I’ve always had a good visit with this location :) and I enjoy doing mobile pick up :) I run in and I run out. I did try the churro…and it was disgusting. It smelt great but tasted like a roll of chemicals. Could just be my taste buds. I plan on trying the pretzel & footlong cookie soon. Fingers crossed y’all.

I like this Subway so much better than the one by my house on Main street Summerville, my car was done so I had to go there. I was in this location last week and the food was good

Me and my wife Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for my food thru door dash all because this subway failed to notify me that what I ordered they did not have . Instead of offering a different meal to offset the $10 sandwich I specifically ordered they sent my order to my house without my meat ball sandwich . I spent a total of over $30 for food . This establishment needs new management.

I placed an online order for this location tonight at 5:10pm as I pass by it on my way home from work and it was the closest location to me. I got 2 turkey footlongs; one with pepperoni and one with bacon. I arrived at 5:27pm and my order wasn’t completed which was not an issue at all since I was in no rush and I saw the amount of online orders that were coming in on top of the customers in store. The two guys behind the counter looked really stress (I completely get it as I used to work in food and bev) but they were both very polite. My issue is that they were rushing to get all the orders out on time and after waiting for 40 minutes they forgot to cook my bacon. It’s not a big issue, I just took it off the sandwich, but was still a little upset since I paid extra for the bacon. No fault to the two individuals, but it may be a smart idea to have more than 2 workers behind the line during dinner hours.

I go to the subway all the time and I get great service. But tonight there was an employee there that I feel handled the busy situation very professionally for a young lady. I made sure to get her name before I left. Her name is London. They had online orders and people waiting in the lobby. She maintained a positive personality and made sure every customer got exactly what they needed, this is what we need out of the younger generation with professionalism, no matter what your career field is!! I don’t know if Subway reads this, but London definitely is an employee you need to keep on your staff. And just for the record, I don’t know her! She was just great enough for me to feel that I needed to write a review.

Past orders were screwed up! Paid for double meat, never got it. Had to go back. One sandwich was not even the one I ordered, they couldn't remake my 2 sandwiches on the first jessed up order because they were out of bread at 1:30 pm ....I've tried for 6 months to get cookies, always out! Never have them. I've been there at 9am lunch time dinner time, no luck. Poor management. I also can't use my rewards here. They don't know how. I also had to over pay when they tried to use my 8$ off rewards I paid 30 fot 2 subs.

Bread was old, yesterday's bread. I was here before 9 am and the cookies were old and crumbly. They either don't have cookies everytime O go or they are dried up and broken. Very little meat and cheese

First time bad experience @ this location. I put in "Special Instructions": no tomatoes on the wrap (there were tomatoes in the wrap); I asked that my flatbread order be toasted....it was NOT toasted & there were onions in the flatbread sandwich which were NOT ordered. The order was placed @ 12:15, picked up @ ~12:35...there were no customers waiting on orders @ the time of pick up. Online ordering with pick up had worked great on several prior occasions. Not happy with THIS experience

Very clean store. Fast service. Good food as always. Except for the homeless guy sitting at the front door and the restrooms being out of order. Both at the same time. We were told by another business in that area that the homeless have inundated the stores with public restrooms. We were customers who purchased food here and were not allowed to use the restrooms even to wash our hands before eating. Really? Will reconsider stopping at this location for future Subway food. Too bad, really. Otherwise a really nice looking and clean store.

Omigod she did my sandwich so good!!!! Of the 4 subways in my area, this one is the farthest from my house. But I come here anyway because my sandwich is always better. The bread is always fresh, they aren't chintzy with your toppings and the people working there are friendly.

Andrew at store 13007-0 Was rude as hell kept throwing the ingredients in the wrong bins with other ingredients and had an attitude the whole time while i already had to wait 10 mins just for him to put lettuce and mayo on my sandwich he also must be incompetent because He clearly had a 6 inch sub that he was working on but yet rang me up for a 12 inch and when i went back for my refund 2 white girls and him thought it was so funny that i came back and andrew couldn't even get himself together to act like a normal person. so as soon as i walked in they gave me a full refund which is more money than the initial refund i came in for.. i'm not complaining about that that's just less money for your store and more for me because they ignorantly wanted me to leave which i didn't mind like i said i left with more money than what i paid because they're so dumb at their job. after they handed me the full refund i asked if it could be put on my card and they said they can't do that when I know they can they just wanted to act stupid so whatever 10$ an hr Andrew is getting obviously is the reason for his attitude lol. I'm disappointed in the customer service but i feel bad because all three workers at an underpaid job that they have to settle with because they have zero experience or education so poor them. In further concern the store should be shut down and i'll be calling the health department tomorrow morning for how disgusting it was there after i looked around i let Andrew make my sub with his little attitude and threw it right away and left with more money than i spent when really the refund should have only been 3$ or so lol. Good luck to store 13007-0 because i'm assuming they'll need it since that's the only job they can hold!

3 years later after a problem here at Subway. Manager never kept her promise or word and we never received anything in the mail. We went back today thinking of things have changed and all I can say is why do I keep putting myself through this punishment.... they were so busy they have two people working one of them is brand new and doesn't know his head from his butt if you're going to put somebody on line they should at least know what the recipes are. Had to repeat what goes on a Chipotle Southwest wrap, 4 times! We got there just before 6 and didn't leave with the food until 6:35. By that time it was too late to eat there and now we have to go to a meeting and then eat our food. So it won't be fresh, especially my steak and cheese it will be soggy! Apparently things don't change and if it's the same manager she should be fired!!!! Or find a new line of work!

This place is disgusting and the young white lady is very rude she was ask to pull her hair back because it was flying in my sun while she was making it she says I don't have to make your sub I said and you don't but you do need n a hair net your hair is flying all in people food she got very angry and followed me out the door yelling you can go to another subway your insane to come out the door yelling at me what if I followed up ignore behavior what happened to customer service another guy was approaching to get a sub she starting yelling again he was like wth I'm definitely not going in there I said she was only ask to pulled her hair back while fixing my food granted her hair is long and high brown flying all over the place

We placed and paid for our order online and were told the order would be ready at 6:20PM However, as they ran out of bread for our order, the didn't even start the order till after 7:20PM, a full hour later. No offer to refund or compensate. Yep, that's what they call good service. I could have and should have cooked dinner at home, but we were in a rush w things to do.

Shyanna and Briana are absolutely wonderful workers. They were helpful as soon as I opened the door. The place itself was probably one of the cleanest subways I have ever been in. Excellent work ethic. For once I felt like I was getting everything I asked for portions wise. Subway felt welcoming and is the most perfect place when you're on your way home and looking for a healthy alternative amongst all the fast food choices there are around. Shyanna and her fellow coworkers made my whole sandwich experience a welcoming one. Will definitely choose this location before the rest around here. Good job to the workers! Cheers!

Every time I go to this Subway they are always out of something. Waited in line for 20 minutes to find out they had no Italian bread. This has happened multiple times. They never have any cookies no matter what time of day I go there.

Floors and tables filthy, someone needs to clean the dining areas (floors particularly). Even sub line looked dirty and some food needed to be switched out, looked like it's been there for a while. Employees were friendly, just hrs to eat somewhere that makes you want to go home and take a shower.

Horrible food . They serve stale bread and toppings that should be thrown away (e.g. wilted lettuce, etc). Employees are rude. Dirty store. I will never eat at another Subway again, because of this location
