greater tasting sandwich that you can split with someone.

I went to this subway tonight with my in law and children. The older woman behind the counter made us feel very uncomfortable and we felt rushed and unwelcomed. There was a point where she asked us how many subs we wanted and I told her 2.. she walked away as she said "thank god".. we wanted to also buy personal pizzas but I felt like we were a bother and decided to just leave with the two subs. Maybe hiring people who want to work would do things differently, sadly.

I used to be a regular at this Subway. Based on their behavior, though, not only do I never want to RETURN to this Subway, I want to never have Subway anywhere again. The sandwich maker who served us was a b*tch, pardon my French, and we ended up leaving after paying, realizing she ruined the order. We were told to come in and they'd replace it, but when we called, the same b---individual, responded and not only refused to help, but cursed me out and blamed me! This type of customer service is not worthy of my money. I will be contacting the GM, and hopefully they will terminate her from her post. If so, I will gladly amend this review. But until then, they are lucky there is no way to give negative stars. I will not go to any more Subways until this is resolved.

Fresh bread. Great customer service! Store is always clean. I frequent this location about three times per week and am never disappointed. Staff is always attentive. Love the smell of cookies baking at lunch time! I will be back!

I entered the store and nobody was behind the counter, but a woman was unloading boxes of chips in the front of the store. She asked me if I was here for pick-up (I was) and I noticed she wasn't wearing a face mask, nor gloves. She told me the toaster was faulty and I said that was fine. She yelled unprofessionally to the back to get another employee to come up. Said employee comes out with his hands covered in flour and turned on the sink for ~5 secs and let the water hit a single hand before giving me my order. This employee wasn't wearing a face mask either. I would have walked out of the store, but I had already made the payment online and the food was already made. I came home and threw the food away, because I rather lose $10 I spent on two footlongs than risk getting Covid. I looked up Subway to make sure you guys had a face mask policy prior to ordering and your website states that face mask are required by corporate policy. I did not see that enforced at this store, nor did I witness proper hand-washing technique or professional behavior.

Stopped in there again yesterday Service with a smile as always. Owner seems to be there a lot which is nice to see. Lots of energy and super friendly. Older gentleman came in using a walker. Once the order was rung, employee carried the gentlemans order out to the car for him. It's the little things that set this store apart from the others! I will be back!

Went in today to grab lunch. The girl Amanda behind the counter was so beyond rude. She got an attitude because the other 2 people I came with were looking at the menu and didn't know what they wanted yet but I knew what I was having so as I ordered my meal, she rudely stated that she was capable of making more than 1 at a time because she wanted them to order right that second. As she was making my sub she kept cutting me off in a rude tone every time I said a topping (example: what else, what else, what else, is that all, is that all every 2 seconds.) When I ordered cookies she rolled her eyes at me because she had to go to the back to get them. She was so unprofessional and rude which is sad because I usually come there at least twice a week but I guess I'll find a new location. She has been there in the past and always seemed miserable doing her job but today she really topped it off and acted this way. Hopefully management sees this and talks with Amanda.
