Suds Monkey is just next to me and I have never been there. I ordered pizzas to go today, and the pizzas were awesome. I ordered both the Mustang and Superbird, and my favorite was definitely the superbird. It was delicious. I can't wait to try it on site and experience it first hand soon. There was a little wait for pickup as there was no one at the pickup window for a while.

I came to visit from California & wanted to try to find a good place to get some food/drinks. Found this place & all I can say is Andre is the BEST bartender I’ve ever had. It’s not even just the good drinks, it’s his personality. I have been working in this industry as well for 15 years & I can honestly say that Andre is the best service I’ve ever had. That’s huge. I just love when people are themselves & on top of everything & you don’t need to ask for anything or worry about anything. That’s what it’s all about. Thank you so much for your service Andre! I will be back to visit & you deserve everything & more. 20/10 !!!!

Everything about this place is awesome. The beer is top notch as is the food. They have an incredible outdoor space & they allow dogs outside. I have been coming here for years & recommend it highly.

We went to Suds Monkey Kitchen and Brewery in Dripping Springs last week. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We tried the pizza and several of their beers. Both the food and beer were great. Welcoming atmosphere and low key environment. We highly recommend.

Don’t sleep on Suds monkey’s Pizza! Both the thin NY style and the Detroit stroke are both great. Honestly one of the better pizza in the greater dripping springs area. Great food, solid playground, good beers, and they always have fun events to keep everyone of all ages entertained. They also do a great job with their food specials throughout the week!

The pizza here is one of the best around, if not the best. We have tried several places local and chain, but Sud Monkeys never disappoints. Their dough and sauce is very tasty. Their customer service goes above and beyond. They truly care about customer satisfaction and feedback.

Love Suds! Don't skip on the Detroit Style and the garlic knots, and always order that extra Suss Marinara!

This was our first visit for a group of six family members spanning three generations. We ordered two pizzas, two salads, pretzels and of course, beer food was tasty, the beers were refreshing, and as luck would have it we got to enjoy most of music bingo night. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

We've visited a few times in the 18 months we've lived in Austin. It has a fun garage feel to it. There is plenty of seating indoors and outside, as well as a huge area for kids to play and climb. They have trivia every week with a regular crowd. The beers are good, but not my personal favorite. We have ordered food a couple of times and it has been pretty darn good. As are most places in Austin, their patio is dog-friendly. Give it a shot when you're in the area!

Beer and sandwich was delicious. Service was great. Sunday bluegrass jam was happening at the far end from our book club. It didn't last long and was not loud enough to keep us from having a great book club discussion. It was a cold walk to and from the parking area but the inside area was just the right temperature. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Plenty of parking.

This is a large sprawling beer garden that's a big draw for families on weekends. Good service. Relaxing and enjoyable. Good beer selection.

We stumbled onto Suds Monkey while attending a wedding. Thank goodness we did. We've been a couple of times and every time we've been there has been a bluegrass group jam session. The indoor space is filled with picnic tables and a few bar tops. Great outdoor space for the kiddos. The food is great. We enjoyed a few small pizzas made perfectly to order. Okay, now the beer! What an assortment of brews they have. I had a flight and each sample was as good as the next. The servers are the nicest people. So helpful and they know their s...stuff! Tip: Tip and be nice. Sunday gets pretty busy. Also, have an idea of what you want. Get a flight if not sure but there can be lines that need to move.

Great casual vibe. Had an amazing time Saturday night! So much fun playing Bingo! What a great combination of my favorite songs and the all time favorite game of Bingo. The beer, wine, and food selections are really good. We tried the fried pickles, the pizza rolls, and the "Cyclone" pizza.

The beer was cold and the food was hot! Love it as much as my kid loves the playground.

Roomy casual venue, open air, indoor and outdoor seating. Great pizza selection thin crust New York style. Different styles for different people. Today band entertainment coincided with the eclipse. Oh, so impressed with beer on tap collection and also Prosecco! Great overall experience.

This place is great! The owner is a supper great guy with a really cool beer brewing background. The food is actually really awesome from the pizza to the wings you will be pleased. They also have cool activities like wrestling matches, car shows and I think their trivia nights are really popular. The beer is top notch this place is a must and SUPER KID FRIENDLY.

What a cool spot! We stopped by for some bears and pizza and found out they have Saturday night bingo! What a cool and fun experience! This is a great spot for large groups, welcoming to all ages and families as well! They have a large indoor and outdoor area as well. They have pizza, wings, salads and sandwiches. They also have a BBQ spot! Definitely recommend the Saturday night bingo, its also Free!

Found a gem tonight in Dripping Springs. The beer and pizza was absolutely amazing and the service was even better! Definitely stop here the next time you are in the area and say "hi" to Carter! She's fantastic!!

