This place has excellent customer service. The gentleman who greeted us was very kind and compelling. Told the love story of the founders and that’s what captured me to go inside. He should be quite valued!

When I asked the salesperson about the price, some of her behaviors and tone of voice made me feel that she didn't want to talk or be disturbed. I see her like she doesn't want to do anything 。 So I don't want to buy from someone with bad service here. Go to the second floor to buy Lady M candies. better!

I should’ve checked the latest comment (7 months from now) before went in. The salesperson greeted me with a yawn. Yawned at me while selecting. One last yawn while checkout. Somehow proved being @Sugarfina is one relaxing thing to do. Agree anyone? Asked the female staff for samples or testers, she just shakes her head without a word. Guess she didn’t want to break the silence or I should’ve been a regular before first time go in. My bad. After checkout, taking a little nap came to my mind. Of course yawning while thought about it. Time to go home. What a great afternoon purchase. Don’t miss Sugarfina @Santa Anita. What a gem(yawn).

I've always gone to the one in Pasadena because it used to be the only one where I can get Adult appropriate candy in the San Gabriel Valley. Now that this one at the mall opened up, and being 3 minutes away, this has now become my new candy shopping spot. It's not just for adults though, there are kid-friendly treats, too and they some nostalgic candies there as well- some very familiar when you're growing up like the ones that "sparkle" when you eat them. Although this one is smaller than the one in Pasadena, they do offer something new and special at the location. I buy all my friend's special occasion candy at Sugarfina, and they always have that "thing" that just makes it extra special. Parking here is a little tough, but that is expected especially at a mall. I do highly suggest joining their newsletter list so you get a perk from buying from them. It's quite easy to earn their rewards especially if you love to give gifts. You also get a monthly candy treat from them when you sign up, and a special birthday treat- different with each tier. There's pretty much nothing to lose when you sign up.

This was my first time visiting an actual SUGARFINA store, though I have had the pleasure of having their yummy treats before. WOWWW! Talk about a kid in a candy store! Everything was so neatly arranged on the shelves, with the different colored treats so inviting! The salesperson, JESSICA, was so warm & welcoming, & on her game! She definitely knew her product! I was so excited, I couldn't decide what to buy, but Jessica was so sweet to point me to the SALE display, where everything was 70% off, AND the counter, where everything was only $1 (with no limit!). I probably spent more than I should have, but walked out of there with a BIG HEAVY bag of candy to give to family & friends! Thank you, JESSICA! You are AWESOME!

Man this place is for the sweet tooth. If it wasn't for the staff who was working that day to call us in and give us samples. I would have just walked bye. It is pricey but worth it. The flavors that these gummie candies and chocolates that they have are great. I really liked the Vodka,Rumand tequila chocolate filled candies. Man let me tell you. The chocolates mix well with the alcohol. And the amount in them are right on. Gave to friends and they wanted more. Awesome place

Good candy, some for adults and some for kids. It is rather pricey, but subscribe to their rewards and they give free candy. We spent $15 on 6 packs of candy, got 2 free packs (bc 2 people subscribe) for subscribing to their rewards, and free pack of candy once a month for the rest of the year.

Every cashier and associates here offer a sign up to get your bag of candy or chocolates free. There is a lady named Clarity who works here and gives me samples, dark chocolates and socialize with me on my visits and shopping time in Westfield Santa Anita mall in Acadia.

Aside from the Sugarfina that has its small nook near Nordstrom at the Brea Mall, this is the next closest Sugarfina to me. It definitely is a bigger space. I have a friend who loves their gummies, so I got a gift for her from here. Everything is nicely packaged and the customer service was helpful. If you love their higher quality candies, they do have a membership program too. I wish they did samples like the Brea Mall location, though I'm not sure if that's because of the location or something that's ceased since COVID. Solid if you're looking for a gift for someone who loves their candy.

Bought the candy trunk box set online. The candy is really good and different variety cute little packaging. Our favorite were the variety of chocolates it comes with they taste pretty good but the gummies were disgusting and very un-chewable. The chocolate egg was our favorite we ate most of them took a picture too late. Definitely recommend.

