Stopped in for the first time ever for a late-night treat and was blown away by the desserts and flavors. It was great to meet Shane himself and hear more about how they got started. Despite being late, they gave awesome recommendations and the cookies were fresh and tasty. You can tell Shane and his team put their heart into what they do and it definitely comes through in their desserts. An incredible small business that I’d recommend to everyone! Y’all have a new fan!

Second visit to Sugar Shane’s Cookies and they are absolutely amazing. The Oatmeal Cream Pie cookie is out of this world. Shout out to Saeed, who is always super nice whenever I come in. This place is definitely a cookie staple for me. I’ll gladly drive from Sandy Springs to Dunwoody just to grab one of their cookies. They’re that good. Honestly, they make Crumbl Cookies taste like a cardboard box.

Big Dipper was super good but I'm really writing to give kudos to Erika. She was welcoming, patient, helpful & kind. In real life she's probably the most friendly person. Perfect personality for customer service.

Love Love Love..!! absolutely love the desserts here. recommend trying out the virgin bar, smores pie and dubai pie. Virgin bar is the best 😘 it is so moist and has perfect amount of sweetness in it. Heat it up 15 seconds and eat it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.. 🤤 yummmm!!

Idk what to write. All their desserts are amazing. Sometimes I think of eating it during the days I don’t have them. They are dangerously good!

5/5 for this Sugar Shane’s location in Sandy Springs north of Atlanta—we were looking for something to satisfy our sweet tooth after a busy day of touristing in Atlanta and Sugar Shane came to the rescue. We got the s’more and the pistachio cookie, and both tasted divine. The milk chocolate in s’more really hit the spot. The server also gave us a complimentary chocolate chip cookie, which was a wonderful gesture. She was kind and polite and answered all our questions. They also have ice cream made from their cookie flavours. They specialize in cookies but have other delectable items too. It’s a 15 minute walk from the Dunwoody Marta station, and it wasn’t busy on the Saturday afternoon that we visited. They offer discounts if you purchase half dozen or dozen items. Overall, it’s a great place to satisfy your sweet tooth craving.

I’ve been eating cookies from Sugar Shane’s for years. Lately the s’mores have been my favorite. When I heard that they were now serving cinnamon rolls with a cream cheese icing I was so excited to indulge. Their instagram page advertised them to be available at 11am when they first open. As any bakery, I’m expecting to be able to purchase fresh pastries once they open. To my surprise upon arrival at 11:05am, the vanilla cinnamon roll was not available and would not be available until an hour later. Highly disappointed!! It’s a day later and I’m still messed up about it. The biscoff was available so I purchased two of those since I had planned a coffee and cinnamon roll date with my bestie and couldn’t meet her empty handed. After our first bite we could immediately tell that they had been sitting out for a long time and were not fluffy and soft as we expected. I hate to say this but it tasted stale.

Hailey at Sugar Shane (1110 Hammond Dr, Unit 30, Atlanta, GA 30328) absolutely deserves a shoutout. I walked in and she was literally on her knees cleaning—top notch. When I say I ain’t never wanted to eat off the floor so bad in my life… that’s how spotless she had it. And on top of that, her customer service was out of this world. Even though I was only there picking up a DoorDash order, she still treated me with respect, moved with urgency, and had such a positive attitude that it stood out immediately. Sugar Shane needs to give Hailey a raise and do what they have to do to keep her, because she’s a real asset to the company—and the company is lucky to have her.

The best damned cookies you can have delivered. Insomnia cookies are OKAY. Crumbl cookies are GARBAGE. Sugar Shane's are FABULOUS! I had the Virgo bar, biscoff blondie, and the boneless chip cookie... can't wait to treat myself every month!

Oh the smell when you walk in this shop is amazing. A little disappointing that they only had a few cookies left and it was two hours before closing BUT, the cookies were so yummy. The young man at the register was polite and attentive. They were baking more cookies and as I was leaving they had a small line.

I've been hearing a lot of about Sugar Shane's all summer. I finally had a chance to check them out. There were so many options to choose from. The employee was very patient and helpful. I loved that she did not rush me in making a decision. I ordered Carolina Pecan, Yellow Jacket, Between The Hedges, and the Pistachio Brownie. All were tasty but my favorite was Carolina Pecan. I plan to visit again to try smother flavors. The store was clean and had a nice vibe.

