She charge us 26.50$ a piece over a worthless sandwich that had nothing but salad, bread and mayonnaise we don't even eat mayonnaise and bread me and my mom treated our selves that day she don't have no customers cause when we walk in she had only one sitting there eating. Never walk in there again. Total price was 54$ and we don't have that kind of money we broke too. That will never happen again. That could of brought one day of grocery cause all the grocery stores are high. Good luck on your business fool us once shame on you.

Don’t come here this sandwich cost nearly $15 and this the amount of steak they put on I’ve been to other subway locations better then this where the price and the amount of food they put on is actually worth it. I placed a mobile order if I seen this in store I would’ve requested a refund. There’s no way a manger can look at this and be like yea that’s good

Just thinking about how the employees wash their hands at a moldy sink and then go work with food. Please be mindful of wearing gloves next time.

It is clear that there are corners being cut at this location- maybe it’s to pay for all of the renovations, but you are not getting a standard Subway product. Meat and cheese portions are about half what they usually are on a Subway sandwich, even the lettuce somehow was scant as opposed to Subways usual handfuls. The cookies appear to be only a portion of what is usually baked, squished and flattened into the diameter of a normal cookie. When I asked for a meal with a Medium drink the owner laughed at me and said “no, only small.” He then proceeded to charge me separately for all elements of my meal instead of just upcharging for a medium drink. Just go to another Subway and get the actual product instead of the half portions being doled out at this franchise.

Went to order a sub and the girl left midway through while it was toasting and did not come back for half an hour, they completely burnt my sub and when I asked for a new sandwich she rolled her eyes and told me no. Im never eating here again 0/10

The owner was very rude and said that the coupon would not be accepted. There was no explanation and no apology. I am very disappointed with this store and the chaotic management of this brand.

I been to many subways. I had my fair share of cheap cut backs. But this was just sad.. if I was gonna pay $20 for a sandwich I would expect the 1/2 of meat. But I ended up getting way less. I might as well go to a papi store and get a hoagie for more to en half the price of this sandwich. The girl who made my sandwich was on the phone, but if you have time to talk at least do me a favor and add the extra meat I paid for.

The customer service at the location is straight trash!!! The workers don't seem to want to do what they're being paid for

They are not that good. Never enough meat, stingy; and por choice for spokespersons. I don't buy it.

Darn it, forgot to take a photo! Update 1/2020... They have " cheesey garlic bread" advertised but it isn't a new type of bread- they just take white bread and smear some garlic butter in it. Still pretty good though.

First time coming to this location! I made a mobile app order and it was exactly what I ordered. Very impressed with how clean this location is. The associate was friendly too. Will be coming here more often!

A bit slow, and the amount of toppings is moderate, but not excessive. Clean, at least. Parking lot for patrons, too.

Awful. Order took forever because they simply didn't care. It wasn't the driver's fault. They told me what I've seen in person...a bunch of lazy people with orders they didn't care about. Had to cancel, which screws over the driver. Same happened at the other BK on Columbus. Maybe it's the pandemic, but other burger places have adjusted. These BKs are just crap. Even if you do get your food eventually, it's cold and disgusting. Honestly, I do like a whopper, but I suggest avoiding all local BK's until they get their act together. Too bad.

Great, clean, little Subway shop. There's a few tables for dining in the restaurant, which is nice. They're fast and make sure your sandwich is made exactly the way you want. I've never had a bad experience here.

THE best Subway I've ever been to. The service is NOT slow. The people know my order every time I walk through the door. They are friendly and always ask for my husband if he is not with me and vice-versa. The food is excellent and it is spotless. The toppings are a very good amount - my sandwiches are always overflowing.

LGBT members and allies DO NOT eat here! My Husband and I went into this Subway to get lunch and use the restroom. As we entered we were greeted and informed the restroom was for customers only. We said great. My husband said get me anything with the sweet sauce will I use the bathroom. I replied ok Love. I approached the employee and instead of getting ready to make sandwiches I was told He cant use the restroom. I was confused I asked its for customer right? she said yes. I said he is my husband we are ordering food I am ordering for both of us. the employee who claimed to be a manager answered Oh.,,. He cannot use the restroom. I understand covid is a thing. there is plexiglass between us we both have mask and it must be communication. So once again I state I am ordering food for use. She just starred at me. then it dawned on me we used the term love to each other and I asked can he not use the bathroom because he is my husband and we are gay? All she said was He cannot used the restroom. At this point I was instantly upset. Informed her forget sandwiches give me 2 cookies so I am still a customer and he is able to use the restroom. She calls another gentleman over. He asked what happened and once I said me and my husband he immediately started apologizing. Almost as if this has happened before. but the remedy to being discriminated against is suppose to be made ok with a free sandwich and a coupon. How this store treated us is completely unacceptable. I hope the enforce some training on discrimination and ask all LGBT members and Allies to send a message that this is unacceptable and take you money else where.

Subway food in general is aight... I usually get the meatball sandwich with the good ole flat bread. Besides that, I had a good interaction with the manager plus the restaurant is always clean, so no complaints.

Nice and quiet. Ordered breakfast sandwiches for the crew. They were happy with the wgg white and cheese flatbread. HB had sweet peppers and oregano on his. This is the spot in thw early morning!
