I ordered a veggie delight sandwich in person at the store. I was told it would be $9 and some change after tax. I paid with a gift card and when I looked at my receipt after going back to work, I was charged for a steak and cheese which is $12.86 after tax. I called the store letting them know what happened and that I’d like the price difference back since I was charged for the wrong thing. The employee argued with me, said I must’ve been given the wrong receipt, and told me to bring the sandwich back and they’d make a new one which isn’t at all the issue. I asked how I’m supposed to skip lunch and bring back a sandwich 5 hours later when the sandwich isn’t the problem and I was charged for the wrong item and that I have pictures of my sandwich. He started to raise his voice and hung up on me. Mistakes happen which is fine. I just wanted them to make it right/give me my money back. The sandwich wasn’t even good. Don’t waste your money here. Go to any other subway store or actually, don’t go at all.

The two people working at 3a on a weds night were very nice. Thank you so much and they have to deal with idiots making racist remarks like the security guard at Howard.

I went to this business yesterday evening. The employee there discriminated against me for purchasing my meal with a subway coupon. He first asked was I paying for my meal with a coupon. After answering yes, he limited the amount of meat on all three of my foot long subs! I noticed that other customers that didn’t pay with the coupon, he issued more meat.

No more 24 hrs even tho it said 24 hours in google the guy was rude and said what u can't read i was like where there's a paper taped infront of the door with small letters and u can bearly see it saying online only bo5 going back this place sucks Jimmy Jones here I go

very bad experience the staff is very slow and inattentive and everything is very dirty and their bathrooms are the worst

It's Subway and unfortunately my opinion of sub shops are held to a high standard from residing in south Jersey for years.

Y'all are thieves, order two footling a drink and chip and get the drink or the chips call the Subway 2301 Geprgia Ave Wash. DC AND NO ONE PICK UP. I will never ever eat or recommend anyone to eat ever.

Professional, courteous staff and clean counters, which is important when prepping your subs. Quick service and great tasting food. Economical. Near Howard University.

Why would you advertise being open 24 hours if you actually aren't? I get a small break working at the hospital nearby and this is the 2nd time I've come here only to find out there CLOSED! Even with the "open 24 hours" sign flashing.

I enter the subway I started ordering my sandwich for some reason they have the meat covered I do not know why so I couldn't see the meat I was getting then afterwards as I was getting ready to pay the employee looks in my wallet I don't know why and I was missing 5 cents and he told me you have it you got money your rich and was not trying to let me get the sandwich and made me walk back to my car for 5 cents laughing. I don't know why this man was pocket watching me and also saying this in the entire store for everyone to here I came in exactly at 2:30am and the employee was wearing a red jacket I don't recommend this place and the employees are rude chipotle next door is way nice even McDonalds across the street this place should be shut down.

Don't come here, man. They are very rude and accuse people of trying to "get over". I came in here and started ordering my sandwich. We get near the end and they inform me they have no barbecue sauce. I was so disappointed. It's like making a cheeseburger with no ketchup. #ItsJustNotRight So I complained and ended up calling the manager/owner while still in the store. He gave me a complimentary drink free... but I didn't care about the drink... I wanted my SANDWICH. Lmao. Afterwards the cashier started giving me some rambling rant about how customers coming to the store are always trying to "get over". What a dumb son if a bitch. That was the last straw for me. I'd never return. Never. ONE STAR.

Be careful when they ring you up. They charge you more than you ordered. I ordered a meatball footlong. They charged me a meatball with fresh mozzarella to make an extra couple bucks. Order through the app to ensure proper price or be aware of the price they charge you when they ring you up at the register. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Once I went to order here the employees were nice with but when I got home and eat my food the food tasted like raw and expired. Do Not Come To This Place. But the ambiance was nice

DO NOT COME HERE! I ate here yesterday and now I have horrible food poisoning. Please, save your stomachs and go somewhere else. It's not worth it.

You guys literally just gave me 2 6 inch sandwiches when it's suppose to be 2 foot long sandwiches! It's really not that hard to know the difference between both.

This subway charges you extra and different prices that are on the board. I will not be going back here! They are so stingy on the cheese like the meat is barely covered and I'm not even lying and I believe it's the manager who served me. He needs to get it together.

I absolutely HATE this location and almost Subways in general! At all costs I try to avoid this location as much as possible! Howard University needs to do better with food options on and near campus. This location knows no customer service and will do everything to jip you out of your money and product. You will get the bare minimum on your sandwich and if you ask for more or too many toppings they get an attitude. GET OVER IT! Walked in today for a pizza after 9pm because nothing decent was open. The pizzas aren't featured on the menu anymore so when I asked for one, the older guy looked confused. The pizza dough is frozen. Once I told the guy the toppings I looked and I didn't see any marinara sauce or cheese. I asked was it already on there, he rolled his eyes then grabbed a tub of sauce out the refrigerator then slapped a spoonful ON TOP of the toppings! Then added more cheese. He also took my pizza out 20 seconds before the timer went off because there were other sandwiches that needed to be baked. I'll be going to get another pizza remade then I'll update this review...

Do not come here. I went here twice, got the same thing, and they charged me two different prices.

i checked reviews after i ate. nothing was wrong with the service or the food. but the food isnt entirely enjoyable not knowing if im going to end up getting food poisoning or not.

One of the worst Subways I've ever been to. They try to scam their customers while making their sandwiches with double meat when the customer didn't ask for it and then charges you for it. When I asked for them to make me a new sandwich without the double meat they refused. I have made sure that my friends will never visit this Subway ever again.

I absolutely hate this place I tried it twice and every time I ate it my stomach hurts the next day !

The food quality is ok but I'm not sure where they found their employees at this location. There is so much confusion when you order something. It is consistently that way. It is pretty frustrating. On the bright side, the location is good and the place seems clean.

I believe they get the job done. They are always busy because of there location by Howard U. Everytime I go there, they show me love.
