I was not expecting to eat one of the best burgers I’ve ever had at the sugar factory. I thought they only did sweets. We got the blue cheese bacon burger and it was incredible. So surprised since initially we were just planning on getting the milkshakes. Which by the way were pretty cool too. The milkshake itself was normal but the presentation is very fun. I definitely would go here again

We LOVED it! The aesthetic was perfect for any girly girl, it would be great for a girl’s night out, birthday or bachelorette party. The drink selection is insane and unmatched but the presentation is where it’s at! They all come with different toppings and are served with dry ice.

It was a great atmosphere and we went on my birthday!! We only had drinks and dessert here but it was amazing. The only reason for 4 stars is they were out of a lot of drinks. We asked about 3... All out.. So we just chose something we didn't really want but the experience was fun. The food looked good from what we can tell. Very pricey... But this is Vegas 🤑

Pros: We are outside (I asked and they were compliant) Negatives: From Stepping in the Sugar Factory 50 minutes to get our drinks 1 hour to get my food (we then had to ask if we could order my husbands food as well) 1 hour 10 minutes: Husband’s Milkshake 1 hour 20 minutes: My Dessert Husbands dinner came sometime after that. 2 hours asked for our check 3 hours finally left Food was average, service was terrible, environment was manageable (LOUD music, had to yell to communicate, lighting just fine). If we weren’t outside, my experience would dropped to 1 star. It’s fun for celebrations and big groups.

Wanted to take my significant other here since he has a sweet tooth and they did not disappoint. Stopped in for lunch and sat on the patio. Bartender that served us was a sweetheart and great at her job.Figured the food would just be good for pictures but it was actually quite delicious. I had the breakfast burger and my SO had the blue cheese bacon burger. Milkshake was as yummy as it looked. I will definitely be back next time I am in Vegas!

I think it was definitely worth the time, if you want to try something different and have a great experience, you should try it! Sliders were good but nothing spectacular

Stoped by Sugar factory as my friend and I walked the Vegas strip. We found out they had a cool happy for drinks. If you buy one drink you get the second free. (Equal to or less than the first drop price) so...... we grabbed a drink b4 we went to dinner.

While waiting for our Frontier flight to Orlando, Florida, my husband and I were looking at shops in the D Gates. We found the Sugar Factory, directly across from California Pizza Kitchen. The current operating hours for Sugar Factory are 6:00 A.M - 11:00 P.M Monday - Sunday. The sugar factory has a ton of candy and snacks inside it! We spent about 15 minutes looking at all of their different offerings! You can get pre-packaged candy or make your own bag and weigh the candy! Sugary Factory even has apparel themed from the Sugar Factory! There are some T-shirts available for purchase! We had a great time inside Sugar Factory looking at all of the chocolates, cotton candy, sugar sticks, and so much more!

The sweet spot... You could never get enough sugar...uhhh unless you're here even at this Harry Reid International Airport location gate D section which stopped me in my tracks seeing all those vibrant colors of all kinds of chocolates, candies and gummies of all kinds. They supply the sweetness that we all crave and live to see them at the airport as well because that mile sugar high club is actually the best piece of cake. Thank you!

Veronica was amazing. Amazing service. I'll definitely coming back just to see her. She made sure everything we needed was taken care of.

I was there early April. The drinks were good and desserts looked good but the food was not good. They got my sister in laws order wrong and she has serious good allergies. She just sent it back and did not order anything else. I hated the steak fajitas but ate a few, I did not want to complain and ruin the vibe. Good customer service though so I would go back just for desserts or drinks.

