Love this candy store! The packaging, flavors, and quality are amazing. There's tons of vegan options too, I especially love the strawberry gummies and cold brew cordials! The staff is super friendly and helpful and I love the variety and limited edition candies too! Can't wait to come back!

This store is a must see cute little space. Brightly colored decorations and candies make it a huge draw for kids. While there is no self serve measuring option for the candy nor any behind the counter specialty chocolates, this place has an open feel where you can take your time and pick out whatever fancies you. The gentleman who helped us was named Warchan, I believe. He was professional, kind and very helpful as we had questions about running a candy store as part of a homeschooling project. We ended up purchasing the Sugar Lips and they were exceptional! We hadn't planned on purchasing anything but he told us they would he liked by all us girls, including my oldest daughter, and they certainly were! Can't wait to go back 😊

I had an amazing experience at the Sugarfina in El Segundo, thanks to the exceptional customer service from Natasha! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel truly valued as a customer. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the different candies, offering great recommendations based on my preferences. Natasha went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for, even suggesting unique gift ideas that turned out to be perfect! Her enthusiasm and professionalism made my shopping experience enjoyable and effortless. The store itself was beautifully organized, with a fantastic selection of high-quality sweets. But it was Natasha's outstanding service that truly set this visit apart. If you're looking for delicious treats and top-notch customer care, Sugarfina in El Segundo (and Natasha!) is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I “LOVE” this place!! SO many yummy choices to choose from. Although they do have a fair amount of fruity flavors of gummies to choose from, I personally go for the chocolate selections. They have a chocolate ball that has pop rocks in it. Remember those from the 70s?? What a combo! Oh…. And let’s not forget, the selection of candies with…. Well…. Let’s just say you must be 21 years or older to partake. SO good. And, the staff in this store is always helpful. Natasha is an absolutely amazing person. She is so personable, and actually gets to know you. She doesn’t try to just sell you stuff. Well done Sugarfina!!

Ah yes. The candy I can’t get enough of. Even though they don’t carry anymore my very favorite Swedish Fish. But they do have the Peach Bellini which if you haven’t tried it, well what have you been doing with your life. But who am I to say. Please go here and try it!!

First of all my daughter and I are huge fans of Sugarfina 😍 We live in Culver City, although the Century City is probably closer.. we go to El Segundo because, of the Wonderful customer service we receive from your fabulous staff! It is always a delight to be greeted by Lesly and Aron (our favorites!!) They always go above and beyond. If the Candy 🍭 doesn’t make ya happy. These two smiling faces never disappoint!

Why is it December 21st, 11:15am and the doors are LOCKED AND STORE IS CLOSED. When they open at 11am. It's the holiday season and this is BULL SHIT. Update: employee just came LATE. Bad bad business.

Wanted to pick up some party favors for an event on Sunday. Stopped by on a Wednesday at 6:20, but they were closed despite hours saying open til 7pm. Stopped by on Saturday at 4:50 (in case they closed early) but there was a sign up saying "back at 5:15." It's holiday shopping season and it seems bad business to be so frequently closed. I'll be picking up party favors elsewhere.

I like visiting this Sugarfina. It's bright, clean, with plenty of parking. The two times I've come to this one, there is just one employee. She's been helpful both times. I'm in a candy store, so I like to take my time and look at all the flavors they have to offer. The candy is displayed very nicely. All the cubes are on the left hand of the store; the loose bags are in the back; and the promotions are on the right hand of the store. The register is located in the middle of the store. This is the perfect store to pick up a gift for that person who loves candy. That's what I've been doing, as well as, picking up something for myself. The gummy chocolate bars are yummy. I definitely recommend signing up for their rewards program that works at all their locations. The stores are just fun.

