ALREADY REPORTED THROUGH WEBSITE AND GOT EMAIL IT WAS RESOLVED WHEN NO IT HAS NOT BEEN AS NOBODY HAS COMMUNICATED WITH ME. This is the first time we have ordered from this location. My husband and father don’t eat Jimmy John’s (bread is too hard for them) so I ordered them sandwiches ahead of time (around 11:30 am) to be picked up at 5. Upon arrival (5:15ish) the subs were still not done. I was greeted by Julian who asked me if I’d like a different sub as their meatballs weren’t warmed yet. I said no as it should have been called about if not able to make as it was supposed to be done earlier and ready to go. I had to stand around until that was made. I was handed the subs at 5:26 pm. I got home to grab my children, husband, and father to go to an event we were now running late to. My husband went to take a bite out of his sandwich and it was the hardest bread he’s ever ate. I immediately called the store to ask why they thought putting this sub on hard bread was going to be okay. I was told that he thought it was hard but they didn’t have any more bread prepped. That sometimes the bread holder doesn’t close all of the way which can make the bread hard. He apologized. I told him it was okay but I did want to be refunded for my sandwich and the whole experience was just uncalled for. Of course there was no manager in and every time I’ve called up he/she wasn’t in. I tried putting in a complaint online but got an email stating it’s been resolved when no it has not been. Nobody has called and nobody has communicated with me about the issue at hand. Subway has just gone completely down hill over the last couple of years. With having competitors galore, you’d think you’d get back to customers who prefer you; until they don’t.

Subway is a great fresh food option for those looking to get something quick and affordable. The 72nd location is clean, spacious, and offers lots of parking. They offer a drive thru for those on the go. This location also houses a Goodrich icecream and It is never to slammed over the lunch hour.

Waited in line for 15 min with one person ahead of me. Finished her order didn't acknowledge me and went straight to the back. 0 customer service and terribly understaffed. Walked out and took my business elsewhere.

I dropped by for a sandwich on Thursday around 8:30 and the lady running the drive thru was so kind. She had such a sweet voice and calmly talked through the ordering process. I felt like I needed to mention something because honestly her kindness and patience to me after I had such a long day brightened me up a bit. And when I asked for the most unholy amount of mayonnaise she DELIVERED.

After a pool day me and my friends decided to go to subway. Immediately the atmosphere wasn’t pleasing but its fine. The only people in there were us. I ordered my food and the girl with reddish- blue hair seemed to be annoyed. I understand everyone has off days but it’s definitely not how you treat a customer. After eating my sandwich I was going to order ice cream. She asks what I want and I say jolted cow since they have a sign for it. Her tone was rude when she told me they don’t have jolted cow. I felt too uncomfortable to order and ended up just saying never mind.

The gal working the counter said that my coupon had already been used. But it was a brand new coupon that my wife had cut out of the mailing we got. Her coupon worked. The worker was very unconcerned and said there was nothing she can do. Really?? Nothing at all?? We have been going to this Subway location for a long time and this crew working that day was all different from the regular workers we have grown accustomed to. We will not be going back to this location.

i ordered online so ig i can't complain too much but the customer service here was awful i was confused when i ordered a wrap why they used flatbread so i asked the girl working on my sandwich. she gave me a nasty look and told me they don't use tortilla wraps anymore. kinda upsetting but that's my own fault ig for not doing research‍ they didn't read the extra instructions i had in my order and then they also didn't cut my wrap. they cut my boyfriends but not mine.. anyways this place was ass and my sandwich also tasted ass but ig that's why they have 2 stars

This location is now fleecing their customers! I went to the Ralston, NE Subway on May 20th and ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch and told them that I had a coupon. As person at the cash register put a $1 fee for additional bacon. I told her that I did not ask for additional bacon and she did not add any additional bacon to my sandwich. They gave me some lame excuse is that because I did not order the Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch that comes with extra cheese not bacon. I took my sandwich and left. So the following day I thought I would try a different Subway location to see if they did the same thing. They did not, they charge me the correct price. So the Ralston, NE location is now also fleecing their customers.

On Sunday, June 19th, my sister and I came in to the Subway in Ralston 10 minutes before close unknowingly. We took two steps into the door and the employee working at the time threw her gloves across the counter and loudly muttered "10 minutes before close". We just left after that to not cause any problems. I don't usually go into restaurants before they close anyway out of courtesy, but she could have handled that a lot better. It made us really uncomfortable, and was really poor customer service. We won't be coming back.

I was excited to see there was a drive through because I've never seen a subway have one before. However, I probably should have just gone inside because it took the woman forever to take my 1 sandwich, no drink order. And she seemed a little frustrated when I went too fast for her...also I realized part of what I enjoy about subway is seeing them make your sandwich to order. Next time I'll go inside.