If you're anything like me, this spot felt like a glove fit by the name and location alone - culinary sweet teeth unite! If you're anything like me, you also assumed this spot was kin to Willy Wonkas Chocolate factory for adults, you saw a few photos of epic gummy bears, loaded milkshakes, and vibrant fishbowls decorated with sweet treats, and looked no further for your sugar fix. Well if you've already visited, like me, you may have been a bit confused and overwhelmed once seated. While this spot has an impressive menus of liquid (and alcoholic) sweets, it also has a staggering number of edible options, sweet and savory alike! So if you've yet to visit, I'd highly recommend taking a look at the menu beforehand, planning your trip around down hours (it gets busy), and sitting at the upstairs bar! We ordered a VERY decorated vanilla milkshake, and a beautifully colored single serving drink that I no longer recall the name of (I blame the alcohol). Those two alone ran us almost $50, and if I'm honest, the service wasn't great, but the views at sunset, photo ops and experience alone was one I'd recommend trying atleast once. Irregardless of the kinks, I'll be back...I still need to try 95% of the menu ;).

The food is what saved this review because if it was based off service, I would give negative stars. The staff was rude and inattentive. Our waiter was better when it came closer to closing our tab but I found a purse in one of the stalls. I went to turn it in and the staff literally walked away from me. I kept trying to flag someone down and made eye contact with the security and waved at him but he literally walked the opposite direction WHILE STARRING AT ME! I ended up handing it to the bartender who grabbed it with her gloves on and then proceeded to make drinks without changing her gloves. Then the photo girl tried to force me into buying the photos in the frames! She came to show us our proofs and I liked the photo in the frame but I was not going to pay $40 for one picture so I asked her if she could take the photo out and just place it in the paper envelope frame but she said no so I told her never mind I don't want a photo then she scoffed and took it out like she was doing me a favor. So rude. I'm pretty sure it's a third party coming in to do the photos however even they were unprofessional. In any case I would eat here again but only take out. The food was delicious.

Well, the name pretty much says it all. My daughter's cheer squad held their team dinner at Sugar Factory on the strip tonight. They took a party bus and were treated like royalty by the staff. We walked from NYNY since it wasn't too far. The food was good, better than expected actually. The drinks were good as well though I'd recommend sharing since they are a bit pricey (but large so not too terrible). They ordered a HUGE ice cream trough (pretty sure that's accurate LOL) for the girls and they dug into that mountain of ice cream. They were covered in whipped cream and they had a blast. Definitely pricey like most things in Vegas but some great memories made tonight.

It was okay. Food was meh service meh drinks are a scam JMO pay $50 and I think it was all juice. Cool vibe and location but it's a one and done for me. $110 for two and wife didn't eat. Thanks for a good time but hard pass. Oh, the auto gratuity takes away from service also JMO. Had fun but I'm good now

What fun!!!! Everything was super over the top and equally tasty. It is very expensive though, great for celebrating something or a special treat. Kids loved it!

Made a reservation for a party of 7 to celebrate my daughter's 4th birthday. We were all very excited to get all sugared up. We had to wait about 20 minutes before being seated despite having a reservation. Once seated, we were right next to the busser station. The are was smelly like dirty draining or dirty sink, their trash can (exposed) was about 3 feet from us. I requested a new table and was informed I'd have to wait as there was no availability. Once they got a table for us (we had young children in our group) it was bad height and different heights! The restaurant was overall dirty, location was difficult to get there and although the food experience was great we would go there again. It's a one time experience kind of restaurant. We ordered a variety of foods, hot childcare, shakes and fondue. Everything was delicious and my 4year old was extremely happy.

We walked out. It was dirty. Seats cushions were ripped and the place was empty but we had to wait to be seated even with a reservation. Never going back.

We had Such a Fun time at Sugar Factory! We brought our Birthday Girl that turned 11!!! & She was in Sugar Heaven!! The food was very Tasty from my Asian chicken salad, Rainbow sliders were super yummy and the Carnitas Quesadilla were deliciosas!! Gen, our server was so awesome!!!! From the moment she introduced herself- she was all smiles and gave the best customer service, she kept checking on us, making sure we were happy the entire time!!! Thanks Gen for making our visit Exceptional!!!!!!

This place is a vibe! It's decorated super cute and the experience is FUN! Dry ice and alcohol? I'm in! Make reservations ahead of time! Our waitress was super fun and we were celebrating my birthday. We got the peoples watermelon margarita $46, a chocolate blackout Sunday $20, and hot wings. (We already had brunch and this was a stop in between). The drink was sweet, but you can taste the alcohol. The Sunday was SO good! Wings were okay. If you want to celebrate an occasion and feel like a kid again as an adult? This place is for you!