This was a fun brewery a little outside the main part of Austin! I was staying in Oak Hill and wanted to find a brewery that was easy to get to, hoping to find something with music or entertainment to go with a quick beer. Suds Monkey was a great option for a Thursday night! It satisfied exactly what I was looking for, and I walked in during someone doing a standup comedy set, which was a pleasant surprise. I just got the Astro Blonde ale, and it was pretty good! If I had more time (or a DD), I would have tried a few other beers. I really liked the space and open-ness - it was perfect for a summer evening.

Our first time visiting, we were a (local) group of 9, all first timers. It was horrible! They had booked two children's birthday parties, including a clown with a microphone, I felt like I was at Chuckie Cheese. First of all, I can't believe a parent would book a child's birthday party at a brewery and second of all I can't believe the brewery would take a booking like that. It is a shame, because the beer was excellent. The service was great, the pizza was OK, though the crust was soggy. We will never go back.

Ordered through uber eats. This is the best pizza I think I've had yet in austin. I ordered the challenger pizza and herb cheese bread (insanely huge; maybe slightly larger than the pizza lol). Both were very good. Order extra marinara and dip your pizza into it; so good!

This place is a hidden gem. The beer selection was great and the food was really good. They have a nice place to relax and watch football.

I think it's a cool venue, TVs for sports and such and some really good beers. I just wish the food was better - the pizza is fine, not great, not bad. Mozzarella sticks were terrible, i couldn't even eat them. I would return for some good beers and to watch some sports - definitely before going across the street to Backspin, but not in a rush.

Dropped into Suds Monkey on our way back from New Braunfels on a Tues. Apparently this is a new change, as they've not been opened on Tues before. What serendipity that we stumbled upon them for the Tues $5 - 2 topping pizza special!! Garlic knots, fried cheese, 2 pizzas, wine and a flight of beer later....we were happy campers. Love the relaxed vibe here and the staff is cool!

Just giving 3 stars because pizza was good, garlic knots were the best, also got the Ella rolls and the picture displayed on the website is not what we got...at all...still tasty? Sure. Lol

Awesome spot! Can't believe it's taken so long for us to make it here. Great vibe, friendly staff, solid beer, a sweet spot for the kiddos to play and the best pizza I've found in the over 2 decades I've lived here. So disappointing. we had a very hungry kiddo so ordered Uber eats. Got the kids nuggets and fries and garlic knots. All were burnt. Gladly burnt by looking. My kid took one bite and spit it out. I tried it and it also tasted burnt. $50 on inedible food. Why would you send that out for a kid to eat burnt??

Brewery is only a 15 minute drive to Dripping Springs from South Austin. They have a wide variety of different beers, not just IPAs. The parking lot isn't paved, it's crushed limestone and pretty rocky- so you'll need to drive slowly if you have a low profile car like we do. Not everyone in Texas drives a jacked up truck, sheesh! This location started hosting live comedy every Thursday night starting at 7:30pm. We got there after 8pm and all the seats inside the building were full. Luckily we got a table on the outdoor patio with sight-lines to the stage and could hear just fine. The speakers and mic are set up very well. The show is free but they do ask for tips/donations to the comedians. They accept venmo. The bathrooms are awkwardly located right next to the stage which makes you susceptible to comedic banter. Make sure you pee before the show starts! If you want a fun, relaxed and casual evening out, I highly recommend coming here on a Thursday. The comedy nights are going to continue until the end of the year 2022.

When we got here, we wanted to go somewhere to get a meal as well. Online google maps said it was similar to a place back home in Buffalo, NY. This place was probably once a garage of some sort. While here I tried the Red Ass Monkey Red Ale, Thunderbird Pizza, Stingray Pizza, and wings done in buffalo. The Red Ass Monkey was good but was a darker red than I usually drink. I would have preferred it not as dark. The Thunderbird Pizza had ranch sauce, chicken, bacon, and a buffalo drizzle. The flavors complimented each other and if I ever make it back there again, I will order this. The Stingray was a classic cheese and pepperoni pizza. We knew the wings were baked and not fried, but still decided to try them. I was afraid they would be a disappointment, but they were baked well and tasted good. The meat almost fell off the bone. You could taste the spice in the buffalo flavoring they put on the wings. They gave you ranch instead of blue cheese to dip them in. They had a band playing songs while you ate. They played classic country songs. Before we left I wanted a glass of water and they had a water cooer with plastic cups on the side for those who wanted it.

Suds Monkey has opened its new location and what a great improvement! Large open air seating inside and out with local live music several times a week. Fresh pizza to go with a good beer selection. Not just IPA s, Porter, Amber, Blonde, Hazy and more. Wine option also. Membership options have nice perks too.

