Another place we ordered food from today. The food quality was decent. Any Subway has never disappointed me with their delicious sandwiches. I could perhaps recommend improving customer service a bit. The hostess needs to speak up a bit because you can't hear her when she's talking, but overall I had a good experience here. Good food. Thank you.

One of the worst Subway I have eaten anywhere. Very bad/rude customer service. They don't accept coupons and lot of options are missing like cookies, drinks, etc. For two 6 inch Veggie Patty sandwich, it costed us $35, which is highest i have paid anywhere to sit and eat in a food court. One should avoid this place totally and go for full fledged restaurant for same price.

I think I’ve gotten lucky with generally positive Subway experiences but this one was definitely one of the more subpar locations I’ve been to 😅 No wait though, which was nice! But the employee helping me wasn’t very friendly lol

Would rate zero stars if I could. The girl working there (around 10:30pm, 7/18/2025) started making my sandwich with the same gloves she had been wearing to clean the floors. When I pointed it out, she replied "Oh, do you want me to change them?". Ummm, yeah, of course I do. Then she proceeded to put the bread she had already handled BACK into the warmer before changing her gloves for my order. I ended up leaving without getting anything. This location should be shut down.

Ordered 4 sandwiches. ALL of them tasted old. Asked for more olives, gave us NONE in ALL FOUR sandwiches. Didn't even wrap it correctly. The bread tasted old and dry. Overpriced aswell. Paid a lot of money for a sandwich worth $1.

Highly overpriced and out of a lot of ingredients to make a sandwich. They should tell people up front before they stand alone for 20 minutes that they don't have all the ingredients to make a sandwich.

The employees here were nice and even greated me with a friendly goodmorning, the sandwiches were served quickly and with good quality, other reviews may say that this isn't a good place to eat but it's clear that this establishment took the initiative in making a change for better service, would eat here again

Most overpriced, underwhelming Subway I've ever been to. If your by yourself, whatever. But if you have to feed kids, don't go here if you care about what things cost.

Got a cold cut combo. They baaarely put any meat in the sandwich. Worst subway ive ever been to.

Located in the food court at Mandalay Bay. Prices are super inflated in the resorts including the food court. If you are looking for a satisfying sandwich then look no further. Service was a decent and I was able to redeem my Subway MVP rewards in the U.S.

After long fiasco with getting from airport to Delano. I came here at 3:30AM as I was famished. Long walk from MB and even farther from Delano. 15 min seriously. About 10 drunk Intl travellers in line too. I got a Spicy Italian footlong and asked for extra olives and all veggies. The nice workers made it huge and chatted with me. Nothing like other reviews saying service was poor. Awesome service. Big sando. Nothing not to like. 5 stars. Took it back to room cuz food court was closed to dining at the late hour. 15 min walk back. Ate it at 4AM like a savage degen. My welcome to Vegas on my Memorial Night arrival meal. Too tired to walk out on the Strip to find eats after the arrival fiasco. Slept on a full belly. Not good but on vaca so it is what it is.

Attempted to order "the boss"....Reply "We don't have the boss"... Ok....so then I tried to order a meatball sub.....reply: "No meatballs".... All this with a bad attitude to go with it. ... So I walked away. You do a great job at losing business.

This was like the only place open for food at 2am. The person was doing some inventory check of money and food when I got there. Waited a bit and.another guy appeared and took my ordered. I was happy to get food at this hour at the courtyard. There was.no.one there so I had the entire place to eat in peace.

Subway isn't exactly the spot you look forward to visiting when going to Vegas, but the plus is they are open 24 hours, even during a pandemic. Problem is, you feel they should have a subway to take you there if you're staying at the hotel. If you're there to go through the Shark Reef, you'll find it with no problem. It really is quite the walk from the casino but part of that is because it's a boring walk. It's just a long to the Luxor, but your passing stores so there's something to look at. Here, you walk through the convention center. Big whoop. Now, for the service, they were great. Of course, they may have just been happy to have a customer. Food is on par with other Subway's which is what's expected. There are tables (socially distanced) to enjoy your food and employees were wearing masks and put on new gloves before making my sandwich. Good job!

got violently sick from this place, only ate this and have a case of food poisoning, as well as the employees didn't handle the food correctly at all. very disappointed with the service and level of cleanliness

It's subway, what could go wrong? But for some reason this Sammy did not hit. Went around 3pm and everything tasted like it was a day old. Prices are super inflated, but what isn't here. Cookies are hard as a rock, and I'd skip on the chicken. I couldn't even finish my Sam and I ALWAYS finish.

The WORST subway experience I'VE EVER HAD. Subway is a staple in my life. Weekly I visit Subway. I asked "Alex" please give me extra extra lettuce no meat please, I'm a vegetarian. Light lettuce on all my sandwich. Asked for extra black olives......there are THREE. We asked for a side of lettuce since he didn't put more than a pinch of lettuce on and was refused even after offering to pay more. Sloppy. Sloppy. The most disgusting sandwich I threw it out. I will never return if this is the standard you have now.