Sugarfina Is designed around a very specific business model. Namely, they provide high-quality candies in a very specific formula. What this shop is great for, is buying candy orientated gifts. What Sugarfina does is present their candies in small bento box shapes. What you then do is you can either buy them separately or you can have them placed in a larger, very nicely designed container in numbers of three, four, or larger. Thus, equaling a great gift package. This shop is well-designed and easy to navigate. Overall, this is a very good place to grab yourself some sweets or buy them for someone you love.

I popped in a couple of times while at The Point, but couldn't see myself paying so much for a little container of gummy bears. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago when I decided to purchase some gift cards at North Italia. I happened to see a few people walking with the Tiffany-colored bags from Sugarfina. It peaked my interest and I decided to see if there was something interesting in the store. Fortunately, or unfortunately (depending on how you look at it), there was an after-holiday sale going on with a BOGO on some of their candies. I picked up the last little box of party penguins and a little box of chill mint chocolates. Boy, those penguins were good and I was surprised at how many were crammed in the little plastic square. I got hooked on them and called to see if there were any more. They're sold out, so I'll have to either wait until next year, or find something else in the store to hold me over until then.

I've been to this Sugarfina a couple of times, after dining at True Food Kitchen and Hopdoddy in the same complex. Gourmet candy galore is behind the doors of this place. Some are crafted with a little alcohol. Others are upscale candies that resemble things we loved during childhood. And others are rather unique, like the green juice gummies that I saw during my latest visit. They tend to have a piece of candy to sample at the counter or at the back table. Customer service hasn't been overly enthusiastic and for the price point of the candy, you would expect a little more from the employees. Nonetheless, the candy is very well made. I've bought a few items to give as gifts, which has always been a hit.

Meh. I mean, it's decent tasting candy, the boxes are cute, and the store decorations/set up is cute, but it's way overpriced. I do, however, like the alcohol-infused candy combos, pretty tasty and inventive. I get these as gifts all the time, but this was my first time in an actual store. I was picking up some mini boxes as prizes for baby shower games. I bought 9 boxes to be exact. I noticed that the gift box came with 8 mini boxes, so I asked how much the gift box was and the cashier said it was included when purchasing 8, I was like cool. I pay and leave, but when I walked out, I realized I didn't have the gift box in my bag so I came back and asked for the gift box, and now there's 2 cashiers standing there and they both say it's an additional $4. The same guy who was standing there 2 minutes ago, is now charging $4 for the box that he had just said was included... a little odd, no? After spending $80 on candy, you'd think they'd throw in the gift box... or maybe at least get it together and get the pricing details straight. I probably would've given 4 stars, had it not been flaws in communication from the cashiers. The guy was at least nice. The female, kinda bitchy.

I remember when Sugarfina first opened up at The Point in El Segundo. I was so happy and excited! It did not take long for me to visit this sweet spot and fall in love with their sweet treats. From their Sugarfina sugar lips to their Brut and Rose champagne bears, I was a fan. It wasn't just their candies that I liked, I also liked the various cards they sold and other cute knick knacks. I didn't think becoming more of a fan could be possible but that was until they released the Sanrio x Sugarfina collection! Being a lifelong Sanrio fan and a Sugarfina fan, this new collection is truly a dream come true for me. Sugarfina has special Hello Kitty, Keroppi, Gudetama, My Melody, Chococat and Badtz Maru for all us Sanrio lovers. El Segundo's shop has a nice display all of the Sanrio x Sugarfina collection and there's a good supply of all the candies. I had a really good experience getting my Sanrio x Sugarfina candy on the launch day. I thought it would be crazy and chaotic but it was not. I was in and out and oh so very Hello Kitty happy. I'm happy to have a Sugarfina in the South Bay!