The manager Brandon was very warm and welcoming-accommodating a last minute reservation for mine and my husband's 10th year anniversary! We got to sit right by the window on the 3rd floor! The bartender Vanessa was amazing and very patient with our many questions regarding different alcohol beverages! When she brought our drinks out to us it made our night! I will be recommending this place to everyone I know! I would also like to add the waitress Donna was amazing as well! You cannot go wrong coming here the customer service is amazing!

We went up stair with my niece and daughter thinking we could order their sugar drinks. Some adult and children drinks. Nope! Sorry this place is adults only. Not kid friendly upstairs. Oops!

The hamburger was so salty , they put too much salt inside. I told the waitress that the hamburger was too salty , not able to finish my food and she took it away. She said she was gonna ask the chef. And they fully charged for the food. If i knew they were gonna charge for the food,i should have finished my fries at least.

Jasmine and Beth, at the bar, made our first experience amazing. Recommended the best drinks and food, and gave the best service! We had the buffalo loaded fries and the people's watermelon cadillac margarita. I loved everything about the experience. recommend highly!

Place was dirty, understaffed, and uncomfortably hot with barely warm food that had no flavor. The pasta was like rubber...it took over an hour to get drinks and even put our order in by the way. We were celebrating a birthday and they couldnt even bring over a scoop of ice cream after us having a $400 bill. I see why the others shut down. This one needs to too.

The staff here was so very kind to help with my birthday experience by ensuring that our table for seven was ready on time. They bring sparklers to your table with dessert for an extra ten dollars. They embarrass you and sing happy birthday to you too. Before the sweet let's tackle some drink. Everyone who is anyone loves these huge big oversized sugar concoctions that come with dry ice and some science while one waits. If you have never ever had them, go ahead. The martinis are just as delicious and don't include all that sugar while enjoying your alcohol. Alchemy is truly incredible, but for 45 for this dry ice concoction have two martinis instead. If your into shots, don't be surprised how much they are. Seventeen dollars a shot. The apple Sour Martini is delicious. They make a mean Chocolate Martini that has the perfect balance making it excellent. It tastes a little bitter, not too sweet. Discover what your happiness tastes like. Onto the food portion of the menu. It's not a birthday without the ones that you love the most. The twins sit here waiting for the food patiently. To start let's add some buffalo spice with their house chicken wings. Make sure and order extra buffalo sauce, one can use the sauce with the rest of your meal. The wings are not frozen, but are better than the average pizza delivery. The chicken wings are good but we're overcooked. Everyone love SpongeBob, so that episode with "Pretty Patties," is a must. These are sliders that come in five different colors with all beef patties, cheese, pickle, and onion sprouts. The burgers are great for those hard eaters on the menu. If you have teenagers, the twins give them two snaps with three thumbs up. Personally, I'm not fond of the pretty patties, but the concept is fantastic. As we move on to the adults food here we go. It's that special day and my chocolate martini sits half gone and my brain screams comfort. If I have to be dining out for my birthday, and not at home; bring the comfort. Comfort comes with carbs. I'm going all the way. Who does not love creamy Mac and cheese? And on your burger? Perhaps. The Mac n Cheese burger comes with all the fixings plus cheddar; then Mac and Cheese too. This burger together heaven. The mac n cheese is not a power mix from a box. It's better than a shells n cheese mix. The taste with the burger together stimulate some many senses. The flavors and juices mix so well that vodka or gin drinks are nice pairs. While this is a highly recommended restaurant to visit if you are a visitor. The whole "Sugar, is an experience that you should enjoy with the family. Especially for special occasions; such as birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, or whatever you need to celebrate. Many times I'm done the birthday and other milestones with the twins and friends. The new updated post COVID Sugar leaves the staff at only twenty five percent. After the reopening in the post COVID world make sure and wear the mask. The tables are constantly cleaned and maintained by such dedicated staff. The bar is open so for those that celebrate with "adult libations." This is the place to sample of of the best touristy drinks on the strip. You will pay tourist prices too. For extra savings check Groupon so special savings. Now let's meet at the bar! Around 8 pm. Surround yourself with love and happiness, the blessings and joy will forever fulfill your life. Celebrate the special moments that are dear to your heart. Fill your soul with joy and the salut to a great drink. Raise up and have fun with color and hugs. Then we will get our dessert on here starting with Cookie Mobsters shake and cupcake combo.

