I always enjoy my visits to Subway. The sandwiches are consistently fresh, and I love that I can customize everything to my taste. Whether I'm in the mood for a classic turkey sub or something more adventurous like the Italian B.M.T., the ingredients are always crisp and flavorful. Besides the employee getting defensive from customer that walked away from his order then got angry that employee put the standard things via menu on his sandwich. Also I wasn't done ordering my sandwiches when he moved on to the next customer. Maybe they have a max of 2 sandwiches per person. I needed 3 sandwiches. I feel this gentleman on 9/28/25 around 1 am needs to find another job. Overall, thankful they were open, disappointed not everyone got to eat in my party. The adults just had travel snacks until breakfast.

Made my order online. When I got there, they had no record of it despite me showing them the confirmation. They told me I would have to make a new order in store and cancel the online order. However, they couldn't match the coupon I had used online, so I got bait and switched into paying more than I originally paid. Corporate never got back to me when I complained to get a price match refund.

Food was fine - same as everywhere else, but the kids sub was tiny! Also they wouldn't let me pay cash. My order came to $46 and I gave them a $50 but they said they couldn't give change from a 50??? I could understand if I needed $40+ in change but I only needed $4 !!

This is open 24 hours. They deal with every type of person. Yet every single sandwich is made NEATLY, and with care. I can’t stand a subway sandwich made sloppily and inedible. They are ALWAYS on time for app pick ups (even early!!), and take great care in the NOTES you write for them when you order on the app. I’ve been ordering and picking up from this location for over 2 years. 11/10.

Just your average Subway spot. The food is what you expect, although I have received some of my sandwiches with way too much mayonnaise. It's close to Universal Studios for anyone visiting or staying nearby. They also offer a slight discount for Universal Studios employees with a badge. Keep an eye on your belongings when roaming around the streets and parking lot. There tends to be a homeless person around all the time. It can be helpful to order in the app for pickup and also possibly get a deal.

Glad this location is open 24/7. Went in at 2 am & our mobile orders were prepared immediately. Clean restaurant & nice employees. Subways' prices have gotten expensive but the app had a $7 footlong deal so of course we jumped on it! Can't go wrong with the Italiano with all the veggies. My bf got the new cheesy garlic steak but the steak quantity was lacking & wasn't very flavorful.

Very upset with the service, very unprofessional. I order online to do a curbside pick up. I went inside and they said they don't even offer curbside anymore so I kindly told them that perhaps they should bring it up to management to update the website. Secondly I drove back to the office and was about to eat my food, and I noticed it has cheese. I am allergic to it and cannot eat it. I call the ladies to see if they can remake my order and she is rude. Mind you this order was printed on paper since it was an online order. Didn't think it was so difficult to follow a list of ingredients to add on a sandwich. Two Spanish speaking workers were helping me. Mind you I speak Spanish so I thought they'd be more kind but I guess not. I go into the location again and then she gives me an eye roll. I let her know that her attitude over the phone and in person was not okay because despiste their mistake I was still being nice. She also asked me if I had brought her my wrong order. I wasn't going to be carrying a soggy sandwich back and forth. I told her I had left it and she said she needed it to throw it in her trash so managers can verify it's been tossed. This doesn't make any sense. Very rude and unprofessional. Will not be coming back. HER name was JULIE ! After reading other reviews guess I'm not the only one that has something to say about her.

I never ever leave reviews for any place but I had to make an account just for this one right here. I arrive to the location and there's only one person in front of me making an order, and this has nothing to do with them but I work construction and am on the move a lot. This employee was so carefree and slowly making this ONE sandwich a guy had ordered. I waited in line for 15 minutes no exaggeration until he was able to pay. I'm next in line and she starts working on other sandwiches she had already started on but still took her sweet time. I would've left to go somewhere else but I already had a list of sandwiches all of my coworkers had ordered. Show at least some care for your job and understand that customers have shit to do. Terrible service

Watched a woman literally walk into the restroom, went to ask the employee if I could use the bathroom and she stared at me and went "we don't have one." So what that door with an occupied lock for? As I was eating and writing this review customer going out says to me the worker threw his change at him instead of handing it to him and says she has an attitude. LoL

ordered the 6.99 meal deal special. FIrst I was told I could not have any 6" inch sub(which the ad on the window clearly states any). After that was resolved, the sandwiches for the philly had hardly any meat on it. The tuna which I have gotten for years was awful. Could hardly see the tuna on the bread and the bread itself which was white was chewy and dry. So disappointed I would rather spend more and go to Housefire Subs, Jersey Mike's or Jimmy Johns. Yes that bad!!!!

