Hands down worst sandwich I've ever had made. the person buying the counter. The girl with black hair had no clue what she was doing. We asked for Italian bread and a Cold cut trio I got a Bologna sandwich with bacon I added. That's it white bread, really here's the pictures. They suck. I tried to call when we got home and they wouldn't even answer the phone. They picked up an hung up twice without saying a single word. Don't go there either untrained or she don't care cause that place sucked. I wish I could get my money back

lobby is always very clean the fridge is always full im here a lot I love sams town lol the best days are when those two girls are working I think their names are joan and leah but they're always chatty and sweet and I can tell the sandwiches are made with love thank you guys!! love my movie and sandwich days. Went to Subway after seeing a movie at the theater. I had a coupon for a 6 inch sub for $4.99. It should have cost around $5.42. The cashier who was also the sandwich maker said it was $6.27, because bacon was extra. How can a chicken bacon ranch which is supposed to already have bacon on it cost extra. No wonder why it was dead and slow in the restaurant. It's the principle. If you don't allow coupons at your restaurant say that. You just lost two sales. Gladly, we won't come back as the cashier told me on the way out.

usually when I come to the subway, I order online and everything’s fine today. I ordered a salad there’s like five flakes of lettuce in there. I had to cut the salad it’s supposed to be a chop salad. There’s like three pieces of spinach in there. What the hell is going on?

Ordered from this location on the app and specifically ordered for DELIVERY. After 3 hours of not hearing from anyone I call the store and they said they can’t deliver nor can they refund me and my only option is to go pick up the cold sand which they’ve had sitting on a shelf for 3 hours. Absolutely ridiculous

One of the worst subway I have ever been too. Very unclean store. Young lady who doing everything took forever. This is also subway fault too not keeping enough staff. Then after I got done eating ask the young for I bag. Wait for up to fives gave up.

Update** went back to the store the young man working at 8pm tried to get in touch with management yet no avail, in the end he said "sorry about that you didn't make it so I can't do anything about it." Thats awesome Where is my meat?! Seriously?! Ducks wording food picking it up going to work relaxing take a few bites and boom no meat!! Then you don't answer the phone, it's been 15min of ringing. So that means I have to save this veggie blah and then take it to you show you how WONDERFUL yall made mine and my coworkers lunch.. dang can't even get ppl make a sub right but want a tip

This Subway is located just inside the Sam's Town Casino lobby. With super nice and friendly help. It was a Tuesday afternoon and not crowded so we were promptly waited on. Hubby was in the mood for their meatball sub so I opted to share a foot long and ordered it on Italian bread toasted with provolone cheese. The sandwich artist asked if we would like that double meat and I politely accepted that offer for their $1.50. The sandwich was tasty, hot and very fresh. The bread was ever so perfectly toasted the cheese was had that perfect string to it when biting into it and pulling back on the bread. The sauce was plentiful and seasoned just right to accent the meatballs to make it all marry together with the sprinkles of parmesan cheese. This Subway is on the smaller size but very clean with your usual self serve chips and drink station and actually the cigarette smoke was to a minimum. Nice!! We'll be back for sure since we are staying at the RV resort here at the property.

I don't normally write reviews because I can't be bothered to, but this experience was bad with a capital B. I'm not expecting 5 stars and perfect service, but I do expect to be treated with kindness and respect because I feel like that's just common decency. I placed an online order, but had time to just hang out in the store since there was no one in there. While I was in there, I just wanted to make sure my sandwich was correctly made and that all my app requests were processed. So of course being that I'm literally the only one in the whole place with the worker Irene, I made small talk to just ask if her shift was going well and if she can toast the sandwich. Not only did she have an AirPod in her ear while on the clock, but just shook her head and did not look up for acknowledgment or anything. Along the way to the toppings, I asked her to put on extra cucumbers on the sandwich in which she heavily sighed as if it was too much trouble to ask. We finally get to the register where she tells me "sign" for a receipt. No please, nothing but prompt and short... "sign". After signing, I asked for a couple things. The app would not let me put notes for some reason to ask for sauces on the side and pickles, so I asked her there. Irene, again seemed really agitated and annoyed as if I did something to bug her. As I'm waiting for the sides, she smashes the ramekins on the sandwiches and walks away. Doesn't bother to bag it with my order, say thank you, or anything. I get that you had a bad day, and some people do not want to be bothered, BUT, that was uncalled for. Honestly really rude and just plain wrong, would not be surprised if I'll get a stomach ache because of how annoyed and mad she was at making them. Again, I'm understanding of having bad days, but don't take it out on me, I didn't do anything to you. Also, I get the store is dead and no one was in there prior to me, but Irene, take out your AirPod girl, you're at work.

Today makes day #3 in which I came in for a sandwich and the toaster was inop because it was "being cleaned". I told the young man that this time I will wait because the previous sandwich that I purchased that was not toasted was disgusting and I threw it away. I watched this young man use a brillo pad and plain water, taking far longer than needed. I think I'll go ahead and make this my last visit. Not to mention....one of the stragglers from Boulder Hwy was sitting inside with no mask, charging his phone with his foot kicked up on the shoot of the trashcan. Stars...NONE!