This business has amazing desserts, with high quality ingredients. Prices are high, but are reflected in portion size, quality, presentation and packaging. My only complaint is that menu selection is inconsistent. That brown butter frosted brownie you loved last week, may never be seen again. If you favor only an item or two, you may find yourself not ordering.

Stopped in to try a sweet treat, I was actually looking for the very popular viral Dubai Candy Bar. I was told they don't make them anymore, it was a special promotion. I tried one a couple of months ago at another Sugar Shane's location and wanted it again. Instead I ordered the Dubai brownie. I also ordered a Lemon Breeze, and it was to die for. I had to make a second trip to buy another Lemon Breeze for my daughter and myself. This will be my new favorite spot for my sweet treats. I just shouldn't make twice in one day a habit : ) I was excited to see that there was easy parking outside.

This spot is very similar to some other cookie spots, but they have some specialty cookies that are filled with things like oreo cheesecake, peanut butter, etc. Service was fast, and you just grab and go as there is nowhere to sit inside. We got a half dozen to share between 4 people and we were all very impressed. The red velvet and double shot (espresso) were so delicious and I highly recommend those. The only downside to me was $34 for a half dozen is very steep price wise, but for a special gift this makes a great spot.

Sugar Shane's is located on the lower level of the Arabelle Perimeter Apartments at the corner of Hammond Drive and Peachtree Dunwoody Road. The eatery is MARTA accessible via the 5 bus or a half-mile walk from the Dunwoody Station.There are other bakery locations in Ponce City Market, Midtown, and Kennesaw. I was starving one Saturday and was looking for somewhere to eat in the Perimeter area that wasn't within the Permeter Mall area. I enjoyed a meal at Local Expedition and was walking to my car when I noticed this bakery (and I am so glad I walked in). The bakery is small and narrow; however, you are transported to an eclectic, vibrant world with graffiti murals and abstract art. The staff is equally as friendly and knowledgeable about the different offerings. Sugar Shane's features signature and rotating flavors of cookies such as crumb cake, banana bread, and the Betty White (chunks of Golden Oreos, creamy cookies 'n cream bars, and smooth white chocolate chips). They also have a selection of brownies, cakes, and Rice Krispy treats. Sugar Shane's offers a "sweet tooth" special on Wednesday--four cookies for $20. We experienced the: Chocolate Chip (chopped dark chocolate, dark chocolate disks, semi-sweet chips, topped with sea salt) Cookies & Cream (vanilla base and stuffed with white chocolate chips, oreos, and cookies & cream bar pieces) Spooky S'mores (graham cracker base, milk chocolate chips, marshmallow) Morning After (Brown Sugar Cookie Base Rolled in Cinnamon Crumble Topping) I fell in love with the first bite of Cookies & Cream, and the love affair continued as I sampled each of the cookies. When I got home, my husband popped the cookies in the microwave, placed them back in the box, and disappeared (I never saw the cookies again). Even the humble chocolate chip cookie was elevated with the touches of sea salt. The cookies are not cheap, but the price is well worth the gooeyness, richness, and buttery flavors. I have plans to try the Dubai Bar, which is a dark chocolate bar with kanafi dough and creamy pistachio filling, finished with white chocolate drizzles and pistachio garnish (anything with pistachio is a must try for me).

I love Sugar Shane's and recently visited their Sandy Springs location for a Yelp event. This spot used to be a regular for me when I lived in the area. The location itself is small, but decorated well. Upon arrival, I was greeted and enjoyed a chocolate chip cookie and a piece of cake. I also ordered a serving of vanilla ice cream, which, while delicious, felt a bit overpriced at around six dollars for small scoops. The highlight was definitely the chocolate chip cookie--it was perfectly gooey in the middle and crisp on the edges. I savored the cake the next day, and it was wonderfully soft and tasty. Overall, Sugar Shane's remains a favorite, and I'm sure I'll be back for more of their delightful treats.

