Nice shop tucked away in a larger shopping center. Friendly service, clean and surprisingly large enough to accommodate customers looking to try delicious looking desserts 🍨 or enjoy some of the Blue Bell Ice cream choices. Will try baked goods next time!

I got the Wedding cake cupcake. It 8s my favorite go-to cupcake. Hubby got lemon blueberry. The wedding cake one's icing was so sugary sweet and wayyyy too much almond. The cupcake was so stale and dry. Hubby's cupcake crumbly and dry. No lemon flavor anywhere. The saving grace he said was the blueberry filling and topping was not sickening sweet and good flavor. Neither of us are super picky but these were hands down some of the worst stuff ever. Had my hubby told me the dates he saw on the parfait I would have RAN out of this bakery. Dated 8/22 & 8/23 today is 8/29. I didn't see the date myself but they were not packaged in appealing manner. If you're ordering cupcakes from there taste one randomly before you leave and put it in your contract that they need to be fresh. Wanting something sweet after brunch at a local restaurant we decided to check this place out. Staff was super sweet and super friendly. The cupcakes were absolutely gorgeous and the flavor combos had me drooling. Sadly that's pretty much where it ended. We ordered a lemon blueberry cupcake, caramel and chocolate one, and a banana pudding one. Sis and I were both so disappointed when we went in for our first bite of each of ours and were so underwhelmed. The cupcakes were just so meh and did not deliver on flavor. Neither of us went past the first bite and decided to save them for the kids who don't care as long as it's sugar. The cupcakes were rather pricey which is never an issue as long as the flavor I'd their to match and this time it wasn't.

AMAZING DESIGNS AND DELICIOUS! We have had 2 custom birthday cakes and a retirement cake. All delicious and marvelously made! The customer service is impeccable! Kids love the cake pops and the cupcakes come in a variety pack of amazing flavors.

The ladies here came in clutch when I needed the most, and saved me from being an awful family member after nearly forgetting a birthday. The cupcakes were divine and they worked with me on a personal level to make sure I delivered on a special day. Can’t recommend them enough.

My eyes were so big walking in. My friend said the pineapple upside cake was good (it was all gone before I could take a picture) the service was friendly. The cupcakes were good. The icing melted a little in the car because it was hot but they doesn't take away from the taste. 10/10 Black owned.

TLDR; this place is the best you MUST try it. Cute, tasty, cupcakes are truly hard to come by and Sugar Mama’s Bakeshop is the place to go if that’s what you’re looking for! The icing is so light and delicious, it’s not the thick heavy super sweet variety you’d find at chain style bakeries. I ordered 6 for my sisters birthday, In a variety of flavors and they were a HUGE hit. The customer service was exceptional, she was very helpful and patient while I (slowly) decided which 6 flavors I thought my sister would like. And I cannot forget to mention the packaging, the box they came in kept them safe for our 45 minute drive home in traffic. Can’t say enough good things about this bakery, I wish I still lived in the area so I could eat here all the time!
