Customers who want a memorable photo can head to the life-sized flower wall with neon artwork that lines the gold staircase; a 25-foot 3D candy heart wall decorated with sayings such as “Viva Las Vegas,” “Vegas Baby,” and “soulmate” on the exterior of the first floor; LED screens; or a floor-to-ceiling rock climbing wall dotted with candies as foot and hand holds." - Janna Karel

"Sugar Factory American Brasserie at Harmon Corner has a isweet and spooky milkshake inspired by I Know What You Did Last Summer, the iconic ’90s horror movie turning into an Amazon series. The blend of cookies and cream ice cream and vanilla soft serve is served in a chocolate-dipped mug with candy corn, bloody bones, gummy worms, and Oreo crumbs. It’s topped with whipped cream and an edible clown marshmallow. The milkshake is available now through Friday, November 12, for $25." - Susan Stapleton

The service was fine. I was with a friend and we ordered a peanut butter chocolate shake (whatever it is) which was decent and coffee. Since we had dinner at another place we decided to get dessert here, a red velvet cake. It was one of the worst cakes we've had. It did not taste fresh, seemed like it was out for a long time and was absorbing a lot of moisture, or was frozen for a long time and was just reheated, so we decided to give it back after each of us took a bite, they were nice about it and apologized. As soon as we left, we saw the red velvet cakes, on rolling trays, covered in saran wrap or some plastic and being heated in a microwave...

Came here for lunch on a weekday, so it was very slow. The menu is very expansive, with moderately high pricing. We ordered food and shakes, and ended up very underwhelmed for the price we spent (over $50 for two meals, two shakes, and tip). The food and shakes were... okay. Not bad, but definitely not worth the price. Now that I've eaten at the "famous" Sugar Factory, I won't be returning unless a friend insists.

I come here for the fun, original drinks. Nice place to bring a date for drinks and a snack before/after a movie. I always sit at the bar when bartender Heather is working, she's awesome!

Service was mediocre at best, the food was not worth visiting a second time for, but the drinks were good. I would recommend this place as a bar; not as a restaurant.