One of my favorite places in town! Monday night is $5 pizza night and the best deal around! Wed is trivia night and Thursday is stand up comedy... there is no place around that has stand up comedy... so this is a treat!! The pizza is delish but they are on the smaller size 12 in. But for $5 it's a great size!! Tonight we ordered 3 for 5 people and we prob could have eaten 1 more, but it filled us up enough! And these are 2 topping pizzas, not just cheese!! I would order ahead or you will have to wait a while on Mondays as lots of people also love this deal! I'm not a beer drinker, but they also have wine so that makes me happy! There is also some kid friendly things outside!

Suds Monkey is great! We love their fresh pizzas, great beers, and outstanding staff... they have activities most days (call or look on website to find out what's happening that evening - trivia, live music, music bingo, euchre, live comedy, etc.). Venue is great - we've been with them a long time - new venue is large, dog-and-kid-friendly, and everyone is pretty laid back. They've really evolved with their beers - from IPAs to dark brews, they know what their doing. Their blonde is crisp and light, their hefe has a nice taste, and they occasionally highlight other brewery beers - there's something for everyone's taste there. It does get a bit crowded, but the staff is up to the task (so be nice to them!) and come enjoy a brew, a slice or salad, and get entertained!

This is responding to Arthur L. below. My family and I were there last night for the bingo. The host is why we come each week. His name is Carlton and he is an aspiring actor out of Austin. He was doing his show when you wife walked up and asked if she had won. He told her no. And you your wife shot the finger with both hands at him. He was very professional. If it had been me I would have not been as nice. You wife was rude and tried to take a fun, free, family friendly game and make it all about her. I hope others read your review and take the time to respond. Asian woman with a dripped dress of Sud Monkeys has cameras. Why did you even write a review knowing full well what you wife did? We love Suds Monkey's because of the bingo don't ruin a good thing for the other 100 playing.

The hubs and our puppy Bowie were out playing in the park and worked up a thirst! And of course an appetite!! We've been wanting to stop in here for some time and I'm so glad we finally did! The beer is tasty, I only had a few sips since I'm driving but next time I'm pounding some brews! However the pizza!! Omg!! Now that was delicious! I ate half the pie to myself and sadly I feel I could have ate the whole thing haha the crust is chewy crispy, the sauce tastes freshly made, the cheese actually has that cheese flavor and not some pre shredded cheese bs! Oh and the pepperoni!! It was so flavorful!! Now for the atmosphere! As soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiling faces!! Everyone was so friendly!! I swear this is the first place in Texas that I felt truly welcomed!!

Says monkeys always a fun time. Great selection of draft brews, delicious pizza that is on point every time and it's enclosed for the littles. Since moving to their own location they have expanded and brought in a great waitstaff and a great atmosphere. Friday nights are always busy so expect 45 minute even up to an hour wait for pizza but beer is flowing and the wait isn't very long in the line inside.

This is a hidden gem in Dripping Springs right off 290 and Nutty Brown Road. The restaurant has the look of an old car garage, but that is just on the outside. On the inside it is an oasis of beer, food and games. Lots of seating for large parties and a bar area as well. Beer and wine only, but lots of choices in the beer category. They will let you sample any one you want before buying a pint or more. They have a variety of events so check out their calendar. They have music bingo, comedy night, trivia night and more. And the pizza is very good. This is a place you can bring your friends, your kids and your pets. Great back patio area as well. Give this place a try. I think you will enjoy the vibe, the beer and the food.

Tried for the 1st time. Had pizza delivery. Good fresh pizza. We had the equivalent of a meat lovers and a pepperoni. Tasted great. Probably won't order again though based on price for what you get.

I recommend getting A/C units put in. Very hot beer gets warm quick. You forget you have an open tab and leave cause you want to shower and cool off. Great venue if they had a large pool you could get in. Perfect if you go in the winter. I'll be back then The misters they have set up do nothing for cooling and just fans blowing hot air around ‍ otherwise. Comedy acts, bands all good. What would AUGUST be like ‍

Came here real quick while I was waiting for some friends to show up to our house, and so happy that we did! We parked out front under the shade, and walked around... Then you just walk up and place your order. I ordered the Pilsner, and I can't remember what my boyfriend got and we also ordered some garlic knots. They have indoor and outdoor seating, you just have to walk around the building. We chose to sit indoors and watch the football game, wasn't too long before our food was ready and it was bread-tastic!!!! There is so much flavor, I would definitely order again it... I cannot wait to try more of their food and come back for more chill vibes! Thanks for the awesome experience Suds Monkey!!
