"Sugarfina is a beautiful concept and execution of a luxury candy store. It is Willy Wonka's pompous aristocratic cousin. If you don't buy anything- at least wander in and get a taste of a few things. Last time I went in I tasted champagne gummi bears and some sort of chocolate covered rum candy that you actually need to be over 21 to try. But aside from the alcohol inspired candies are a huge assortment of imaginatively and deliciously inspired treats. This is another great dinner party gift idea that will be sure to make you the most popular person around." - OSSO

Bought the hello kitty 2024 advent Calendar. Really disappointed in the quality especially with a high price point. Caramel and chocolate ones have a weird distinct flavor that kinda taste like the plastic package they’re wrapped in. The jelly candies were also not great. Just overpriced mediocre candy with fancy packaging. Not happy with their customer service as they don’t accept returns or refunds on candy if you’re not satisfied. At least Sees Candies will stand on their quality and offer your money back if you’re not happy with your purchase. This is my first and last time with Sugarfina

I've found heaven on earth at Sugarfina! This store is adorable. They select candies from all over the world. From gummies to chocolates to caramels they really have something for everyone. They have many different kinds of chocolates, caramels, gummies, licorice which all look amazing. You can taste the quality in their goods and I love how gifts can be customized. They are a tad pricey though, but for the occasional indulgence or that special gift. If you could dream up a perfect candy shop, this would be it.

sugar-sugar-sugar! always good to visit a sweet shop! samples were provided- sale deals available! checked the visit off my bucket list!

Said they were on lunch break at 6:10PM. I wanted to buy lunar new year gifts. Oh well

Google
Great customer service; very knowledgeable staff. The entire shop feels like a work of art. Prices aren't bad for items on sale. These make really cute gifts. They were one of the few stores that carried items specific to Lunar New Year. Given that this is the 21st century and China's the next global superpower, I was surprised more stores didn't do that. The main downside is that THIS IS SUGAR and sugar is poison. So, we're all just poisoning ourselves and loved ones.

Google
Pricey, but would come here again! (I miss the candy apple chocolates I got here exactly 1 year ago) our clerk at the time Alex? was a delight! We enjoyed our experience and bought items specifically because he was so pleasant and the samples definitely helped us choose too. I like how there are deals for some candy selection combos. Lovely shop. Aesthetically beautiful too. Can't wait to visit on my next trip to BH.

Google
Amazing selection of all sorts of treats. Geared towards adults rather than kids. The scotch cordials are one of my favorite candies here. The gift sets are reasonably priced and make easy last minute gifts for anyone on your list.

Rolando C.

Yelp
Celebrated the Lunar New Year of the Dragon by getting the candy bento box (8 pack). The packaging was cute that they put your items in, but this Lunar New Year themed box is worth keeping once the candies are gone. I tried some of the candies so far like the lucky mandarins, gold pearls, yuzu caramels, and the auspicious stars. The one I liked the most so far was the lucky mandarins, but the yuzu caramels come up there close by because that zesty flavor has a nice kick to it. Would get again for themed boxes.

Yelp
How can you not like this store it's so adorable with tiny boxes for your sweets to crave your sweet tooth. We bought enough sweets to last for a while or give away. The store is small but cute. The workers were nice and helpful.

Kevin B.

Yelp
Another place to get your sugar freak on at the Century City Mall area of West Los Angeles area. My girlfriend love these type of places since she is young and love sweets. We stopped here after window shopping and purchasing stuff. We bought a whole bunch of candy, and had fun here. Nice staff and store. I will be back.

Stevo O.

Yelp
I'm really not a candy person, but saw they had a lunar new year collection. I wanted to try this company out and see what their "bento box" is all about. I bought the Lunar New Year Chest with various candies and was happy with the way it was displayed. I was though a little confused when the cashier told me that it was 50 percent off, but was charged just 15 percent off of what I thought the price was. Because I had not gone in with a perception of receiving a 50 percent discount, I'm letting it slide. Just be aware of pricing at this store and the adage if you have to ask the price, you can't afford it...