OMG was this Subway hard to find or what?! It's located at Mandalay Bay near the convention. Just ask a hotel employee since it's easy to get lost. I was staying at the Four Seasons Hotel a few weeks ago and I ventured out for a quick pre-dinner snack for my sister and me. It seriously took me about 45 minutes to just go downstairs and find Subway LOL. All the signs in the casino was confusing AF. I eventually got my 6 inch spicy Italian. It was good and the girl working there was nice and friendly.

My family and I were hungry and this Subway is open 24 hours but the guy that was working said he had to close the register and it would take over 30 minutes. We waited and 45 minutes passed and the guy was nowhere to be found. Turns out he was sitting at the tables in the food court, on his phone. If you have to close the register from the night before and it's 3:15am, why didn't you do that at 12:00am? Like, did this guy decide to take a break while he was "restarting" the register. Kinda disappointed but we won't let that ruin our weekend in Las Vegas.

Credit card machine went down and they gave out some free subs. My sandwich was already made and bagged to go at the register. Kept trying my debit card, their machines were down. they announced cash only to the rest of the customers. I am guessing they threw my sandwich away. Maybe I will try again. *Update* Went back the following day. Made the sandwich perfectly. If this was my first experience it would be 5 stars.

The two guy's that were there today provided horrible service, they were super messy when it came to making the sub.

We wanted a small bite to eat late Tuesday night. We were so happy Subway was open and 24 hrs. The lady was very nice and made our sandwich exactly how we wanted it! We will definitely be back!

I've been to the subway three times. Whoever does the hiring is doing a great job. Everyone is very friendly and does a great job. Keep up the good work.

Service was fast and food was good. Not more I can say but think you for having plastic straws and not that cardboard junk.

It's Subway. The food was on point and typical. The walk was long but when you're hungry at 2am and it's the only place open, it's amazing!!

Probably one of the longest wait I've every had to experience just for a subway sandwich. Subway did launch an app to order in advance then come pick up when things are ready. I don't frequent to subway when I'm in the city. But since I'm out I Vegas for work, you'd think the quickest place to get food with a sandwich spot. WRONG. At the Mandalay Bay, there's only this one food court with 4 businesses; Johnny Rockets, Nathan, Pan Asian Express and Subway. There needs to be another food court! It was an hour of a wait for subway and all stalls had long lines. Service was alright, it's a food court. They fulfilled all requests that were asked. Just the wait if ridiculous. Maybe next time I'll try their app and see if it's any better than physically waiting on line AVOID THE FOOD COURT IF YOU CAN DURING PEAK LUNCH HOURS!

Do they have zero stars? Just waited in line for over 15 mins to be told once I got up to the line that I wasn't allowed to order a salad because other people were in line. Excuse me what?!? When I walked away I turned around to find the employee laughing at me. No wonder Subway is losing marketshare.

Do you like to play hide and seek? Well you're the seeker!!!! I have a room at Mandalay Bay and my hubby walked around the ENTIRE casino looking for this place..WE STILL NEVER FOUND IT!!! We asked multiple casino employees and they still all sent us in different directions!

We where starving n the employee wasn't taking our order because we where standing on were floor n gave attitude never eating at subway ever again!!!!!!

It was nice to know that you can go to any Subway and can expect the food to taste the same. I guess that's what franchise shops are doing so well. Anyhow, since this Subway is inside the Mandalay Bay Hotel (near the Shark Reef) their price is higher then near home. I was happy to find them. Ordered 2 one feet breakfast sandwiches, a milk, an OJ for $25. Not bad compared to cafe's 1 one omelette costs about $18.

Unfriendly staff (never had a chance to speak), awful stench after "cleaning," didn't bother to prepare my order for the 20 minutes 'their system was updating,' and the kicker was when they asked me to leave the area in front of their food court location while the 'update' took place. Never spoke, was browsing on my phone.

When it's 240am on a Thursday and nothing else is open, Subway is ALWAYS a saving grace. Really hit the spot! Great service!

I visited this subway at 3:30 am and was beyond pleased with my food and service. The area was clean, the food looked and tasted fresh and we were helped immediately. Brad, who was our sandwich artist, was attentive, helpful and made AWESOME sandwiches at such an hour. He was friendly, had awesome customer service and made my middle of the night subway trip excellent. Thank you Brad for your awesome service!!!

Food is good, but be prepared because the prices are a lot higher here! The servers were really nice.

Totally awesome this place is open 24/7. It is a great alternative to late-night pizza when your visiting the Mandalay Bay Resort. Also, absolutely nothing to complain about food or service wise. Great job!

They can't handle crowds. We were here for the Cosmoprof trade show and the lady gave me a wrong dressing on my sandwich. I can't eat spicy food, but she grabbed the siracha dressing. Later she claimed it's not spicy, but it was extremely spicy. I'll never go there again.

Hey Subway, if you advertise that you're open 24 hours a day, can you please make sure that you have workers working 24 hours a day. Went at 2:35 am and waited a bit to see if a worker would show up, but nope!!! Thanks Subway!!!

Showed up at 9:20pm for a quick bite at this Subway which has a giant sign that says "Open 24hrs". Was turned away by security saying that the food court was closed. When I questioned about the 24hrs they replied "I don't know if they're done prepping". What exactly do they need to prep for if they're "Open 24hrs"?? SO glad I wasted my time walking the mile from the casino floor to the food court for nothing. Maybe time to change that 24hr sign, eh??