There's this employee with a piercing on her nose i belive her name is LARISSA(QUEEN) and she's the kindest sweetest most caring sandwich maker ever , always makes triple sure about every ingredient and always ends every sentence with a smile , I love this subways always heartwarming safe place to have a great sandwich and soup ' Great vibes in there thank you subway for having employee like that !!!!

. This 1 star is because of the Woman behind the counter. When I got In she had an attitude and was snappy already. She forsure didn't want to be there. I ordered the #15 Turkey Titan and when asking her to add more veggies she said she "can't it's too much" to which I told her they never told me that before. She said something in Spanish under her voice & I asked her what did she say. She didn't reply. I then asked her like 4 more times on EACH veggie to add more veggies. EACH time she seemed more upset Right after, a customer walked in & before he could even say anything she told him "Were working on it" To which he replied "I haven't even told u anything so how could you know?" Older Hispanic woman with Glasses her name is Julie I was here 1.5.24 @21:57 PM I couldn't get her name so Hopefully management can figure out who was working & correct her attitude.

If I could rate negative stars I definitely would. From the start it wasn't welcoming ,no one acknowledged us there . Horrible service. We asked for extra meat and obviously it's an additional charge but the amount we got was ridiculous. The meat was only in the middle and empty on the sides.the thing that mad is leave was the fact that both workers that were in the front both left together to the back and both returned shortly after with a grin on their face. We left immediately after because it was risky that he was making our sandwich and stopped in the middle of making it to leave in the back ... the ambiance was definitely horrible and never again will i return ..

Absolutely terrible. Just left there and I basically had to finish making the sandwich myself. Almost every single vegetable item was spoiled. The lettuce was brown. The pickles were not colored correctly, tomatoes look like they had sat out forever. Everything just looked old and nasty. When I asked for lettuce, that was not Brown she (Fabiola) grabbed a different container out of the fridge but I still ended up with some brown lettuce. I couldn't get cucumbers cause They were spoiled. Couldn't get tomatoes cause they were spoiled (even though these items are on display and she would've put them on my sandwich if I wouldn't have stopped her. I probably would've gotten sick if I would've ate them) so I settled for whatever looked halfway decent. Then I asked for mustard and mayo, but just a little bit and she grabbed the sauce containers and squeezed it as hard as she could and put it back-and-forth multiple times over the sandwich to the point where I had to ask her for a knife and I had to scoop glops of sauce up off the sandwich before she wrapped it up. The girl had attitude. I asked her if she wanted me to wrap the sandwich up myself, and she handed me a paper so I had to actually Finish wrapping the sandwich myself and the sandwich never got cut by her. After I paid for it, she said OK thanks and didn't give me a receipt so I had to ask for that and I had to ask for a bag as well. I really should get paid for my hours of working to make my sandwich because the employee Literally didn't do what she should have. But I would recommend everyone be careful here because the both the service, but more importantly the quality of food is just so subpar wouldn't even feed my dog the ingredients that are on display at this subway.... And I just took a bite and the bread is so hard the top parts not even edible so I guess I'll be trying to eat the sandwich with just the bottom bread. Wish me luck.

I visited this place at night. Worst experience in a subway period. The lady in the counter looked like she was high or something. I order regardless, the meat and cheese were not the usual quantities, the bread was burnt and to top it all off the lady moved the trash can aside with her hand and the proceeded to continue making my sandwich without changing her glove. I felt disgusted and just left. How unsanitary is that?

disgusting ! I come to buy my food and I see the employee using the same glove and touching his iPod all the when he make the food.. I would not write it if the guy was polite and the guy would apologize and take the iPod off the table. He just kept doing it like it was okay to touch the iPod and prepare food .. So what's the point of putting on gloves if you touch other things besides the food? not give of respect in front of the customer and not clean! Hoping that someone would arrange there and teach him how much cleanliness should be maintained when serving food to a human being.