Yelp
I received their 3-piece candy bento box as a gift (which can be customized). Mine came with cold brew bears, champagne bears, and royal roses (see photo). My favorites were the royal roses and champagne bears! So tasty and satisfied my cravings for that gummy texture candy! The gift brought me joy. This makes a great whimsical yet sophisticated gift to cheer someone up or as an alternative to chocolates (personally not a fan of chocolates). It comes in a very sturdy and elegant box. I was chatting with my friend who received it as a holiday gift and she was happy to get chocolate balls in her trio gift box. So chocolate is available for chocolate lovers!

Kat K.

Yelp
I got the Signature Sugarfina mini Candy Trunk as a gift for Valentines Day, I thought it was the cutest thing. I have not tried any of the assortments yet because the presentation is soo pretty . However eventually I will and will give an updated review based on that :) I heard nothing but great feedbacks from friends who have tried it before. Beside the generic roses I think this is a brilliant idea for anniversary gifts, Valentine's Day gift, or an everyday gift :) I personally did not visit the store myself so I'm not quite sure of the exact price of this item. However prices listed on the website are around 120-200 plus tax ? It's super affordable and it gives a lasting impression for the person receiving it. It's unique and it establishes a lasting memory:)

Doreen M.

Yelp
I was gifted a trio set, but only opened and ate the chocolate ones as the other gummies I knew I wouldn't like based on the flavors. The packaging is beautiful and I didn't realize that these candies would be so gourmet. I really just thought they re-packaged basic @ss stuff, but the chocolates had me SOLD. I ate the dark choc sea salt caramels. I love candy that isn't too sweet and the texture of the caramel is not runny/too stringy. This was PERFECT. I am not a sweets person to begin with, but I would definitely buy and eat this flavor again and try some of their other stuff!

Yelp
I've been to a few sugarfina locations before but this is by far the best! My local store is very tiny. In comparison, this location is huge! The selection was great & I was pleased to see that they had a large variety of products on sale. The presentation of the products is excellent. I would definitely recommend their products if you need to pick up a gift or are in the mood to treat yourself.

Yvon Meow J S.

Yelp
I love love Sugarfina century city. Their candies are tasty, and the presentation and packaging are bar none cute!! Though I love Sugarfina, it doesn't love me back. Therefore to keep my ph7, I must not eat too much of it. So yes I highly recommend!!

Yelp
I have a love/hate relationship with this place, now spanning different locations. First off, after the service at their (former) Beverly Hills flagship went down for me, I started to come here and found some friendly people, which made me look forward to shopping here more since I do enjoy the product (for not only myself, but for others as gifts). I even upped my status with their loyalty program which I'm not sure I should be proud of since that means I'm eating way too much candy than I should be... When I received notice that the BH location was closing and to now go to Century City, I kind of dreaded that since that meant the people from BH would most likely now be found at CC. Great. Please know I don't feel that way about ALL of them, but it's become that way over plenty of visits I'm sad to say. To be fair, it's been a hit or miss at CC, and I'm happy to say when it's a hit, it's a good hit! However, when it's a miss, I find myself wondering why I still bother, then I realized Glendale is just too far. I should probably cut down on my candy intake anyway. Happy to say the guy who was in before Christmas was super sweet, black hair, some facial hair, I know this doesn't narrow it down but just wanted to say he was cool.

Yelp
Why are u not keeping the normal hours of the mall on Friday, Sat, and Sunday! Especially on valentines weekend when people are buying candy... #dissapointment

Joelle J.

Yelp
I wish someone had warned me about the dangers of trying Sugarina candy. After receiving some as a gift 4 years ago I became hooked. I started with the Bento box I was gifted, and when that ran out I went to this location where my addiction really started to grow. Upon entering and seeing the beautifully stacked shelves with all the varying varieties I knew I had to try every last one, and so I did. My ultimate favorite became the sugarlips which I only purchased in bulk and in the large container box. After my daily trips began effecting my work, my boss suggested I see if they deliver and bingo...it was a gamechanger. I am now a sugar lips addict with a daily habit and was just diagnosed with a cavity, hence the 4 stars. Please help.

Samantha C.