First time at this particular location and my boyfriend and I were greeted by both staff members that were there. We were able to sample their gummy lips, that tasted pretty good. They had displays of their gourmet candies in tiny boxes that were cheaper the more you bought. In the back they had a table that had some candies that were discounted since they were either seasonal or limited edition. Then another table had a deal were they had sample packs and you could get 6 for $15. My boyfriend and I ended up doing that deal, so we got two packs of different chocolate covered caramels, 1 gummy ice cream pack, 1 pack of gummy rose buds, 1 pack of roses with stems and 1 pack of the gummy lips. We tasted the caramels that had a little bourbon in them and the rose buds and both were pretty good. Would come back to these locations more often if they weren't pricey since you really are paying more for the packaging than the candy themselves.

The candy shop carries sweets from all over the world, very colorful decoration and display on the rack, mix and match gift packs, good present ideas and choices.

I visited the store this Saturday. Upon entering, the male associate was looking down at something at the checkout station, and didn't even bother to greet me. It's ok, I knew what I was gonna get so no big deal. I picked up a box as a gift and some small bags for myself and went to wait in line. A female associate showed up out of nowhere, and offered to help me. I don't know her name but she has pretty amber eyes. She was very friendly and go above and beyond helping me signing up the rewards, redeemed free gifts for me, and packed my merchandise into two neat bags all in good timely fashion! I didn't expect to get good customer service at this kind of shops but girl you did an amazing job!

On a recent first time to The Point in El Segundo, we wandered in to Sugarfina. First I was drawn to this place by its aesthetics. It's not your ordinary candy shop, this is candy shop with the prettiest presentation of candy that I've ever seen. Candies are available in small, clear, plastic bags (small enough to sample the candy) , small clear acrylic boxes, (to treat yourself, maybe make the candy last a few days ) and then there is a larger box. The candies themselves are sweet little concoctions of traditional candies. We were given samples of matcha green tea caramels. They were slightly larger then a pea, green in color, and a perfect blend of matcha green tea and caramel on the inside. I liked it so much that I bought a small sample bag of this candy. I also bought a box of the strawberry gummies. I expected them to taste like typical strawberry gummies but they actually had an amazing strawberry flavor! The small bag was about $1.25 and the box was over $7. They also have cards, gift bags, and enamel pins! I really liked the assortment of different candies. You know the idiom "I felt like a kid in a candy shop"? Sugarfina is the definition of this feeling. I didn't know what to choose and although it's a medium sized shop, the flavors to choose from were bountiful. I honestly didn't know what to choose! This is coming from a person who DOESN'T like candy. Yes. I wrote that. I'm not a candy person, more of a sweets-desserts person. However, the candy from Sugarfina is sublime and I would definitely come back for more!

The lady shouted at my children WAY BEFORE they reach out to touch anything. I understand it's for our safety.... you don't want to clean after my children, but that was rude. Every time we come here, there is always someone rude standing in the center of the shop. I swear. don't like coming here.

This store is sooo pretty. I loved the wall deco. The candy is definitely in the pricey side, but they come in a nice little package even the bag you get it in is soo cute. It is very nice for a gift or even to treat yourself.. they have some samples and I am sure they dont mind if you asked them for a sample on a specific candy. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

This was my first time in a Sugarfina and I am a fan!! It's basically a candy store for adults! The store itself is very clean, modern, colorful and inviting. They have a large variety of chocolates and candies. Most of the candies come in these cute clear boxes. They're a little on the pricey side as the small cubes are about $8 each but they make for great gifts! They even have "bento box" sets--super cute! I got a small box of Champagne baby gummy bears ($8) which are mini-size gummy bears that are made with Dom Perignon and come in flavors of Brut and Rose. SO cute and delicious!! I'm addicted to these now! I also tried a small mini packet (cheaper than a box) of Champagne Bubbles which are gummies covered in white sprinkle dots that look like nonpareils. My husband liked these more but my favorite is still the champagne gummy bears! I'll definitely be back to get some more in the near future! :) Located inside The Point. Free parking in the lot.

