Stopped in for the first time. I kept meaning to stop in, but would forget about this place. The store is very elegant and the baked goods look amazing. I ordered two macaroons: cafe a lait and blackberry citrus. They were perfect. The wild berry gelato was sweeter than I would have liked. The last thing I ordered was a lavande citron pastry. It was okay. I didn't taste lavender or anything citrus. Expensive sweets and a cashless establishment. Probably won't come back.

Today, I had the immense pleasure of visiting Sucre in Covington. It felt like a treat having such a gem right in our neighborhood. On this crisp fall morning, my daughter, dog, and I decided to pop in and were not disappointed. We indulged in a comforting coffee and a rich hot chocolate. Beyond the tasty treats, what stood out was the exemplary service. The staff were not just attentive, but genuinely warm, making our visit all the more special. I’m thrilled to see Sucre planting roots in Covington, and I wholeheartedly wish them every success in their new venture. Here’s to many more visits and sweet memories! 🎉🎉🎉

I used to go to the Metairie location by lakeside mall before it closed and it was great. This location on the other hand is just terrible. The prices are higher and the quality is not nearly as good. The desserts were just bad, who is tasting these recipes and thinking people will like them. We were the only customers the whole time we were in there. I have a feeling you won’t be able to keep this location open for very long, which is sad because it’s a pretty shop. Do better. My wife just had the macarons we bought and they were so stale they were all crumbling. We also bought a cupcake that was very bland and dry. Absolutely terrible 0/10

So so excited for the Northshore location. It’s stunning inside, and has all the best treats. Congratulations on your grand opening. We will be back again and again and again.

the inside is so cute! i was excited to try out some of the desserts! i got the white chocolate cheesecake, it unfortunately did not taste good😭 it tastes like it was freezer burnt and the white chocolate tastes very cheap. the lady that assisted me was nice but could’ve been more helpful as i informed her it was my first time

Everything looked amazing when we went in .. Elegant works of art... When nothing was priced... We walked out... Sorry... I need a pricelist or something..

Mint chocolate chip gelato was just ok, not outstanding. Two scoops shouldn't cost $14. Being a cashless business is a negative for me, but you should at least have a sign on the door stating that you don't take cash.

It’s very relaxing and delicious. If you’re in the area it’s a must. 10/10 recommended

Super cute and clean little shop with lots of goodies! We loved the king cake gelato and macaroons, and the service was great!

Pastry was great. The service was good and attentive. This is my secret hideaway. It was quiet with nice music

Wow, what a super cool clean and "crisp" location. Took the wife here for a date night dessert and wow.... The Sorbet is so creamy, we had 3 small desserts and they were all great!!! The customer service was great as well.... They are so great with little kids. Some little girls came in all dressed up with their parents and it was so cute!!

Beautiful little shop in Covington. The pastries here are lovely and look like art. It's a great place to find something special. It's never busy.

Delicious dessert spot right here in Covington! Love that there are gluten free options as well.