Cute interior decorations. Staff here is super sweet! They gave me sample candies for free and invited me to try different flavors. Pretty awesome service. This is newly opened, so not very busy. The package is pretty cute. I personally like the chewy candy than the hard chocolate they sell. But it's a good spot for candy gift shopping. Kids will like it.

Extremely disappointed with the service. Despite the posted closing time being 8pm, they refused to let us in at 7:50pm. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for customers' time. If you claim to be open until 8pm, then honor that commitment. This happened on 09/25/2024 at 7:50pm. Won't be returning.

Cute candies!! They have a wide selection of candies that you can choose and buy from! The active worker named Veronica is a really great person for helping me choosing the best candies! The prices for their candies are reasonable too. I definitely will come back for buying more of their different kinds of candies soon because they are very cute. Thanks again!!

The candies are good! No complaints. However, the girl behind the counter has the worst attitude ever! Shes a bit overweight & fair skin, shouldve asked for her name bur she is Just overall bitchy, rude & not nice at all. She was annoyed with any questions or when i asked her to repeat the balance, she was annoyed at that too. She's probably miserable working there & probably doesnt love her job but come on, such bad customer service. She makes me not wanting to shop there anymore. I think there are 2 girls working there because I went on another day & this girl was nicer! Anyways beware when you go here!

This location switched out the candies in their rainbow box. Online it was supposed to have rainbow strips, gummy bears and gummy butterflies. They swapped them out for the vegan purées from the beach box which are pretty gross. I didn't get the rainbow box but I didn't realize what they had done until I came home and checked. This is pretty unethical and I am shocked!!!

Yes, Sugarfina is a bit bougie and expensive BUT their candies do make for a thoughtful and nice gift when you want to spoil your loved one. Their small candy cubes are roughly $8.00, so you can really spend as much or as little as you want. Things I love about Sugarfina: * They typically give you a free sample when you enter the store * Their membership perks - by joining their free membership, you get a free small pack of candy every month, and you get a choice candy cube during your birthday month * Their partnerships with other brands - their Pressed Juicery gummy bears are probably the cutest product I've ever seen! * Some of their candies are infused with alcohol - very cool and fun, need I say more? * They now have some sugar free and vegan options All in all, love stopping by Sugarfina to pick up little gifts for the people in my life. Definitely worth a visit!

I've honestly spent way too much money here than I am comfortable with admitting. But, I've acquired VIP status and get perks every once in a while, so that helps. I'm going to be honest, this place is catered for the candy enthusiasts out there who are willing to pay good money for quality candy. Yes yes, it's super extra to take candy so seriously but I am wildly addicted to candy. After having eaten so much candy in the course of 24 years, I can say that Sugarfina has some of the best candies I've ever had. Bears and friends, haribo, and a few others are definitely top contenders as well, though. I'm a huge sucker for their collaborations and seasonal candies, such as the Mickey collection and the Halloween collection to name a few. For roughly $8 a pop, the price point of one candy cube is very steep compared to more "conventional, drug store" candies. But, the pretty packaging and unique flavors are what makes Sugarfina stand out. If you're curious about Sugarfina, but not comfortable with paying the price (which I get), you can opt for the taster packs! Sure, you don't get as much, but you will have just as much fun trying the different candies!

I'm a fan of all things Sugarfina! Their packaging is amazing, their customer service is amazing, and the candy is... you guessed it... Amazing! They have lots of different fun collaborations with other brands like Disney and Sanrio, so there's always something new. I definitely recommend the rewards program... you get a free monthly candy! Now I will admit that the pricing is a little high for candy, but for me Sugarfina is more of a splurge (or something for gifts) not an everyday type of thing. Stay Cheerful ;)

I went in Sunday afternoon. Terrible customer service... i wish i didn't have to buy any candy.