Yelp
I've always loved Sugarfina and this location in particular, but my recent experience with its service left much to be desired. When I visited this weekend, we were the only customers in the store. Despite this, the salesperson seemed annoyed by the questions we were asking about the candies and promotions. He also didn't know what specials were currently active and had to text his manager as we waited. It's difficult to articulate, and I know everyone has "off" days but I felt very talked down to. Despite this subpar experience, I'll still be returning for more as a longtime Sugarfina patron. I love their Peach Bellini gummies, the Champagne Gummy Bears, and all their adorable packaging! It's also worth noting that my disappointment with this interaction probably stemmed from the exception service I've received every other fine when I used to come on a monthly basis.

Aladdin S.

Yelp
I bought all these boxes of gummies and they are all stale. So hard to chew. You pay for the packaging.

Clara W.

Yelp
Sugarfina is one of my favorite stop at Westfield Century City. A small candy cube makes a nice gift for someone or gift for yourself. Peach bellini, Parisian pineapple are some of my favorites. Christmas, Valentines, Easter candies, they have for every occasion. including juice detox or yummy gummies with booze for extra kick!

Shellie R.

Yelp
I usually go to the Beverly Hills location, but since that location was closed and I couldn't wait for shipping, I made my way to this mall location. Took me a little while to find the store and had to ask a few vendors where it was located. The staff was very helpful. Signage could be a bit more clearer. Free samples always a good thing. Glad there is a location in LA still. Good in a pinch when you are looking for white elephant gifts or when the mom is in love with their gummis.

Jeanette Y.

Yelp
Staff was nice and attentive. It was kinda weird though with bunch of candies in brown shipping boxes piled next to the cashier counter like a mountain it's not too far from Eatley so I would park close to that & Macy's.

Christine L.

Yelp
Candy. Candy. Evelyn T & Tom T gifted me Sugarfina for my bday in December and I tried very hard to not eat it all but did not succeed- it only lasted a couple of days. So when I turned around and saw Sugarfina, i was done for. 1, samples. Okay thank you lord, I love samples. 2, they have chocolate too!? 3, I spent $30 and was able to get 2 small bottles of Pressed Juice made into tiny gummy bears. 4, they also had me sign up to their membership email list and I got a free sample of gummies on top of that! I am home now after visiting a few hours ago and I feel very sugared out. I btw have 1/2 a pressed gummy bear jar left, 1/2 a box of chocolates (bought 2 originally), and 2 boxes of gummies (out of 3). That's a pretty good start!

Yelp
I love the vibes and energy here!!! Totally recommend!!!Sunday is amazing!!! She did a fabulous job taking care of us from the moment we stepped in to the moment of stepping out. Totally coming back!!! Love it!!!

Yelp
On a late Monday night, coming off a weekend in Vegas and a long day at the office, Sugarfina was really a sweet surprise. I was checking out the newly remodeled Westfield Century City and cashing in all my lovely gift certificates when I walk by the cutest candy shop imaginable. A sign that read GREEN JUICE GUMMY BEARS lured me in. Once inside they had free samples and then I knew I was in for it. I spent what seemed like a half hour asking a million questions and looking at all the flavors. The guy who worked there followed along, all the while being so patient to answer all my questions. I have a feeling Santa will be gifting many people with pricey champagne bears and cocktail kits in the future. I ended up purchasing the sampler pack and I'm glad i did cause I know I'll be back for those sour lips and Cuba Libre, both of which were recommendations from the nice guy who helped me. Top notch customer service! Its always awesome when people take pride in what they do and treat everyone with class and charm.

Jennifer I.

Yelp
This company treats their employees with complete disregard. Their candy is way too expensive for what they are selling, and it is wasteful to use all of that plastic in those boxes. Not worth it to shop there. Go to See's and get some real candy.

Ruchika B.

Yelp
Fun concept and store. It was super entertaining to check out their extensive candy collection and try the famous champagne bears. You couldn't really taste the alcohol in them but they were still delicious gummy bears. Also tried the pressed green juice gummy bears which were also tasty and had a kick of ginger at the end. Gifts from here make great presents. Pricey but good for special occasions.