I looked this place up after hearing about it on Million Dollar Listing. I was also shocked to learn that the Dom Perignon gummy bears that I just saw at Paper Source are actually from sugarfina. This place is inside The Point close to Mendocino Farms & across from Smitten. I bought a small box of Champagne baby gummy bears which are made with Dom Perignon. They Also had hand-painted almonds for a baby shower. They were SO cute!! I also bought a sample size packet of yogurt gummies, birthday cake caramels, blue and white pearls and Bubbly bears . I'll definitely be back.

'Um, I don't think I've ever eaten anything this expensive,' said my hubby at the VIP Champagne & Candy Party marking the launch of this South Bay location. sugarfina is a luxury candy boutique with shops in Beverly Hills, New York, San Francisco, San Jose, Vancouver, Atlanta and Pasadena. This location in El Segundo is at The Point, a new upscale outdoor mall. Store looks like a cleaned up Sephora but instead of rows of multicolored makeup containers, these containers hold uber fancy candy. The presentation and packaging of each container is so beautiful. They would make great presents, especially the bento boxes (several varieties available but you can custom build as well). Each piece of candy is delicately decorated - some look like pretty white gumdrops while others were made to resemble another food (eg a green olive, a juicy blackberry, a tart raspberry, a purple truffle). And each is flavored to entice the taste bud with multiple notes. Our favorites were the single malt scotch cordials and the martini olive chocolate almonds. Very fun and yummy! Problem is, I took my 2-year old with us and he wanted to eat 10 gumdrops. That's like $20 worth of candy! :O You can see why we had to get out of dodge ASAP. You've been warned!

Came in here to buy a few thank you gifts. The customer service here is A++ My first time in a Sugarfina (I'm not from the area although I do have a few location close to me) the gentleman and young lady who helped me were so helpful and sweet! wish I would've asked for their names. I Would definitely recommend this location!!! I even walked away with two taster packets for myself

Fancy candy and super cute packaging! Definitely want to get these some day for bridesmaids gifts. They're also super cute for newborn baby gifts for the mamas! They have fancy alcoholic candy for the 21+ celebrations, and cute candy for the kids if they're also feeling fancy. Didn't know but they have "happy hour" from 6-8 where you can taste some flavors for free! Super fun!

This is such a cute place! I was having dinner at True Food Kitchen and decided to check out Sugarfina on the way. I've heard great things about their candy and since they don't have a location in Houston, this was my opportunity to see what it's all about. Once I walked in, I was immediately offered samples of certain flavors that night. The girl helping was extremely nice and didn't seem to mind that kids were running in and grabbing a handful of the samples at a time. What differentiates their candy from others is that theirs are gourmet using "fine ingredients" or "ingredients for adults", like alcohol. Each type of candy is packed in a clear labeled acrylic box, neatly organized on their shelves. They have fruit flavored candies like peach, alcohol infused gummies like the champagne, and chocolate covered candies like dark chocolate. Each one of these tiny boxes are expensive but that's because they pride themselves on the quality of their ingredients. I bought the champagne bears (infused with Dom Perignon champagne), the peach Bellini, and martini olive almonds (covered in white chocolate). Maybe my taste buds aren't as refined as they once were, but I thought the peach Bellini candy didn't taste all that different from ones I can find in the grocery store. The champagne bears tasted...odd but that could be because I'm used to fruit flavored gummy bears not alcohol. The chocolate one was the best of the three but again, it wasn't anything special. All in all, it has a cute set up and concept, but I can't really taste the "finer" ingredients in their candies. Thus, I can't justify paying this much for just candy.

Love this place. I would recommend it to anyone who is bringing a California or Office appropriate but thoughtful gift. The staff is always helpful and this specific location is great, accessible simple and clean.