Cool shop located in a prime spot in Sandy Springs. The employee greeted me with a smiling face and patiently waited for me to pick my pastry. I went with the banana bread and chocolate chip cookie. Banana bread was a huge slice (Good for 2 people) filled with yummy chocolate chips and drizzled with chocolate sauce. And the chocolate chip cookie melted in my mouth. Only reason for 4 stars is the lack of convenient parking spots. All I could see was a private parking lot with warning signs saying towing or impounding everywhere, so the whole experience of parking for even 10-15 minutes was extremely scary. I hope the store takes this feedback and provides clear instructions for parking near the storefront.

A Must-Try Sweet Spot in Sandy Springs! My wife and I were craving something sweet, so we decided to check out Sugar Shane's in Sandy Springs. We chose this spot because of the amazing reviews from real people--4.8 stars from 800+ reviews! INSANE, right? I KNOW!!! Let me just say, this is by far one of the best bakeries we've ever been to! They offer a variety of cookies and gourmet treats like s'mores, banana pudding, and so much more. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by an irresistible sugary aroma that immediately lures you in. With so many tempting options, I had a hard time deciding--but Sayyed (aka Say) came to the rescue! He broke it down for me, pointing out the top contenders: S'mores, Betty White, Cookies n Cream, and Chocolate Chip. Oh, and he made sure to highlight the cheesecake brownie! After much debate, my wife and I went with the Betty White cookie and the cheesecake brownie. Let me tell you--we got our sugar fix! Personally, I think this place is better than Crumbl. As for the price? I'll let you be the judge, but with treats this good, it's worth it! Just maybe don't eat here seven days a week--unless you want an express trip to the dentist! LOLOL Highly recommend Sugar Shane's for all dessert lovers!

Look no further for the perfect chocolate chip cookie! The sea salt on the top is perfection and the last ones I got were still warm from the oven! YUM!

We went late so their wasn't a huge selection but we got the Biscoff cookie! They are huge and took several days to finish but were delicious.

Without heating up these were absolute fire. Dude Shane knows how to bake some goodies. They are expensive so bring a 20 if you wanna eat good. Staff was so nice it was crazy. If I lived here I'd be back. I need y'all to ship nationally!

The chocolate chip was one of the best cookies I had in a while... apart from my mom's homemade chocolate chip cookies. The bit of salt flakes at the top and the rich chocolate chips made this a really yummy cookie! It was definitely worth it. I would go back for the chocolate chip cookie. I also had the red velvet one but would prefer the classic chocolate chip. My mouth is watering looking at the chocolate chip cookie. Hehe

Don't bother ordering online in the morning to "reserve" anything. I ordered items at 11:30 AM so that certain items didn't sell out before we got there. Set pickup time for 2 PM. Got there at 3 only to discover that they hadn't set aside anything. They started filling the box when we got there. One of the items we wanted two of (Dubai chocolate cookies) only had one remaining and had to be replaced with something else. I ordered the items at 11:30 so that the box would be set aside. And we drove the 35 miles specifically for the Dubai chocolate cookies and brownie they had this week. Extremely disappointing and a waste of time. The worst part was that the employees behind the counter could care less when I asked if there was more than one left when I placed the order at 11:30. Pretty sure I won't be making the drive down there again if they're just going to waste my time.

These were my exact thoughts as I took the first bite of this Sugar Shane's chocolate chip cookie. My whole life's existence started to play out right before my eyes as to why I hadn't tried Sugar Shane's before now. These cookies were soooooo good, but at $4-$6 a cookie..come on now. Highway robbery, but how can you say no to your greedy gremlin?!!? I had to bite the bullet on this one. It's so much better than insomnia or Crumbl cookies, in my opinion. The ladies at the counter were so welcoming and pleasant. Even the customers that made a purchase before me were raving that Sugar Shane's were the truth. I'm definitely returning to try more cookies in their display.

I had heard of Sugar Shane's and tried them once when a friend had brought them, but had never actually visited a location! I came here to take advantage of Yelp's July 2023 deal for 2 chocolate chip cookies for $4.04. Parking is super easy with a deck next door and it's just a pickup location. When we entered on Sunday, the employee at the counter did a great job telling us about each of the flavors! We didn't try any others but the classic chocolate chip cookies, but all the stuffed cookies looked SO delicious and I want to go back to try!! The chocolate chip cookies we ordered were generously sized and incredibly rich. They were the right amount of sweet and even had salt flakes on top which I loved! I can't wait to check out other locations and their other flavors.

