I ordered from DoorDash and after work, I drove all the way there and showed them the hoagie that had dry bread and no ingredients inside. Both young employees started talking nonsense like we’ll toast it for you. I didn’t ask for either hoagie to be toasted. After telling me the bread was fine, I asked for an adult to speak to. They called the manager and after a long conversation in Indian, he agreed to make me a new hoagie. While both speaking Indian to each other the whole time. I came home to eat it and the bread was the same.

I had a horrible experience with these two. They were rude and unprofessional. While ordering my sandwich I asked to use the bathroom and then all of sudden they pretending to not speak English, they laughed when I told them I didn’t want the food anymore due to their lack of professionalism. I asked for corporate and they gave me the wrong number so here we are now, posting them on google for everyone to see.

The soda machine was out of Diet Coke so I asked the man if he could change the syrup or let me exchange it for a bottle soda. I never argue with service workers but he was being unreasonable and said he couldn’t refund me because the cup is wet? I had to explain to him that the empty cup is not worth anything and that I will be taking a bottle soda since I paid $3 and they don’t have the soda I want.

One of the cleanest Subway I ever saw everytime I walk pass I pop my head in there and tell them how clean the store looks in the front house know idk about the back house but the front house is always spot less.

Meatbal hoagie was served straight from the refrigerator to the roll, wrapped and delivered on time. I had to microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.There's no pride in their service. Never again.

I attempted to use a Groupon today. The lady over the phone redeemed my Groupon when she asked for the code. Then she called back almost an hour later stating that she can't fulfill the order because she can not fill a wrap platter although she took my order and redeemed it. She told me to call Groupon because they cannot accept a Groupon for wrap platters although I successfully placed a Groupon order for a wrap platter at the other Philadelphia location. The Groupon states party platter of choice. When I asked to speak to a manager she stated she was a manager and that she made a mistake but I have to call Groupon to fix it. So now I have to resolve this and find somewhere else to order from on short notice. This is not the expectations I had of Subway. I do not even feel comfortable placing anymore catering orders for my employees from Subway because I do not know what kind of service I will receive.