Gorgeous fun place with delicious food and impressive desserts! Our group of 8 (kids-srs) all enjoyed the atmosphere and food!

Food was good! David was amazing, very attentive and quick. Food and drinks came out quickly. there was a birthday and David was super fun in leading the charge And announcing it. Loved it would go again!! The bathrooms were clean and private and the restaurant was really fun overall.

recently stopped by the Sugar factory in Vegas and had an amazing time with the satisfying atmosphere of the restaurant. Cant leave out the amazing vibe we were lucky enough to experience from our waitress. Unfortunately I forgot to get her #.

This place is super overpriced but the ambience, decoration, service, and colorful food/drinks make up for it. Definitely not a place I'd go to for casual dinner or drinks but a great place to celebrate something special like a birthday. Very kid & family friendly. The music was a little loud though. Overall it was a fun dessert experience.

The atmosphere was the best part of the dinner. It was fun, bright, and creative. It was also extremely loud. I couldn't even hear my kids or husband talking to me. It's very expensive for Applebees quality food. My daughter had a blast though. Service was okay. There were a lot of servers that were also confused as to what tables they were helping which left us without drinks at times.

I would love to give this restaurant five stars, but the host just started the experience off really bad. We made a reservation for our anniversary & wrote in the notes to have a nicer few. Basically just a nice table. We get there and we got an attitude with the host for no reason, then they sit us right next to the food running hall. So we can't even hear each other talk... we just hear "corner" yelling. "Food out" yelling. So then I went back to the host stand and asked to be moved to a better table where the two of us could hear each other..we got an attitude yet again from the host complaining that the seating is already set up.. Mind you.. the restaurant is maybe maybe maybe half full. Finally we sit and order.. The drinks were great The food was good. This restaurant would be perfect if the service was friendlier and better.. if we are spending almost 200$ for two..we want good service.

We came here the other night, it was extremely crowded with a wait, we grabbed an open seat at the bar, and were greeted right away. The bar staff is amazing, they took great care of us. Drinks are a must, you have to get the goblets, well worth the $$$. Food didn't take long to arrive and we were extremely satisfied. This place is great for celebration, date night, or just want a great burger, pasta, or tacos... 10/10

From the other Yelp reviews I had very low expectations and they were met. Location is trash. Only reason I even dined here was because my friends young daughter wanted to celebrate her 10th bday here. Before eating I always wash my hands and normally I wouldn't post pictures of the restrooms but it seems like they never restock or clean theirs sooooo I'll add pics. No toilet covers on any of the stalls and all stalls had no toilet paper..... Ordered the artichoke dip as an appetizer and hands down was the nastiest tasting dip I've ever had. Not exaggerating it was really that bad. Ordered the hot Cheetos burger, which was not as bad as the rest of everything in this place. Really it's just a regular burger that 2 people can share because it's really huge! Also had a cosmo cocktail and it was waaaay too sweet but that's not something I should complain too much about since it is SUGAR factory. Server was ok, never refilled my water. Overall, would never make the trip again. Food is definitely NOT worth the trip alone, prices are Vegas prices nothing crazy.

Restaurant was alright, everything is very overpriced but it's Vegas so it's not surprising. The shakes were fire but I was hoping for a higher quantity than $10-19. Unfortunately we had to sit where the loud speakers were so I couldn't hear any of my buds talking. However, our server Dallas, was awesome. He made sure we're doing well and treated properly even though we never really fit in. That guy is a homie.