I actually cannot believe I had never heard of this place or been here before. First of all, we came on a Sunday an hour or 2 before close and they still had tons of options! The employee also did the most fantastic job of explaining all the flavors and giving us a welcome introduction. I ended up going with the 2 classic chocolate chip cookies. And let me tell you... this changed my perspective on cookies. They were so GOOEY AND SOFT!!! These were some of the best cookies I have ever had. Not to mention they are massive and rich. For me they are giving insomnia a run for their money. Don't sleep on this place! I can't wait to try more of their locations and more of their flavors. Their slutty brownie also looked phenomenal. Really can't believe I went so long without this

So if you like cookies, this is the way. They got all types of gourmet cookies and cakes and stuff like that if you're into all of the dessert things. I suggest that you order online, just to make sure that it'll be there at the appropriate time. I'm sure you could just walk in but they suggest you order online so do so. No I will say about the ordering, it was very great customer service and very personable because they even wrote my name on a box and a thank you when I pick my order up! Doing that every time, that means you're really care I assume! I can appreciate that. It's preferable to park on the inside so basically you have to go around the building on the other side as a parking structure for you. It's labeled so you don't have to worry about missing it. You just walk through the hallway to whatever store you want, which is going to be the cookie spot! If you keep walking it's going to take you all the way around to your facing me Einstein Brothers bagels and then you just basically hang a right! Or you can walk outside, that's also an option. But if it's raining or something along those lines, you want to stay inside as long as possible. The chocolate chip - this was really good, sweet salty and very chocolatey and when you put it in the microwave it went off! The cookies and cream - this one was okay. I wasn't really sure about the cream part but the cookies was really good. Would I get it again, I might not, but regardless of that, it still had a really good and savory and chewy taste to it. Again, and the microwave it's amazing! The m&m cookie - this one was the winner. It looks a little different as a big ball of dough, but one side is cookie and one side is chocolate cookie and it has m&Ms up and throughout it. It was a hit to me. Yet again, put it in the microwave it's amazing!

Pricey but sooooo worth it! I'm ashamed to admit how often I order from them and the customer service is always a 10/10

My first time at Sugar Shane was a great experience! I am a cookie lover but never seen a cookie like this. I purchased smores (not pictured) and Bulldog (pictured). I bought a betty white (not pictured) for my friend and the worker gave her a free cookie for her birthday. That was so nice of them. From the packaging to the taste im in love. I love to heat these in the airfryer because it gives it a hard but soft satisfying taste and the shape doesnt even change. They definitely put instructions on how to heat and reheat if need too but definitely not recommended. I will be back very soon cause i found a new love

If you are looking for a mega sized cookie, that is delicious and almost as big as a slice of cake, this is a place. Sugar Shane's has some of the best cookies I've ever had. The cookies are so large that the center of each cookie can remain a little on the underdone side and super gooey. My personal favorite is their cookies and cream cookie, closely followed by the s'mores cookie. Even though the franchise favorite is the chocolate chip cookies with walnuts, I personally think these other two cookies that I recommended are leagues above this.

Came in as they were closing at 3 pm but still most all cookie options to choose. The cookie we got was bulldog and it almost tasted more like cake than cookie. It was baked fresh yesterday and very tasty.

These cookies are absolutely amazing! I definitely understand all of the hype and I am so glad I finally visited. The cookies are huge and they have such a great variety of flavors, they also swap out a few flavors every week so there is something for everyone. It is pricey but I think worth it. The service is also great and they are very helpful in explaining the flavors and answering any questions you may have. I would definitely put it on my must-visit list if you haven't already.

I came to this cookie joint as part of the Yelp "What's the 404?" event. It is a small intimate shop that does not have any indoor seating so is a more grab and go kind of setting. The woman at the front desk was quick and polite to fulfill my order asking if I wanted them to be heated up. Since I had plans to eat lunch, I was able to easily follow their microwave directions on the bag later on. The chocolate chip cookies were beautiful with little flakes of sea salt on top and tasted even better. I would love to come here again and try some of their other freshly baked good.

