Worst service I have received. Even though some vegetables are missing like green peppers. I asked for a tray for my sandwichs since I was dining in . He told me that they don’t have them! I asked for a wrap paper to put it on the dirty table and he refused!

I love my sub its One of my fav for a quick meal I will always choose to go sub because it is a fast and efficient meal no time wasting and it is very filling the customer service is also very good because the employees are very welcoming and kind they don't waste time get straight to the point which is very good. My favourite sub is Tuna tato the best.

Easy to order and the staff are very friendly and polite. The food is so delicious

I visited the Subway shop on January 7th, 2025, between 4:25 AM and 4:50 AM. The store is listed as being open until 6:30 AM on Google, but my experience was disappointing. The staff member on duty, whose name I believe is Janiaja, told me I could not eat inside because he had already cleaned the area. I explained that the store closes at 6:30 AM, and cleaning should typically be done closer to the end of operating hours, leaving the space available for customers during business hours. Despite this, he insisted I could not sit inside, showing little regard for my situation as a paying customer. As an Uber driver, I had parked my car a fair distance away specifically to enjoy a meal in the store. When I explained this, the staff member stated that he “doesn’t care.” This interaction felt very unprofessional and gave me the impression that the employee was rushing to finish early rather than prioritizing customer service. I would recommend management address this issue with the employee to ensure that customers are accommodated during the store’s posted hours of operation. It’s disappointing to be denied a basic expectation like dining in when the store was supposed to be open and available for service.

I recently visited the Charing Cross Subway and was impressed by the excellent service. The staff member Jisan is a fantastic sandwich artist, working with precision and care. Great experience overall!”

The worst place to eat and getting disappointed every time ....never vist this place the employer whos name is junaija he dont know how to behave with the customer how to talk with them no professional at all. Not cleand table .dont waste your money here !

The place is very dirty and messy and the 2 Asian guys are very rude and arrogant with the customers is my first bad review in my life . Subway bosses should do something about this. Homeless people in front of the door avoid this place

Clean, swift service, efficient service and would use again. Good music in the background too😁
