"Suculenta is a place with good vibes, cosmopolitan offering the best authentic Mexican food! We are dedicated to turning a simple street dish into something extraordinary. Our influence not only lies in gastronomy but also in the origin of the ingredients offered by our land, our valleys, our seas, as well as the art, culture, music, and environment that nourish the richness of our Mexico. Through the irreverent, relaxed, and imaginative personality of Chef Mario Mendieta, we showcase all of this, and more. Visit us and enjoy our tacos, bowls, salads, burritos, enchiladas, cheesecake, horchata, juices, and more!"

"Things you might not expect to find at The Domain: easy street parking, local artisans selling arts and crafts, and a food trailer where you can get an order of chile en nogada or enchiladas suizas on hand-made corn tortillas. But walk by Suculenta Cocina, parked near the south end of The Domain, and you’ll find at least one of those things. Despite the trailer backdrop, food comes out on real plates, served on real tables on a fake grass lawn in a relatively quiet part of The Domain, where you can watch people emerge, wide-eyed, from The Museum Of Illusions across the street, and stumble hungrily towards the aromas of roasted chilis, mole poblano, and slow-roasted cochinita pibil." - nicolai mccrary, raphael brion