Came here out of necessity. Around 11:45 pm on Wednesday 05/11/23. The lady working here ( Rose) was so slow and completely uncaring of the pace she was moving with the two customers in front of us. 12:15 am she started working on our order. I wish I was kidding. It was completely ridiculous. The other customers and I were shocked. She even started working on online orders in between them and our order even while we had been waiting this long. Mid way she went outside to yell at her coworker sitting in his car for too long and he came in rolling his eyes. Lol. She was kind to us and spoke nicely. But not the quick option we were hoping for. At all.

I have a business close by and my clients get subway from this location regularly and always tell me how it's one of the best subway franchise they've ever been to because of staff and how the food comes out. I grab a sand which about once every few months and the staff are always friendly and restaurant is always clean. I love the fact that it's 24/7. I don't understand what the negative reviews are all about. People just love to complain and blow things out of proportion.

Open 24 hours sign, then say your closed for a half hour to do inventory . How about you take 1 minute and make my sandwich then do your inventory. This place sucks !!!!!!! Literally just watched you take someone else's credit card to turn around and then say you aren't taking cards. Wtf . Cash only. I smell theft !!!! Crooks . This place sucks. Do not eat here ever. [Review #108] This review has nothing to do about food, but for their customer service. Today (11/08/14), we were on our way to Universal Studios Hollywood (from an unexpected change of weekend plans last night)... just before we get through the parking gates, my baby girl vomits (like the hurling effects from the movies), not once but twice. :-( H likes to be clean so the ickiness didn't help. Thank goodness for Yelp, which lead me to this 24-hour Subway. :-) Typically, restaurant restrooms are for customers only, but I found that they're generally sympathetic to kids... however, mine was not only stinky but also sticky. I apologized profusely before asking to use their facilities & promised to keep our mess to a minimal. It took me almost 20-minutes to clean her from the neck down, & changed into clean clothes (as a parent, I always keep a spare change of clothes in the trunk). I wanted to pick up a bottle of ginger ale to settle her stomach but they only had Sprite, which was ok but they suddenly had a flood of customers & went next door to a donut shop that had ginger ale. Your sandwiches are cheap & satisfying... but today, you helped better a sick child's day that was the pits. Her spirits were immediately lifted once she was cleaned. Thanks Subway for making my day...

I used to love this Subway, but now it's became the worst for me. It isn't my first time coming here and store manager Katherine being so rude. It's happened on February, First week of April, and Now May. I told her I didn't want cheese on my Tuna Sandwich repeatedly and she said NOW YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT BECAUSE I WON'T THROW IT AWAY.. and underneath her breath says WONT BRING MY SALES DOWN BECAUSE OF HER AND HER CHEESE.. Corporate needs to handle this.... also, a manager needs to be a manager professional and handle situations the right way specially with the tittle of management given to her , and not be with her employees smoking or kissing!!! That's not right!!! Very unprofessional-Rude

I ordered the same sandwich from the same employee at the same time 3 days consequently, and the service was not very good; cashier overcharged m. It is not difficult to make a sandwich so being dissatisfied is in unacceptable. DO NOT PERMIT JORGE TO MAKE YOUR SANDWICH!! I ordered the same exact thing 6 days in a row yet he still finds way to make mistakes, he will put toppings on your order without your consent, and he takes no pride in his work!

Just went to this "open 24 hours" Subway, and was turned away. Am I mistaken by the term "open 24 hours"?!?! Are the employees allowed to do such a thing?...to paying customers??? I understand that they do get a lot of homeless people asking for things, especially from the customers, but to turn away a paying customer seems a little absurd. I will never return to this establishment ever again! Which unfortunately is within walking distance from my home. But I'd drive the distance for better customer service!!!!

I did a pre order on Friday afternoon. My son plays baseball it was my turn for snacks. I order a sandwich platter and cookies player. I needed my order by 2:15 it was pick up time. I get to the store and nothing it done. I ended up leaving only with the sandwiches no cookies at 2:45 pm. I had to contact my sons coach to let all the other parents know to wait for the snacks. Not only was my order not ready on time or complete. So many customers left the store because of the horrible service.