Sometimes, we can have too much of a good thing... Shane's had some of the most overtly sweet concoctions I've ever had. It took me 3 attempts just to finish my Dashing Delta cookie, at which I failed miserably. I definitely didn't care for the Fruity Pebbles - the signature cereal flavor wasn't even discernible because of the high sugar content and vanilla flavor, unfortunately. Note: These are quite dense, so just pop them in the mic for a few seconds to soften. Lastly, I felt a bit of sticker shock, when just 2 of them came to approx $14 - YIKES! While Sugar Shane's isn't for me, should you have sweet tooth... at Sugar Shane's, consider it conquered.

Walked by and stopped in to get some cookies. I got the chocolate chip cookie and the and the cookies and cream cookie. Both were so yummy and tasted great when I warmed them up in the air fryer. Very sweet so definitely can share the cookie. The gentleman who helped me was nice and quick. Prices are a little expensive but flavor is good. Will be back again to try some more flavors!

A quaint cookie shop that packs bold flavor! There were lots of flavors to choose from an the friendly employee took as much time as we needed to explain what each one was. After a thorough explanation, I walked away with 3 different flavors. I know the chocolate chip is their top seller and it's great. But if you're like me and enjoy butterscotch and spice, their cinnamon cookie will certainly hit all the right notes! There are no seats or tables, so plan to take this to go. You can have them warmed up if you'd like to eat one on the go. I'll be back when I'm in the area for sure!

I am about to make a bold, true statement: Sugar Shane's has the best cookies in Atlanta! My boyfriend and I have been enjoying Sugar Shane's for a while. Usually, we either order via UberEats, or we go to the 14th St location closest to my home. Yesterday, we happened to be near this location in Sandy Springs, so we stopped in. The staff was so sweet to us and welcoming, and the shop was clean and quaint. It was a tough choice since everything looked and sounded great, but we finally decided on 3 we hadn't tried before: Late Night Oreo, Carrot Cake, and Chocolate Walnut. They've updated their to-go boxes + bags, which are super cute. We took the cookies home, warmed them in my air fryer per the box instructions, and shared them with my mom. We loved all of the flavors! The cookies are always perfectly crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. Obsessed! Thank you for all that you do!

Service was 10/10 and cookies are good. I got the carrot cake Bundt cake -- 7/10 which was good but dense and could've been more moist. My friend got the following and rated: Nanas pudding-- 8/10, really sweet but love the concept and big cookie pieces Banana Heaven-- 9/10, taste like banana bread in a good way and the icing was good

The vibe on this is weird. It's a really tiny shop and the staff didn't seem too happy to see us in there especially when we had questions because we thought the menu on the front of the store was the menu. It's not... Or it's out of date? One of the employees told us to use the QR menu but most of the pictures didn't look like the cookies on display so that was confusing. Like, a funfetti one in the pic was off white/yellow (like sugar cookie) but the one on display was hot pink so we basically had to ask what each one on display was & we picked the s'mores and banana pudding ones $6/ea We didn't want the cookies right away so they gave us a box with reheating instructions on it to take with us. We had the cookies the next day & they're good! They are sooooo rich though so prepare your water or milk or whatever because you'll need it. At $6, though, I definitely won't be getting them often especially when crumbl is so close by and cheaper and bigger cookies and easier to order but I'm really glad we tried it out! Parking is available in the attached parking deck for free There's no seating at this location though since it is a small takeout spot

All I can say is wow! These cookies are incredible. My girlfriend is a baker and she agreed they are exceptional. We had 3 cookies while we were visiting Atlanta last weekend and we absolutely fell in love. We had s'mores, chocolate chip, and cookies and cream. I really wanted to try the one with caramel, but they were out. The taste, texture, and flavor were outstanding. We will definitely be ordering these in the future.