I was so excited to see this candy store here. Yeah, they are a little bit on the pricy side but they have interesting and unique flavors of candies that I haven't tried before. I came in and I knew I was going to buy something for my niece and nephew and maybe myself. I chose the hello kitty pop up gift box because it was so cute and chose three different types of gummies. My niece loved the cute box but loved the candy even more. I've tried a few of their candies but they are a hit or a miss with me. I love the Parisian pineapples and the apple frogs. So far those are my two favorites but I need to try more! They were not too busy on the weeknight I came in but I found out they had just opened the week before. The workers were very friendly and offered samples of the champagne gummy bears. I will probably be returning very soon.

This is a gorgeous and upscale Sweet Factory for adults - and yes, there are adult alcohol infused gummies for y'all! I love going here for my rose gummies and they have fantastic collaborations such as with Disney for the Mickey Mouse anniversary - and drum roll please - SANRIO!! I like how I stopped my adult butt from spending more money at the Sanrio store and 5 minutes later when I go visit Sugarfina, there they are - adorable and delicious Sanrio x Sugarfina candies galore. I was squeeing like a little girl over Gudetama egg gummies and Hello Kitty bow gummies. Such a delightful surprise for my eyes and mouth to feast on :D

Placed a little visit today to their newest location! I believe they opened just last Friday, November 17th. Located on the first floor outside of Nordstrom as the closest anchor store, it's a large well-lit emporium stocked with tons of candy. Anyone with some sort of sweet tooth will enjoy this place. One guy was working and he was helpful in finding what I needed. They were only missing one of the items I wanted but I know I can get that at another location. Plus, I didn't want to appear too savage, so I settled for three items (two as gifts, one for myself). I even forced one of my candies onto the guy since he said he never tried it. They had little bags for each of my purchases, and I left happy. Although this location is much further out for me, it's good to know that there's now one in the vicinity so locals don't have to trek out to Pasadena and beyond for their fix.

The best place for candy lovers. Stopped by after having lunch and shopping at the mall. The candy is quite pricey. I'm not a fan of candy but they came out with a new line (collaboration with pressed juicery) and oh my. It's basically the green juice in gummy bear form! I bought a bento box for a friend. She loves candy so it's a nice gift. It is $26 for 3 small boxes of candy. The lady who helped me was very kind. I didn't catch her name but she had a nice tattoo on her hand. Check this place out! They also have samples for you to try.

The lady working at this store was picking at all candy that was already sealed for purchase . She was raiding the the candy cubes with her dirty fingers licking and sucking her fingers as she gorged on the sealed boxes of candy.She would use her long acrylic nails to slice the plastic seal then open and raid the boxes picking out the candy with her nails , putting the candy on her tongue licking her fingers and then reseal the box of candy and placing it back on the shelf ready for a customer to purchase with missing candy and her licked fingers and nails all over the contaminated candy. She kept doing it for 30 minutes. I decided not to purchase any of that candy glazed with saliva. No thanks

They have a lot of different hummy bears here. At first, I thought they all had gelatin, but they do have options for vegans and vegetarians. They have gluten free options too. They give you samples. They have a lot of options you can't just pick one!

The service quality has gone up a bit. The employees are more welcoming and friendlier . For that, I'm rounding up one star, and will be coming back here for future purchases.

Thank you Joe, Tobi and the entire staff at sugarfina for helping us with our orders two days in a row and for making our holidays brighter!!! Everyone here is professional and super happy to help you out unlike any other retail shops. Whoever did the training here did an amazing job!

This place is ok. Just a regular candy shop, but geared to adults. I'm hoping this place can expand to have not just candy, but adult ice cream, and drinks too! Then I'll glady give it more stars!

Came in on a whim because my friend let me try their champagne gummy bears and they were good, so I wanted to get some of my own! When I came in, the employee told me that it was happy hour!! So she was giving out a bunch of samples~ She even told me about the rewards program, and I signed up and got a free sample pack ^^ She was super nice and I was convinced to buy more candy LOL Anyway, the candy can be pretty spicy, but if anyone uses that Tiffany Blue, you can expect it to be Fancy As Heck LOL! I definitely recommend the champagne gummy bears and tequila gummies. Sign up for the rewards program for free candy every month!

