"Sugar Factory pays tribute to its sweet offerings with a special caffeine-filled libation, the Caramel Macchiato martini. The cocktail blends the flavor of coffee with silky accents of caramel and rich chocolate. Served daily, the drink costs $17." - Juliana Accioly

The sugar factory is a place that's on South Beach main strip which is very different from the other other dining Businesses. It's beautifully decored bright delicious candy lively pictures of all the famous people who've been there to eat. World famous homemade Specialized drinks with and without alcohol. Plenty of different things to choose from to satisfy your taste. The price was amazingly reasonable for such a lovely little spot that a lot of famous people visit. The food was fresh the drinks were delicious the price was on point the manager was amazing. Despite the drinks are a little pricey because they're kind of fancy and throw smoke out and are over the top. Still was an awesome place to visit. We did get a free drink on the house from the manager. Which was really nice he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable on 1st visit for my daughter's birthday. Highly recommend you won't be disappointed

The best service since I’ve been in Miami. Cristian was attentive to all his tables and had a familiar face with regulars. Such a great guy! Thank you! Beautiful evening for dinner outside. The music next to the restaurant was a tad bit loud but that’s just me being drained from day drinking (hungover) and laying out on the beach. I enjoyed my five mini colored cheeseburger… damn they were good. After dinner, I explored inside. Photos and description from my experience will never express how beautiful place the decor Is. So you’ll have to go and check it out!

Had a wonderful time at Sugar Factory today. The food was good, & the drinks were fun & tasty. What really made the visit was the service from our waiter, Charles. He provided A1 service & was very attentive. After having a horrible experience last night at an upscale steak restaurant, it was refreshing to have someone to take a correct order, provide explanations where needed, and split the checks. Charles even took time to take our group picture. I'll be sure to ask for Charles when I'm back in Miami.

This place was pretty cool. I was impressed with the decor as well as my meal. My burger and milkshake were both great! I got a chocolate shake and hubby got some interesting concoction of cotton candy and M&Ms but he liked it! It is a bit pricey here due to location and notoriety. However I like this place and I’ll be back!

I loved this place. You are paying for the experience and service (which was stellar for my group). Very beautiful ambiance and decor. It’s hard to decide on a drink because they have so many to pick from. The drinks were very good and realistically it’s actually not as much as it seems like it would be. It’s mainly because of the big chunk of ice in the glass that makes it seem like the drink is bigger than it actually is. So you would actually be able to drink the entire thing and maybe eat the candy that is attached with it. I see a lot of reviews were people say the food is OK or it’s not that great. We personally enjoyed the food. The shrimp Caesar salad was really good, although I personally think they should add cracked black pepper to it to spruce up the taste. My friend ordered the salad with salmon and said it was seasoned very well. My other friend ordered a sampler and she said the food was good. The mac & cheese lollipops mirror the fried mac & cheese at Cheesecake Factory. The menu selection is small to medium sized, which I think is very good because this prevents you from being indecisive about what you would like to eat or go back-and-forth reviewing multiple items. As others have mentioned, it is pricey but you pay for the experience and it’s not an every day type of thing. So it is worth giving it a shot. Also, the bowl drinks can be ordered without liquor and they are $36. With liquor it’s about $43. If you do use a straw just make sure that you do not leave it in the drink while you are eating or doing anything else. I did this and my straw was kind of stuck to the ice and when I was able to detach it, some of the drink froze at the bottom of the straw LOL Will definitely return and possibly try the other locations.

Ana Banana was friendly and attentive, thank you so much for great customer service Miami did not have a sense of urgency I attribute this to the 18% service fees that are automatically added to your bill. Food: A LOT OF FOOD. you can actually share the dishes, flavorful, presentation is like the photos. Service: over you put your order in it takes a few minutes but grab one of those expensive $43 first bowl drinks and enjoy the breeze and views of Ocean Dr. Price: adorable yet don't might say it's pricey... Depends on your budget.

I'm a little confused on whether this place is suppose to be geared towards adults or children or both, I couldn't figure it out. On the inside there's a small candy store, ice cream options and also a bar.... Plenty of seating both inside and on the patio. The food was good and came out pretty quick but definitely over priced and the service was super slow. Since there was no kids menu, I had to buy my 10 year old a $25 plate of spaghetti which was delicious but still not worth the cost. The princess milkshake we got was amazing though! And their variety of huge, imaginative desserts and drinks is incredible and that's really what makes this place special. I'd definitely go back but just for the desserts and not waste my money on the dinner menu

First time ever to an establishment like this one and have to admit enjoyed every bit of it!!! Will definitely be visiting their many more locations in TX as I was pleased. I had the meatballs, wife had the Philly steak sandwich and a tropical fruit drink. Everything was amazing!!! Highly recommend this place for their drinks! Family of 7 approve!!!!