I love the idea of a 24 subway. Thank goodness...sometimes I really do not feel like greasy stuff after a night at the bar. They don't have the best sandwhiches, but it beats being forced to eat fast food. I've encountered many drunk retarded pepole in this place though...the line can be long on weekend nights too.

I usually have to walk half a block from my street spot since the tiny-weenie parking lot is, as previously mentioned by another astute observer, is full. The people who work there are usually pretty cool. I have gotten the odd disgruntled employee, but who hasn't at a place they visit regularly that pays minimum wage? The veggie delight is delightful. I always get a six inch on wheat with lettuce, bell peppers, onions, olives, pickles, BANANA PEPPERS, cilantro (I didn't know they had it either until my boss got it on her sandwich one day), vinegar and pepper. If I want a real treat I splurge and get avocado. Have you ever tried cheddar Sunchips? Well I hadn't either until my boss made me try them. SO much better than any of the other cheesy chips. And if you're feeling real naughty, get a cookie. Yum.

Worst customer service I've ever had at a subway. Blonde ditz Alejandra didn't know what meat what was for each order and asked us if the one she pointed at was correct, how the hell should we know? Even better, the guy that was supposedly helping named Matt had his underwear exposed while working with guests and had to be told how to make a simple club. I don't usually write reviews for chain restaurants unless they suck. The customer service here isn't horrible but it's pretty damn bad. I work close to this Subway, so it's a convenient 5 minute walk for me to grab a healthy lunch, but I constantly face horrid customer service time after time after time. I figured that they just hurriedly and sloppily threw around some veggies and ham on my sandwich just because they were busy during the lunch rush but even when there is no one around at 6PM, I get a sandwich that a dog could put together. 1 star for the $2 6-inch subways for customer appreciation month (lucky it is so cheap!) and 1 star for pity. For a chain restaurant, your food is never going to be amazing, but what you can do is provide excellent customer service that will drive better yelp reviews and more business.

Two years ago, I used to come here 2-3 times a week during lunch (since I worked right across the street and loved Subway at the time). I want to say that all the employees and managers were super friendly and really made my trips here enjoyable. Also, one time I asked if they'd donate any leftovers at the end of the day to feeding homeless people around North Hollywood...instead, management prepared over 15 footlongs subs for my friends and I to give to homeless people around NoHo! Thank you so much for being so generous and kind! Testament that managers are humans too who are willing to help their communities too.

It's a subway, nothing more and nothing less. It's close to the Universal City which makes it a great location if you work in the area. You can almost walk there. However, if you work for Universal, you'd be better off going to the one in City Walk. The one at City Walk will offer Unviersal employees a discount. The sub here are below average. The employees don't seem to care and are more interested in chatting than working. I always have to ask for more veggies because they never seem to add enough to even cover the sandwich. Sometimes, I get the impression that they are trying to save as much as money as possible by not giving out the veggies.

Can't say this is that dope of a Subway because of the annoyances and inconsistencies. I am a pretty methodical person so that means I gotta hit Subway once a week for a cheap and somewhat healthy meal (one must offset all other unhealthiness). First off, parking here is ATROCIOUS. As in, good luck finding some. I've always had to park a block or two away and walk over because I also feel like the people parking there must suck as drivers. If you treasure your car then don't even bother. Once you're in the place, it's a bit of an awkward set up. It's very elongated and The cleanliness is lacking at times. Staff is kind of slow and even though they have 3 people behind the counter only one sandwich is being made at a time. They don't hook it up on the proteins and I think I've even seen some of the avocado starting to mold (Eat Fresh homie). The major selling point is that it's open 24 hours a day so you can go on your Jared-like binges as you please. Oh and they are doing the Creamy Sriracha trial (!!!!)

No eye contact. Nothing. A simple, we'll be right with you, or just one minute we'll be right there. I would have stayed. I left. On another note. The mom and pops doughnut shop next door makes really, really good sandwiches! ! ! ! I got the tuna sandwich. No regrets.

This place is so shady, so dilapidated for the area that it's in, It's an embarrassment to the neighborhood. The bathroom is disgusting. While the employees are well-trained and generally sweet. They have this poor guy working alone at rush-hour on a Wednesday night. Huge line, with an inability to serve the guests. Whoever owns this place is basically a "slum lord" subway owner and needs to check their business practices.
