Sugar Land Art Center & Gallery

This gallery has been part of the Sugar Land landscape yet I sure many have yet to cross through its doors. I would encourage you to take at least 30 minutes to an hour lunch break or after work and visist its halls and possibly talk with artist that creating work. This is a great place to diversify and broaden your mind.

We did our 10 and 11 year olds birthday partys together! And Jamie was very accomdating. She incorporated both of their themes in the party. The girls had an absolute blast and they didn’t want to leave! Booking was also fast and easy and Jamie was very fast at responding! Would def recommend her!!

Great place for summer camps for kids as well as a place to appreciate good art. This is an often underappreciated avenue where locals artists are not given an avenue to showcase their work in addition to helping other kids finds their passion in art. My kids love going here whenever they have a summer camp and also come home very happy. The owners are very friendly and approachable. Thanks for all you guys do

My children always have a good time at their art camp! Their spring break camp just concluded and they came home with many precious art works, besides many fun memories with their art teacher and new friends. We Love you, miss Germany!! I booked a holiday camp for my daughter at this center this winter break, and had a great experience with their director Bobbi and their teachers. My daughter actually could not attend part of the camp due to not feeling well. They were very understanding and Mr. Bobbi also sent a partial refund to us. I am very thankful for their kindness. Update: My daughter attended summer camp again at this location this summer and we met the new director and she had a new teacher. They are both wonderful again and my daughter had a very positive experience and brought back paintings with quality. I really appreciate the camp offering at this place, which is peaceful, educational, and with a very reasonable price. Thank you very much!

Always have a great time painting with Jaime's Palette at the SL At center. Planed my kid's birthday party last year, but most recently, I had the best time at Ladies Night Out with a few girlfriends. Thanks to Jaime.

My 5 year old participated in the Art Camp this summer. She LOVED the classes so much, she wants to sign up for a few more before the summer is over. The class was very hands on and the staff makes the kids feel very at home! I couldn't believe how nice her paintings came out. It was amazing that a child that young could paint something so fantastic. It defiantly helped with my daughters confidence!

My daughter LOVED attending "Paint the World" art camp at Sugar Land Art Center & Gallery. Her confidence has been elevated and she is eager to try new things using her artistic abilities. She loved the camp staff and made friends easily. I felt very confident leaving my child, and I will definitely be sending her again in the future.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon for a friend's daughter's birthday. Plenty of parking outside. They placed a sign up on the correct door to enter for the birthday party. Place was very clean and organized. Mrs Taylor guided the painting party at a good pace, she was very patient and helpful with the kids. The space is great for maybe 10-15 kids. After painting the space became the party room where we ate chips and pizza. They have spring and summer break camps as well as music lessons such as the violin. Would definitely recommend this place for a fun painting party!

My six year old son completed their summer art camp, and I was so impressed! His instructor was very warm and good with the kids. Everything was well organized. He came home on the last day with four really cool pieces of art that he made. This camp was an excellent value for the money. We are doing their Lego camp later this summer too! Can't wait.

This is a great placed for kids of all ages to come and learn about the arts. There are violin and piano lessons, college test prep and tutoring as well as art teachers. I believe putting kids in these classes are very important to help build the future engineers of tomorrow. It teaches them depth, perception, and structure. I have been coming hear continuously for several months and highly recommend Ms. Sulin Huang. She is old school in her methods which I believe is very important. My kids have learned so much and really love coming here on a weekly basis. It helps really get them away from video games and screen time to being in front of a plethora of creativity and imagination, something this new generation has been lacking. Some other things they have is art camps and lots of other classes for adults. The gallery has paintings along the wall that are done by local artists and for sale. For parents who want to come and sit and read there are books and a sitting area in the back with vending machines. Bring your kids here and unlock their creativity and imagination and watch them grow and learn. You will be amazed by the results and their capabilities with the right guidance.