I usually go to the Pasadena location but a friend of mine wanted to try the coffee gummy bears and I happened to be in the area. I'm giving this location a one for their poor customer service. The sales girl just stayed behind the counter the whole time I was in there and didn't offer any assistance, pleasantries, etc. She just stood there with the most annoyed, bored and crappiest look on her face, made me feel annoyed that I was in there and mind you, I was the ONLY customer in there. At least at the Pasadena location, they're offering you tasters, chatting you up (which actually makes me purchase more) and is better stocked.

OMG! This place is so amazing and cute plus the staff was AWESOME. I went yesterday and I was helped by a young lady with green eyes (I think her name was Danaka?) Idk but she greeted me immediately and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for! The candy is so good and creative. I would definitely recommend this place :D

As much as I enjoy overpriced cute candy, the customer service at this place is really lacking to the point of terrible. Why so much arrogance and ignoring of customers? It wasn't even crowded! And if I'm asking a question, don't look so annoyed because you and your coworker are discussing something not work related. I did wait until it became just rude inattention on your parts. Why are the employees there to ruin my shopping experience? Super disappointed and will take my money elsewhere. And no, you guys don't sell the best candy to have such terrible customer service.

First Walk-in, a guy look at me (scan) my attire if I could afford this candy. $8 each item. Yes expensive candy, so I bought 3, no offer sample. 2nd visit- I was offer sample, and she was very polite, 1 star for that. 3rd visit- I was buying 5 plus 4 small for a price $10. She did offer me sample but before I pay I request a small bag which I was told they run-out mini bag. Too bad, I could buy those candy.

The guy in the store gave me a strange look when I first step in, never mind if I was sensitive. But after 15 mins walking around in the pretty empty store, I choose 3 cases of candy myself without ANY service. The guy still stood behind the counter like a robot without a word but the continuous strange look. I saw the "buy four get one free "special sign on the counter when I paid for the three. Well, the guy did not seem to care to notify me anything, not even give me the receipt after I asked. Candy was good but very poor to zero customer service.

This location always has plenty of people to help you and a vibrant storefront for you to look at. It's whimsical & delicate yet trendy kind of like Tiffany's for candy the first time I came in here I wasn't sure what the company sold but I was assisted by a very knowledgeable team and I've come to love the roses roses may even have a little membership for frequent purchases definitely will be back

Sugarfina is always one of my go-to options for holiday gift shopping, and this one location in Arcadia mall is sooooo awesome, not only because of the Sanrio Surprises, but also the best staff (super nice and very helpful!) I can ask for as a customer! I'll definitely revisit again!

Heard the hype so went to go check it out. First I walked in, no welcome, or hello. Not even a help. I was at least browsing for good 10 minutes no one approached me. I do understand there were customers buying but was not crazy packed. Maybe because I do not look 'dressy to buy?' I was just in my cozy sweater and jeans. I even picked up items to check or read labels. still no customer service. Was considered buying some items. Maybe I'll try again next time. Please make your customer service be more like service even for a girl who was just wearing sweater and jeans :/. Or might as well buy the gummy bears from Starbucks, at least they say hi.

My first time going to a sugarfina and the guy who worked there was so sweet! He told me the back story of how it came about and helped me pick a sugar free candy for my mom!! I will defintely be going back cause the prices were amazing!!!

Love the superb customer service at this Sugarfina location! Called regarding the Hello Kitty collaboration event & spoke with Phoenix. He answered all of my questions & took the time to call me back regarding the event. I would recommend this Sugarfina to everyone. All of the employees are friendly & helpful

Went in for the first time today and I was super impressed. I was helped by Charette and she gave me the best customer service I've received since I've moved to LA. The candies are really delicious and she recommended some really good things. One of the ones she recommended was the peach Bellini Gummies filled with peach nectar and I'm in love they're so good. I would definitely stop by if you're in need of a sweet treat!