I am new to the Sugarfina fan club but I am not wasting anymore time. I am all for quality candy and am willing to spend a few extra bucks. It's worth it here. I've been by this shop maybe 3 times in the last month? I've already tried a ton of stuff and picked out the decently priced 3 items box for a colleagues birthday. They have adorable boxes and bags! I think candy is a luxury and this places makes the experience exactly that. Current favorites: rose all day bears and the dark chocolate toffee almonds

This store brands itself as a luxury candy store. as with most things luxury it usually means expensive. the candy they sell here compared to the stuff you can get in plastic bags at the market, is you guessed it, expensive. so, why the 4 stars? if you just see candy as something to eat you probably wont get it. all the candies ive sampled thus far have been several notches better then from anywhere else. the fruit flavors taste like real fruit. the candies that have alcohol flavors taste like it. the flavors are very clean and pronounced. many of the candies are made in europe but some are made here. all the candy come in nice clear boxes. this makes it easy to keep tabs on how much is left. and more importantly makes gift giving very easy. for people that are germphobes all the neat packaging ensures no dirty hands have been using the same scoop you would be using. in closing great shop. excellent candy. i see it as an affordable luxury, afterall 7 dollars for dom perignon gummy bears is better then 160+ dollars a bottle for an average year. recommended.

First World Problem Review #2 for 2019: As per my previous review, I failed to heed my own advice by calling ahead to see what they had available. Naomi that was so helpful is probably long gone, considering how much service here has tanked. On my second visit, too much time has spanned since my first here. For your birthday-if you sign up for their program-you can get a 3-piece bento box if you reach a certain level, and fill it with you choice of candy (some may cost more, this they will let you know). I mistakenly told the associate and she handed me the box and said to select my three. Turns out this location had one of the three I was specifically looking for which was a letdown, but when I went to inform her of this, she said it was too late since it was already deducted from my account. Perhaps I spoke too soon but I cannot understand why this couldn't be voided since your location didn't have what I wanted. Neither of the two associates were helpful or apologetic (although it is not their fault, the lack of consideration made this worse then it could have been). They just kind of stood there and when I requested to go to another shop to get my fill, they said they 'think that could happen.' I made sure to get their names (which to cut them a break I won't leave here) and went off to Century City, where the service wasn't too much better, but at least they had what I was looking for. If I end up here again, I hope 'Aaron' will be working.

Been eating way too much Sugarfina candy over the years. Was so excited to find a shop here!! This one is pretty big in comparison with the ones near me in East Coast, and very well-stocked. We came in today and were greeted by a very bubble girl working here. I don't remember her name but she's one of the nicest and most friendly Sugarfina staff I've ever encountered (I've shopped at NYC World Trade Center, Bethesda and Union Station DC to name a few). Love their current Barbie collection, and grabbed one cube. The girl was still super nice even though I only got 1 cube (I have another box waiting from my door steps already from online order). She even told us about the charity behind the Barbie collection which is so nice to know! Definitely recommend for self and gift!! No one can say no to anything from Sugarfina!

I'll start off by saying that I've been to other Sugarfina locations and this location is slightly smaller than their other stores. I came on a Tuesday evening. The girl working there had a dry attitude and was somewhat rude. My purpose was to buy the champagne gummy bears, large box size, she mentioned it's out of stock. I asked her about some of the new products, she mentioned it's all on display, but didn't put much effort. I asked about samples, she said they're out. It's as if every request I had was too much trouble to answer and lack of engaging the customer. At the end, I bought 3 regular size cubes, she rang me up, but was "whatever" about the transaction. In terms of products, their champagne gummy bears are a must-try! They're not too sweet or too bitter. They also have plenty of chocolate items. One of my favorites is their birthday cake caramels. Outside is coated with a light white shell with birthday-cake specs, while the inside is soft caramel that just melts in my mouth. Each of the small cubes range from $7-$8 while the large cubes are around $20. Most of their candies are imported from Europe. I must say that their packaging and overall brand is very appealing. I'll probably continue to buy their products, but maybe not at this location.