When it comes down to a quick and easy meal; Subway is a staple of mine. Here is my review of the Subway at Sam's Town: - For quick access and not having to deal with Casino, park and enter from the south entrance. It's right there on your right side as you walk in. - I think their strategy of drawing you in is pretty wise. They keep the door to their place open, so you can smell the fresh bread. - I walked in and there were a couple of people ahead of me in line. And, they were indecisive. But I wasn't in a hurry so I was okay. - I finally ordered my sandwich - Roast Beef w/ avocado and most of the fixin's. Sans onions and any kind of peppers. - I'm sure they have a set serving size they have to give. I would have loved more avocado but... I didn't argue. - They bagged up my sandwich with some napkins, I forked over the cash and made a quick exit. Easy as that! I give the place 4 stars because it's a chain and I am sure that I would get the same sandwich at any of their locations.

Hate to give them only 3 since I am a long-time fan, but have to dock for not very friendly staff (though one off-duty sandwich artist was friendly and helpful), and less than fresh bread. I tried the new Italian sub; nothing exciting. I will probably go back to my usual BMT next time; it has more flavor.

The amazing thing about this Subway is it's the worst quality in the entire Subway chain. We've dined at Subways from coast to coast, border to border. Employees at the Sams Town location have no clue what they are doing and the sandwiches suffer. A whole new definition of indifferent attitude and slow service too. Only good Subways are where an owner is a hands on operator and this casino location is a ship with no captain. No supervision nor assurance of quality. Watch customers turn around and walk out after waiting long times despite no line with no one in front of them. This is THE worst Subway you will ever visit. Bad food, bad attitudes and very bad service. The 5 star review is a shill.

Subway at Sam's Town Casino Las Vegas: On September 2, 2020, at around 2:35 p.m. I feel that I was racially profiled as a African American as I was standing in the line as the 2nd person on the social distancing circle waiting for her to complete the man in front of me order and a Caucasian man came up to the other side of me and cut in the line right in front of the worker who didn't even say a word. She say me standing there next in line. When I asked her about it she wouldn't even respond or acknowledge me and respond, which I think is quite rude. This is discriminatory behavior and is unacceptable.

The service was fairly slow, and they had a long line by the time I left. A worker that had been waiting for 10 minutes actually had to leave because her break was over, and only two people were in front of her, who were ordering together. One sandwich per person. I only recommend coming here if there's no line. My mother and I ordered a sandwich and a wrap. The lady making my mother's wrap had no idea how to make a wrap. She overloaded the wrap. She couldn't even hold it together, it was so full. When we sat down to eat our food the tortilla broke and she had to hold it together like she was holding a football.

Worst fucking subway I've ever been too in my life. I had a bad 1st experience but just thought it was the people at that time. 6 mos later and it's a different group shitty people with the same shitty attitude. This lady threw the bag at me and had me bag up my own food and when I said "so I have to bag my own food" she just stared at me. Avoid this place like the plague. Sams town has lots of different food options without the bullshit people and attitude.

Convenient location if you're staying at Sam's Town Hotel. I've eaten here a few times and it's very hit-or-miss of an experience. Sometimes service is good, sometimes lousy. Often they don't have a bread or topping. Cleanliness is hit-or-miss also. The dining area is very small but sufficient.

Ordered my food online (was short on time) placed ordered at 6:49pm and was told it would be ready at 7:09pm. Get there to pick up my online order, there are only two people working, one standing at the register, one by the food while a couple is just standing there waiting for their order to be taken. Cashier seemed irritated that we were even there to pick up our order, and I can only assume it was because it wasn't ready. So here we are at 7:45pm and finally my order is ready. Or is it? I ordered 6 raspberry cookies, we were given 3. Then when asked, he told us they had no more raspberry cookies...I then had to ask are you going to substitute them? He then went long for my receipt which was on the floor and proceeded to give me the broken cookies they had left. Didn't even give me the receipt so I can do the survey.

This is the worst subway I have gone to me and my friend recently went and once we came in the African American employee gave us a dirty look they were being very unprofessional and they also charged us twice for our combo they didn't bother to try and fix it. Never coming back again!

We have a complaint. I have the Subway app. We use it at this Subway all the time, we went in with the app showing 2 6 inch sub meals for $10 . Well there was no one there that new anything about how to use the app. Or how to redeem it. How is that possible? We have used the app many times , they was rude wanting to charge $17 for the meal. which is crazy. They charged us that same thing other day and we complained but it did no good. But my husband kept arguing with the guy so he let my husband have it for $11 but still didn't know how to use the app to redeem it. They was rude and I am not happy at all. Thinking of deleting the app and never going to Subway again and we go 1-2 times a week . I am very unhappy . Your employees need to know what they are doing. They was 3-4 people there working and no one knew how to redeem the app , really? How stupid can that be . You might have just lost 2 loyal customers
