"Their wedding shots, however, will be at a Subway, courtesy of the fast-food restaurant where they met in 2017. Subway will help the couple ham it up for the cameras, with a photo session that includes a Subway-wrapped convertible so the bride and groom can roll up in delicious style. The fast-food chain also will deliver another gift to the reception: the couple’s favorite Subway sandwiches (a footlong split into an Italian BMT and a ham and American cheese) along with Subway cookies for a 'late-night bite' for the 200 guests." - Monica Williams

Good service but the two young guys that were working at the time should smoke less at work...

Then proceeded 2 say no it's Wednesday, it's Thursday, no it's Friday!! Finally 2 days special is tuna half sub 😋 😍 combo for $5.99. We walked out!!!! 🤪😜😷🤥

I ordered online and really everything went south after that. The store was not manned, it was empty, and half the order was on the shelf. After going to my car, then back inside, still nobody. Finally a girl arrived from the back. She offered zero in assistance when I found the cookie I ordered wasn’t in stock. After some back and forth a guy emerged from the back and suggested the choco chip as an alternate-at least he was helpful. The girl just pointed to the chips when I said they were not in my food bag. Now the food- they used to toast subs and ours were not toasted. They were ok, but not like they used to be before the revamp. We’ve been longtime customers but we won’t be going back to this store EVER. I don’t really understand how they want their new system to be, as I saw seating where you used to stand and tell the person what you want. I feel like that’s the only way to ensure you get what you want. When you order online they can prepare it anyway they choose and there’s no recourse.

Website says it’s closes at 10. Times posted on door says store closes at 10. I got turned away at 930.

One person working came to get online order that was late 20 minutes from pick up time.

Yelp
young lady working tonight was very rude and had no personality. We had to ask if she would take our order as she just stared blankly at you, and she said, "well I'm not doing anything". She also did not even offer to toast my sub before adding condiments. Disappointed.

Yelp
The company policy for subway is a weird situation. You buy a footlong sub that's let's say a BMT. But you get two different breads. Well that doesn't count as a footlong sub. Because of the different breads. So then your charged 2.64 more because of the different breads. How dumb is this policy? And too make matters worse the employees. Two different employees treat this situation totally different. Hey Mr. Manager even after my phone call with you I still think this policy incredibly stupid. And all it really is a cash grab on Subways part. I'll eat in the future any Subway but yours!

Yelp
Me and my coworker went to get subs, we were about to pay and my co worker asked for another cookie after this man took his gloves off, whoever was working on 6/3 at 12:00 was absolutely so rude, no professionalism. Shaking his head because i asked for a cookie. Also making comments to the other person working in front of us, had an attitude the whole time he made our subs. Please dont get an attitude when im giving your company your working for my money.

Yelp
Worse customer service experience ever. The employee Lauren didn't want to be at work today and it surely showed. Subway shouldn't have made her work today cuz they surly lost one true and dedicated customer. It was truly unacceptable to serve a burnt bacon sandwich. The app didn't work employee didn't care, a customer in line had to take the time to help me. Subway needs to educate their employees on promotional offers before they are sent to the consumer. Also they need to make the employees familiar with the app and online payment method. So the customer isn't inconvenience or double charged for what was already paid online. Unless this location is scamming people while double charging them. Just be aware of this location and don't expect good customer service!

Yelp
This is the worst Subway I've been to. I always order online and every time I go to get my sub they haven't even started on it. They always say that they're sorry and they just got the ticket, no matter how long it's been. Almost every time the subs are wrong as well. Just got one sub missing the cheese and meet and another missing toppings. The manager is a joke. His employee asked about the cheese being out and he said he he thought he saw it out but he didn't know. This manager was standing there doing nothing instead and going to grab the cheese so the sandwich maker could make the food. They had 4 employees in there including the manager and still couldn't get things right. By the way there was only one person in the store when I walked in.

Yelp
I love this subway, I recommend:) great service, very welcoming gentleman working and always have a smile on their faces

Yelp
Usually I like this place but today the workers were kind of rude and seemed very annoyed and I ended up finding 2 gross long hairs in my salad. I feel like this subway location just need more passionate and friendly workers who wear HAIRNETS or something... lol. Kinda don't really want to go to this location anymore to be honest

Katie M.

Yelp
I get it... its not a steakhouse, it's a Subway. Even so, let's cheer up a little people! You are making tasty subs and salads for many to enjoy (not to mention it's Christmas time) so stop looking like you are about to bang your head against the bread baker and greet your customers with a smile! Don't act so annoyed when I have more than 1 sandwich to order. And to the head sandwich artist here - please, for the love of god, button your shirt. Chest hair is not considered a "Jared approved" healthy topping option.

Yelp
If you want something toasted, don't order from here. Their toaster will warm your food but it does not get toasted. I ordered a sub double toasted, thinking it would actually be toasted. Wrong! Just warmed. It was not very good. Get a new toaster already!! Unless you guys dont know what toasted is....here's a hint....it will be slightly crunchy...you know...like toast.

Yelp
It's such a wonder how subway is declining in sales. I stopped in at 9pm to get a sub and you'd think I was walking in ten seconds before they closed. The first guy I saw stared at me like I just kicked his dog, then calls to the other guy "can you help her." Then I get to the counter and notice everything is broken down and a disaster. The guy who made my sub was nice, only reason for the second star. As I am leaving I can see the rude guy staring me down in the reflection off the window. It was a very uncomfortable experience to say the least.

Lisa W.

Yelp
The employees usually get you out in a timely manner. However, when you get a sub toasted, it's not actually toasted, but warmed. That is a disappointment!! I don't want a warm sub, I want a toasted sub!! Guess you have to tell them double or triple toasted. Maybe they need a new toaster.

Yelp
Clean, fast, sandwiches fixed how we like it. Well stocked with your typical Subway menu items. We eat here on our lunch break from work. Nice little dining area. Don't forget your subway card to collect points for free food.

Yelp
My friend use to work here, and I would go here all the time to get food because I thought I would get a hook up. I forgot that my friend was kind of a jerk and played by the book, always charging me full price. Awesome friend, right? Well, I am not mad. He stopped working here, but I still come in here every so often. I still see familiar faces, and I don't think any of them ever learned my name or who I was, but I am treated no different from any other customer. I get great service, and for the most part the employees (mainly college students) are really nice. One time I did come in around 9:55 p.m. on a Friday night, and I got a look of "Seriously man?" I know that feeling all too well. I use to work in food myself, and I know how a last minute customer can be while trying to close up. I had no gripes, and for as late as I came in they were still pretty friendly and as I was leaving asked me to have a great night. Obviously we all know Subway food. I have never experienced stale bread or ended up with a smashed sub (except for my friend one time, and it was a joke and he had another sub ready for me on the spot). These guys do like to try and make customers smile and try to enrich the customer experience, and I will say that I appreciate it. Beats the awkward stand in silence while someone stares at you! My friend may not work there anymore, but I still keep coming back. I think that says enough in itself as to how the experience is here!
