Subway

Poor customer service, average food. I ordered through the app and was hoping for a quick pickup. They didn’t have some of the food in stock. The least they could’ve done is offer a replacement for the food they sold but couldn’t make, but instead they insisted on refunding the whole order and asked me to buy what was in stock, implying they’d already made it. I did put in the order, then without acknowledging it they helped three other customers. After the last one they said they hadn’t actually made the food yet and that it was in the oven, then gave me the food with barely a mutter. Rude and took longer than had I just walked in and ordered.

We had not been to this subway on about 8 months because of the issues. Need healthy option quick. Got home to find out we only had half of what we paid for... Need to find another sandwich place.

Ordered on the app. Got Philly steak subs. Both were not toasted. Couldn't even heat up the meat. It was almost frozen! Worst ever!

Today I went to subway after not eating it for a while and girl working did not provide good service. She didn’t ask my husband if he even wanted anything and she barely spoke.

I know I said not to toast my bread but that doesn’t mean not to cook the bacon and rotisserie chicken OMG!

Ordered a subway platter, called earlier in the day to confirm platter would be ready at 5. The platter was ordered on Saturday for Thursday. Showed up at 5 to pick up platter nobody knew anything about the platter. No manager was working. The kids working there did not know how to make a platter. They told me I could go somewhere else if I like. The platter was for a birthday party so too late to make other plans. This is the second time this has happened to me at this subway. Will not be back. The kids working there did the best they could to put something together but they are definitely not trained. I hold management accountable for lack of training.

I will definitely not be back to this location. I ordered a tuna spinach wrap, when I got home and started to eat it, the tuna was so extremely salty and disgusting. I have never eaten tuna with salt in it. I spit it out and cooked myself something else for dinner. I was so disappointed. Warning, the tuna is salty. This is definitely the right location, this review is for when I went there before your closing for renovations. I decided to do the review days later, because I can never forget about my experience of eating salty tuna. Hopefully with new renovations, you all will have better tuna prepared. This is the only subway location in Carrollton, VA.

Was in the mood for a good sandwich and i love a good subway. The service staff was just as good as the sandwhich. It was very surprised with the freshness of the ingredients and how professional made the meal was. Would definitely recommend.

I just wanted to show my appreciation. Stopped by this Subway location this afternoon on my way home. My life has been up and down recently (to say the least). This may not be important to anyone but me, but I felt that I should take the time to tell this. The young lady that filled my order was very friendly and made me feel important and the cashier was nice too. I struggle with low self esteem and often feel that I'm not worthy. I felt good when I left, like I mattered. It was very important to me. So, thanks to the lovely ladies that waited on me this day, Wed, August 29, 2018.

I went in the other day to get a delicious sub. The sub itself was not the problem, and the place looked very clean. But the manager was just awful to her workers. It made everyone else feel really awkward when she would berate them in front of everyone. They seemed like two very polite girls too who were trying their hardest. I know this subway in particular has a lot of change in cashiers, eat, they're always hiring. Its clearly because of the management. Ive been in three times. Twice the manager was there yelling at workers. But once I went there and it was just a girl and a guy, and they were way more relaxed and friendly. Ive also seen that manager snap at customers before, and just become really blunt and off putting. Just go to the subway in Smithfield.

So, for being a chain- this subway is fairly on point. We usually order using the online feature, which is so convenient! Our order is ready when we walk in. Orders are always correct and the staff is courteous.