I'm a big fan of the sit-down Sugar Factory location in downtown Chicago, so I was pleased to run across this stand-alone candy only location in the Vegas airport a few weeks ago when I was traveling for work. I came back here again today to get some gummies for the plane. They do have some individually packaged candies but they also have a lot of candies by weight, which is what I've done both times now. I'm usually pretty careful about how many gummies I put in the bag, and a small bag will run you about $5. Some of the sour gummies were among the favorites that I got today, and they also have chocolate-covered gummy bears, which were very good. Staff is friendly as well, I had a conversation with one of them today about the Chicago Sugar Factory location.

Mona was very wonderful in the Las Vegas sugar factory very helpful at her job I will always come here an ask for her because costumer service is very well so please come in an ask for Mona at the top bar she the one

We came during Happy Hour and had a great time! The service was amazing! The Mac n cheese bites were so good and the drinks were amazing! Will definitely come back next time visiting Vegas.

I came in from out of town and went in for a few drinks, I had a great time! Cecilia was my bartender she was great ! she is immaculate and precise in every single step of the customer service experience. The happiness and joy she spread with her smile alone is immeasurable. 5 Stars can't wait until my next visit.

Food was delicious, I especially loved the rainbow sliders. The brioche buns made them so tasty. Everything was made fresh. The drinks were delicious and if you love sweets, you'll love this place. Our server was friendly & attentive. We will be back.

This was my first time at the Sugar Factory and I must say I enjoyed myself. The vibe was great and the staff was super friendl, our waitress was Precious she offered great suggestions and just was an overall pleasure.

Always a great experience here at this place. Came here for my daughters 21st birthday! Waitress was great and made her feel special. Food was amazing. We tried the rainbow sliders, chicken and waffles, and the Asian ginger salad. Drinks are awesome, fish bowl drinks with special presentation.

Day two a Thursday in Vegas and we had such a great experience here. The rainbow mini burgers reminded me of pretty patties . They come medium well with cheddar cheese and thousand "secret sauce" and pickles. They came out delish . The fries have a great flavor . Slightly dry but good. The duck is a 32 oz daiquiri drink of your choice. The Pina colada we got was so yummy. Not very much alcohol but very good. The service was friendly and very pleasant. Fast, welcoming, answered questions and gave recommendations. I will be back

Everyone loves sugar riiight. Right. Well. In my particular visit sweets weren't the target. This visit was about the Brunch. We were amongst the first group to arrive for Sunday Brunch. We were seated pretty promptly which was a plus. Music playing pretty good ambiance and all. We received our bottomless mimosas WARM!!! who in their right mind drinks a mimosa warm at room temperature?!?! That's beyond me there. We immediately respectfully requested a couple glasses of ice to accompany the mimosa pitcher. The waitress was was super nice and polite. They just took forever to service us. Yes it gets pretty busy there but waiting over 30mins true story just to pay the bill. Which was much at all by the way. Good price point. We also ordered some goodness. Don't think I forgot to give y'all the deets. I ordered the sampler first yo holds us over. That came with Fried Macaroni Pop Balls, Buffalo wings, Chicken Strips, Onion Rings. No lie HELLA good. All of it. Literally no gripes or complaints about it. It was a very tasty sampler. My main course meal was the Waffle Breakfast Burger pretty awesome sounding riiight lol. Well it tasted just as good as it sounded. Two waffles with a medium well beef patty, Fried egg, American Cheese, White Country Gravy, Topped with a beautiful golden Maple syrup drooling yet?!?! **Gotta warn you ya. It's as messy as it looks and seems** Wifey ordered the Steak Sandwich... ‍‍ Taste was on point but portion was sooo upsetting. It really looked like something we'd serve the kids from a jimmy dean preheated snack the size of two hot pockets. Was pretty about that honestly. Other than that. He experience and food was great just a few irritable things that run us wrong is all which is why the 3 's. Hopefully our next visit. Things will improve and I can update my review.

Not a fan everything made very cheap plastic cups Bert tight spacing I'm guessing it use to be a rock climbing place because the walls are still up some missing with thick dirty glue on the wall next to you as you try to eat it's just not what you expect you can tell it's just a cheap owner cutting every corner he can