I love sugarfina. Everytime I see a sugarfina, I have to make my way through and purchase the champagne bears from them. To me its the best gummy bears in the world. I also usually pick up there white chocolate or something like that...it tastes like oreos. They are hella delicious!! The store is not that big but the décor is lovely. Its super clean and everything is displayed on their shelves. We came through on this particular Saturday morning just wanting to hang out at the Point not even realizing there was a Sugarfina there. I was informed by the cashier that they are relatively new. That works. I picked up some hard candy too this time to go along with my chocolate and gummy. The hard candy was amazing. Can this store get any better? Damn, everything tastes great here. I made the purchase, gave some gummy bears to my friend and she loved them. Like I said, best gummy in the world. Each box are about 7 to 8 bucks and yes its a super small container but its worth it in my opinion. They came in a super nice bag....maybe a bit too fruity for my taste but hey I'm just here for the candy. Overall this location is solid. Great customer service and I mean super great, excellent variety (I think they have more selection here), and awesome ambiance. This candy store needs to pop up closer to my house. I mean there's one in Costa Mesa but even then its a bit far.

While the candy is beautifully displayed and also very tasty, it is just unbelievably pricey. Maybe just at the amount of candy that i can eat in one sitting, but it sure does make a beautiful present which is why I stopped here. I love that you can mix and match flavors and sizes, very cute packaging that makes a great impression on any woman, perfect for a birthday or baby shower or to just treat yourself. Just a shame it is not something you can indulge in more often.

Spring collection has arrived! Fluffy bunny and ocean buddies. I'm such a sucker for this candy! Champagne bears and long stem roses are my two favorites, these r always my go to fav candies . Look @ the packaging amazing and cute right. It expensive but I always get this as a gift!!!!! Wow Ty. I will always b back!

Pretty but pretentious. If you're a no frills, good old-fashioned classic candy lover, this isn't likely to be the candy store that knocks your socks off. Sure, it's a lovely store filled with cube shaped packages packed full of imported sugar (and some sugar free) confections in rainbow shades you only see in your dreams. Like I said in a tip, this place is perfect for a last minute host or hostess gift if your host/ess is the trendy type. The clean aesthetic has an impact on me...every time I see it, I want to run back to my house, clean it from top to bottom so I can fill my candy receptacles with brightly colored candies and place them in perfect places so my guests can nosh when they visit. I tried the milk chocolate malt balls, champagne gummies, espresso caramels, blue princess pearls, sea salt licorice...and a handful of others. I'd say nothing tasted bad, but nothing catapulted me into sweet oblivion either....and maybe that's where this shop loses me. I'm half expecting an epiphany but none of their sticky, gooey, chocolaty, sugar sweet everything in every shape and size does it for me. This is a luxury candy shop...probably the type where the word shop should be spelled "shoppe". It caters to a certain few who absolutely love it for what it is and God bless those folks who keep 'em in business. I'm heading over to my favorite candy Shop with a capital S!

I love Sugarfina and usually go to the one at Century City but I happened to be in the area and stopped by to pick up a birthday gift. I came on a weeknight right before they closed and the two employees that were there were super helpful and made choosing a gift easy. It can be overwhelming with all the different options & flavors but they asked questions and helped me narrow my options. I honestly expected to be rushed out considering they were almost closed but instead the young lady & gentlemen working were attentive & super helpful! (Wish I remembered their names). They even signed me up to get points every time I shop. I didn't know this was available! If you love cute candy stores & customer service is important to you, then this candy boutique is for you! I found my Sugarfina location :) Oh & Parking is free and super easy to find!

finally a candy store for adults!! i'll be honest -- i didn't know much about sugarfina until back around Christmas 2015 when my friend gave me a box of the champagne gummy bears (soaked in Dom!) I devoured them on my flight down under to Australia and then immediately got sad after eating the last gummy bear :( and then a few days ago, I was lucky enough to attend a UCLA Anderson alumni event at the new store location at The Point in El Segundo (in between hopdoddy & true foods). everything was so pretty! so pretty that everything is instagram-able! no joke! (check out the pics i uploaded here) and don't get me started on the actual candy -- so many choices, so little time (and potentially money?). after all, it is a luxury candy store. but who cares? i mean, where else can i get cuba libre gummies that ACTUALLY taste like the ACTUAL drink? overall: cute packaging, great sourcing of unique candy, i'll be back -- again & again!