Was open to the idea of dessert after dinner, and found Sugar Shane's nearby! My partner and I ordered the chocolate chip cookie and s'mores brownie to go - TASTE: 4/5 - the cookie was rich w chocolate, and we were so pleasantly surprised that the s'mores brownie wasn't painfully sweet! Loved the mini marshmallows and marshmallow fluff in it TEXTURE: 4/5 - the cookie was crisp on the outside, but chewy on the inside. The s'mores brownie was indulgently thick and gooey PRICE: 4/5 - definitely paying a little more for these large, handcrafted treats SERVING SIZE: 5/5 - the cookie was more of a standard size, but the brownie was massive! SERVICE: 4/5 - the folks at the counter were helpful in providing recommendations ATMOSPHERE: 4/5 - a small, fun space w large murals TAKEOUT: 4/5 - the takeout box was sturdy and came with freezing guidance and instructions for multiple reheating methods, e.g. oven, air fryer, or microwave PARKING: 4/5 - we parked in the free Bishop public parking garage and walked a couple blocks over

This place definitely lives up to all the hype. . I am kinda in love. We tried the dashing delta and the inside out tagalong. I really enjoyed that inside out tagalong. I should've grabbed two of these. It's amazing to see such a THICC cookie that's actually soft. Get here ASAP.

Final slice, Betty white, red velvet Bundt cake and I think the cookie was called the morning after. Absolutely delicious. Every single item. That cookie was cooked to perfection. Great customer service too.

Why are these cookies so great??? I'm just glad they aren't close to home as my waistline cannot take it. The smores, strawberry shortcake, I can't even remember all the flavors I've tried but I have yet to be disappointed. Anytime I'm in the area I make it a point to stop in.

I absolutely love these cookies. I bought them in bulk after tasting them at Ponce City Market. They are on the expensive side for cookies, but they are well-made in my opinion. I got a bunch of them for a party in package them. They have a variety of flavors which do you change on the regular so don't be alarmed if that happens. They do have some regular cookies and I love their chocolate chip, especially when it's warmed up and it's cold outside, it's the absolute best and I would recommend it. Overall huge fan. They are on the bigger side of cookies and some of them are very round but high- they have a little bit of height to them. Overall, so delicious. I do recommend them but be ready to spend a little bit of money and I would recommend you go and try them out with the flavors to see what you'd like.

I had the sweet tooth and tried this place and it did not disappoint. The sweets were great to me, i tried the carrot cake one day and then the red velvet another day. The other two I have not tried yet but I plan to try soon. Black widow - haven't tried yet Carrot cake - tried it really good Nana pudding - tried it , it was good Bulldog - haven't tried yet They are little balls with different flavors inside. If you get a chance you should try it. The box comes with re heating instructions as well.

Not a big sweets person but I was being greedy the other night and said let me get me a cookie....or 2. I got a chocolate chip cookie & the lemon cheesecake cookie. The lemon cheesecake cookie is lemony but not too lemony...it was disgusting and the choc chip was good but I've definitely had better & I wouldn't spend that much on them. They're $4+ a piece.

Amazing customer service! One of the best experiences I have had in a while, the young lady was super sweet and patient.

OMGGGG! Sugar Shane's blows every other cookie company out of the water. Sooo good. I've had Reverse Reese's, S'mores, Dashing Delta, Banana Pudding, Churro (with Nutella in the middle), Cookies and Cream, and Red Velvet. The only one I wasn't a huge fan of was Red Velvet, but I know a lot of other people who love it! You can get 4 cookies for $24. Expensive, but the cookies are huge and it would be difficult to eat an entire one in one sitting. I cut them into sixths and eighths and froze them, so I can take out a bite-sized piece whenever I want and reheat it!

The inside doesn't look like a typical bakery but in this case, looks don't matter. The staff member covering the front (I think her name was Danielle but don't quote me) was super nice and took the time to run down the ingredients in every cookie they had. Now, I had to take the one star off simply because almost every cookie, with the exception of 1 or 2, has white chocolate in it and I'm not a fan. This place clearly loves it if they added it every cookie. Regardless, every cookie I had was amazing. My favorite was the Nana's puddin. It really make me think of my grandma's banana pudding minus the bananas. These cookies aren't cheap at $6 a pop but they're worth the money for a once in a while treat.

These aren't exactly cookies, cupcakes, or muffins but somehow a combination of all of them. YUMMM! My favorite was the s'mores one.
