Ordered a chicken bacon ranch foot long and it only had half of the chicken, bacon and cheese that normally comes with it. Then we were told we had to leave because the store closes in 30 minutes and they needed to clean?! Will never order there again if those 2 are working.

Horrible. I used to order from here regularly but I will not be ordering from here again. Ordered my regular footlong through Doordash and this time it came with onions. Never asked for onions on any other order because I cannot eat them or anything that touches them. It causes me to break out in hives. Sent a complaint to Doordash once and Subway twice. Doordash apologized immediately and offered a few dollars for the inconvience. Thank you for the concern Doordash!! It wasnt even your error and at least you tried to make a bad situation better!! Subway management thanked me for contacting the store and "shared my valuable feedback with the restaurant team members to prevent this from happening in the future." They sent that automated email response twice. Subway in no way made any attempt to fix their error which makes it clear how they feel about their customers. I would think that a refund should be issued for the inedible sub. Instead, its a thanks for your money, we dont care that you couldn't eat your lunch but I'll let my team know about dietary restrictions. Definitely will not be spending my money here again. Actually the way this was handled makes me not want to step into a Subway again.

Showed up at 8:40pm and the doors were already locked even though hours stated they closed at 9pm. People were inside getting their order taken so I waited until the worker came to me outside and she declined to let me in and told me they were closed. She then shut the door in my face and rolled her eyes. Whoever the evening crew is may need to be reviewed because it looks like this is happening to other people…

Locked the door 15 minutes before the sign said on the door that they close. Person came to the door and i asked if they were open to which they said no while the people behind the counter made RUDE faces 😒. I understand you don't want to be their late but don't disrespect yourself, your customers, and the company you work for. Customer service needs some serious work.

Hours on the door stated open until 9 pm was there at 8:30pm doors were locked and the staff that was inside didn't acknowledge my presence outside lights were still on happened Sunday 4/13/2025 hire a staff that stays open until posted hours of operation

I basically got robbed here for my last bit of cash, I am homeless trying to save every bit I can. Lady was rude the entire time making my sub.. then when asked if I wanted a combo I said yes.. she then asks what size drink. I say whatever the cheapest there on the board is.. she then tells me that it dosent matter she rings it in the same way.. well if it doesn't matter then ill take a large obviously ... smh well she over charged me $1.20 for a large soda .. then this lady trys throwing out my recite like no i want that duhh ... ok whatever i feel cheated so i just ask for my money back no harm no foul i haven't eaten any of it.. i mean i could see if i ate half, then tried saying something but no, no food has been toched by my hands.. and she still refuses to refund me .. .. I already added the total in my head saving me just enough for some much needed Hot tea as tonight it is below 30 degrees and the wind goes right through you.. just to top it all off when I finally omit defeat sit down and try to separate it into smaller peices to conserve for the next two days i find when i asked for the sweet onion teriyaki sauce she literally drowned it to the point it was soggy and thats all you could taste ... thanks subway.. I'll never give this company another dime...

Love this location! It's on my way to work so I usually pop in for a quick sandwich. Staff are on top of their game and you can get through the line pretty quick. A few times I've been here there has been a line or a short wait but nothing more than a usual Subway. My sandwiches are always made correctly and they even go light on the sauces when I ask. (Not too fond of overly soggy bread with mayo like I've had at other locations) The restaurant is pretty spotless and theres plenty of seating. I see the occasional college students here or a small family but its never overly crowded. Parking lot is small but again its a lot of to go orders. Love that they have a 10 minute spot so you can hop in, get a sandwich and go. It shares a building with Curves but I never see anyone in there. For some reason half of this lot is always closed and I can never figure out way...Not a reflection of the store, more on the property owner. Not a huge deal but it seems like a waste of a parking lot.

My family loves this subway! My children are now old enough to order their own sandwiches and the Subway team is always patient when they order. LOVING THE NEW AVOCADO CHICKEN!!!

Went to this location at 7pm on a Wednesday and I had to ask if they were still open because half the chairs were up in the dining room and the floor was wet from just being mopped. They didn't ask if I wanted my sub for eat-in or to-go. They just quick packed it up. I can see if it was 9:30 and they close at 10. But they were supposed to be open for another 3 hours! They also give you only one napkin and you have to go back up the register if you need more. Which is really inconvenient if there is a line. This has happened to me on multiple occasions at this location. This one is closer to my house but I think I'll try the other subway in etown next time.