I've never noticed this wonderful little candy shop. Just happened to catch my eye after finishing dinner. A very clean and beautiful design that is so inviting. The idea for Sugarfina sprouted on a couples third date, a screening of the original Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. They had a simple question - "why should kids have all the fun?" - led them on a quest to create the ultimate candy store for grown-ups. They have candies from all around the world. So many wonderful looking candies to choose from from gummies, heart shaped candies, egg shaped and round sours and chocolates to name a few. They are neatly packaged in transparent boxes and some in small packages. You can design your own bento (assortment) boxes The candies were very nicely presented but I was a little nervous to just buy a whole box without trying them so I purchased a few packages to sample. Maybe they will let people sample some of the candies but I could understand how some might abuse this privilege if offered. I selected the Champagne gummy bears and the Super Sour Hearts. Holy cow these were good but a little on the pricey side.

I love sugarfina stores! All of the stores (every single one) are impeccable and everything in the store is literally eye candy. For the small candy boxes, prices range from $7-8 which is on the pricier end. But if you're looking for a beautiful gift and are willing to splurge a little, Sugarfina it is! Let's just say I would love to receive a bento box one day. Hint hint! The gift boxes are beautiful as well, but you have to pay a price--they're not complimentary as one would expect. Little bags to carry your goods home are also sold for a small fee. Thus, this is the luxurious of the luxurious, which means I can probably only come once a year... This shop is on the smaller end of the other stores I've seen but it has all the essentials. Valentine's Day is coming up--this is your one stop shop! Cards, small gifts, get it all here.

I really loved the store, but after few uncomfortable experiences at the store.. I have stopped visiting the store. The candies and chocolates are very delicuous, but the problem was the staff. 1) Bought a three box bento. Asked me if I want the heart gift wrap. Didn't tell me I need to pay for it. Said yes and later learned I was charged extra for the wrap. Asked to take it back and the staff made me very uncomfortable by giving me the sigh and facial expression 2) Bought ten 'three bento box' for the gift. They didn't wrap it with the basic ribbon deco, they suppose to get me... and again service was not accomodating at all This review is vased on my experience few month ago and they might have improved... but I cannot recommend this store based on my experience. Oh, I tried to provide feedback through the company website but didn't get any response at all.

Rushed over to pick up a gift @ 1230 expecting the store to be open at 1100 on Saturday.. only to find out it was closed despite all the other shops being open. Hung out until 1:00 pm. Still not open and no sign indicating the store was closed. Instead, hours reflect opening everyday at 1100.

Sweet heaven ! Both CSR were very nice and helpful . We liked everything but had to contain ourselves from walking out with the store. Our visit was pleasant and purchased what we came here for . Sugarfina is a nice size store , they have such cute looking boxes of candy and other cute looking package candy. We tasted some sample candy and it is much better than most and Pricey. Nice store to get a different kind of sugar fix.

Adela at Sugerfina is a wonderful, caring person and I am so thankful that I found her on the other end of my phone line at Sugerfina - The Point. I had an issue with my order placed via Grubhub and she heard the stress in my voice when I called in to try to resolve the Grubhub issue and offered to drive my gift herself to my bosses house!!! WOW! I wouldn't have had another option. Thank you for being a thoughtful caring person and your boss and anyone that walks into your store will be very luck to have met you. We are canceling Grubhub at the end of the month and I will start using Sugerfina for our corporate gifts going forward and all because her. I also spoke to a very helpful girl in the AM and she made sure my sure my gift was packed in a birthday box and even wrote a personalized birthday note for the Bento Box. I will update with her name when I remember it and how the candies were later.

