Sugar Factory LA- Century City

Food was meh but the whole vibe is fun. Came on a Saturday and to my surprise did not have to wait long with reservations. Walking in the lobby you can hear the music and people enjoying birthdays. Servers dancing and going all out for entertainment. Only thing that sucks was there were no more duckies to add to our rainbow sliders 😩

First time here! Celebrating my daughter's bday. Food was excellent! Drinks were so good and the presentation was beautiful! Service was outstanding! James our waiter was courtesy and friendly. The manager Lamar was GREAT! We will be back.

Well I can without a doubt say this was a completely different experience. From the music to the twerking its definitely different. Could've been a 5 star deal but unfortunately the server messed up our order & kept forgetting to bring the stuff we ordered. The staff were all nice but having to keep remind of stuff forgotten got a bit exhausting. I get it though it wasn't her fault. The server was overworked with the amount of people serving.

I honestly should have seen the reviews to this place before going. There are so many things that went wrong during my visit. To begin with, I do not know what a reservation is for if you are still going to wait 40 minutes to be seated. Then our waiter had a horrible attitude and acted like she did not care to serve my table. When our waiter poured our drink it literally spilled on the table and she seen it and walked away. I had to remind her if she could please clean up her spill and she had a rude attitude and said "okay". I would have cleaned it myself with how long she took but there were no napkins or clothes to clean it up. We had to keep telling our waiter to bring us waters and sauces more than once because she would just pass our table. We literally finished our food and still the drinks never got to us. She kept ignoring the fact that we kept asking for something as simple as drinks. Not to mention my reservation was at 4pm and it was not busy at all, so there was literally no excuse. This place should really update their menu because what we ordered and what we got are two totally different things. I paid for a $76 plate that said it came with steak and it literally came with two thin pieces of "steak" when every other steak is one whole piece of meat, I was a little confused because on their menu's picture it is ONE steak! To top everything off the gratuity is automatically put on your check, which I wouldn't have a problem with normally but with the waiter I got, I felt like I was being robbed of my money. No wonder our waiter was being so rude. She did not care what kind of customer service she was giving because she would get her "cut" secured. Terrible server overall. I have never had a bad experience at a restaurant before this one, very disappointing. Aside from that the one thing I did enjoy was my drink, it was good. (In the picture you can see where our waiter spilled the drink and in the second picture you can see the fist piece of meat next to the sauce and the second piece of meat is hard to see but it is in the far back on top of the mashed potatoes)

A must visit for California natives and out of towners. The food is not great, but its good. The alcoholic drinks are delicious, they have a large variety. Great customer service, staff is very helpful and attentive. Make sure you make reservations atleast a week in advance. We didn't get to try any milkshakes or dessert. But it looked delicious

Love the experience here. This is a must-see if you're within the LA area by Century City Mall. The customer service is great and the Ambiance is perfect. I love chatting with Maha and Kasey. Both were very inviting and warm spirits. This is the kind of customer service I'm talking about.

Uhm... we had fun. Its definitely something you should do at least once. The drinks are a whole vibe! Staff was great and fun. I would come just to get the lit birthday dance! ($99.00 sundae) However the food is way to expensive to be whack. Quality of food do not match the price. They definitely need a new menu. The service was really slow but it was quite busy. Go for the drinks and order fries to soak up the liquor.

My experience here was exciting! The drinks are the bomb! Go enjoy the moment. I been here two times For my birthday and to take kids for icecream. The food and drinks are little pricey but it delicious. My children loved the icecream and want to go back.