This place was such a treat! My boss bought the whole staff gifts from here and I have been dying to try it out myself. The sales person was really cool and gave me a little history about the company and how it started with a couple going on a date to see Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. They go to different countries and try different candies and bring back the ones that they think are perfect. They had a Cuba Libre candy that is infused with rum flavors and a Scottish malt ball that has real scotch in it so they ask to see your ID. Pretty cool store if you are looking for a cute gift or want to satisfy a sweet tooth.

Sure, it's a candy store. A modern, austere, crispy designed luxury candy store. But mostly, it's all about the adorable packaging. The primary color on Sugarfina packages is very much like the blue color on a Tiffany's box. Coincidence? I think not. In both cases, you pay too much for too little, but the packaging is so cute that few (ladies) can resist. And yes, those beautifully designed boxes make wonderful little gifts for only $7, so don't feel bad about buying a bunch. Oh, by the way: the candy inside the boxes is actually quite good! They err on the side of gummi bears, but that isn't really an "err", is it?

Good candy, awful service. The candy actually is going downhill - once upon a time cracked candy wouldn't be allowed on the shelves. Now, almost all the chocolate is cracked. The candy is good but the employees are snooty and rude. The experience used to be super fun - it was nice to go with friends and spurge on fancy candy - but now it's uncomfortable because the employees ignore you and act exasperated if you ask a question.

Nice fun varietys of candy. I bought chocolate mint maltballs which are really delish. Will try the cakebatter caramels next.

Beautiful space and packaging. I tried several of their more popular candies. I liked the fruity loops, but that's about it. I was not a fan of birthday cake or some of their other items (a gummy that I can't recall the name of). It would seem like a great gift idea since it is put together so nicely, but I'm not sure if my taste buds match up with their offerings.

Awesome candy store. I am absolutely in love with the rose gummy bears. Fantastic place for V-Day or any other special occasion.

It's great to see Sugarfina open in the South Bay at The Point! The clean, pristine but modern look pulls you in along with the uber attractive merchandising of candy and sweets galore. Choices are hard to make when deciding what to get. Huge varieties of yummy confections range from gummy candies and everything in this world covered with gourmet chocolate and creative flavorings. Our choices that we really liked: Champagne gummy bears (made with Dom Perignon), Bear-Y Smoothie gummy bears (imported from Germany), Sour Fizz Cola gummies, Milk Chocolate Marshmallow Eggs and Chocolate Malt Balls. Each candy selection comes in a hard plastic cube that runs around $7 to $8 each. Certain selections come in special gift boxes and you can also create custom "bento boxes" that make the most wonderful gift. Sure, it's pricey, but this is luxury artisan candy after all.

The store itself is gorgeous!!! And the candies are amazing. I love getting the 4 sample pouches for $10 because you can sample the different candies and still have plenty to share. The staff is young and friendly and knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the product. Which is kind of rare and makes it way more fun to shop there! SUPERFINA is our post lunch dessert stop.

So ironically I first found out about Sugarfina from the location at South Coast plaza. I totally didn't realize they had this location until a few days ago. The plaza has ample parking, which is awesome! These candies can be slightly more pricey than your normal big name brands bought at the grocery store, but they're pretty cute and delicious! They also make for awesome presents as well. (I bought a few boxes of the champagne gummy bears as gifts.) Cute store, and all the employees were very friendly! Will definitely be back for more.

Love love Sugarfina . But I love the employees at this specific store even more. Im always in a hurry and in need of gifts for friends,teachers etc. And Arron was awesome! Very friendly & knowledgeable. He knew exactly what would be the perfect little thank you gifts. Got me in and out. Even wrapped it all. So for me the perfect one stop shop.

Tried a few things from this location. Friend from work treated us to a few items. Nothing was impressive or memorable. I can't recall exactly which I tried, just that I tried a few of the ones that were highly recommended by one of the staff members and I thought it was average tasting.