Yelp
This review is not only for the store but also for the corporate office. I just placed my very last order from Sugarfina because of their terrible customer service. Last month, I stopped by this store to inquire about purchasing their 2.5lb Rosé All Day bears in bulk for my 30th birthday party. The woman working that day said I could place the order at the store whenever I was ready. Since my birthday was still a month away, I didn't want to order the bears that early in case they get stale by the time I actually have the party. Fast forward to today. I was about to place their order online (because now the party is 9 days away) until I noticed that their ground shipping fee was $10. I used their chat service and asked if I could pick up my order from the store to get the shipping fee waived and she said I could. So during my lunch break, I head over to this location and try to place my order. The woman there said that I could NOT place the order at the store and that I would have to fill out a form and wait for the corporate office to contact me. So I filled out the form. Once I got back to my desk, I called Sugarfina to ask the same question I asked via chat - "Could I pick up my order from a store and get the shipping fee waived?" This woman told me no and that I HAD to order it online. Then she tells me that they don't do ground shipping on Thursdays or Fridays so if I placed the order today (Thursday), it probably wouldn't get shipped until Monday and it might not make it in time for my party so I should pay for expedited shipping ($22). I explained that had they told me the correct information to begin with (that I couldn't pick up bulk from the store and maybe the fact that they don't ship on Thursdays and Fridays!) I would have ordered it earlier. Of course, she says there's nothing she could do to compensate for the miscommunication because of "company policy" and then offered a bunch of useless advice (all which required me to spend more money) like: - I should just pay for the expedited shipping - I could go back to the store and buy a bunch of the cubes (which would've been more expensive) - I could spend even more money online ($75 total) to get the coupon code for free ground shipping and hope it arrives on time I was a regular customer of Sugarfina and spent over $100 in these past few months alone on their products. But after this experience, I will never purchase from them again since clearly, my business was not worth them spending even $22 to help me get free expedited shipping to compensate for the miscommunication and inconvenience. The only reason why I didn't give them 1 star is because I actually like the taste of some of their bears. But not enough to support a company with such poor customer service.

Yelp
I love Sugarfina and give props to Emmanuel for being courteous, offering samples, and picking up his coworker's slack but I had a possibly racist experience here today. I stopped in to pick up a quick gift - their new Pressed Juicery collaboration greens bears. I got in line to pay, and there was this white lady behind the counter hosting a tasting of sorts for these other white people, complete with samples and cans of La Croix. I was clearly ready to check out, and I know she saw me standing there. Yet, she proceeded to attend to her guests. Emmanuel was the only other employee that I know of at the time, and he was helping another customer, so he had to rush over to the register and ring me up when he saw there was a queue. But get this - as soon as an older white lady got in line, the female employee dropped everything and immediately helped her out. Wow, is that blatant racism or what? I get that this store is new and still trying to get their act together, but until then, I am going to go to the Sugarfina in Beverly Hills, where I never feel like I have to settle for subpar service. If management reads this, I'm talking about the female employee who was working with Emmanuel on Thursday 4/27 at 5:45pm.

Yelp
Love this place. I've stopped by here a few time now and find it to be a great place to purchase gifts or just simply indulge yourself LOL. The store is beautifully staged with tons of well packed goodies. So many options to choose from you could be there for a while trying to make a decision. Im not a huge candy nut but I'll give anything a try here and there. I was looking for a gift for someone which I did find and bought a few Little extra's for myself :). I usually go the the Sugarfina on Little Santa Monica in Beverly Hills and was glad to know this one just opened in Century City. Such an elegant fancy candy store, Back in the day everyone just got candy at rite aid. LOL

Laquisha T.

Yelp
Enjoyed my night can't wait to go back . I loved the food and how they came out dancing and singing to birthday guest.

Minty M.

Yelp
Hearts Afire. Chewy, gummy explosions of fiery flavor. Like hot sauce in a gummy. Also, they're cute to just leave scattered around, because they never go bad (which makes me wonder about putting them in my stomach, but whatever). Don't buy them all up before I get there, ok? Also, the little clear plexi boxes are good for art projects after you eat all the candy. I hope y'all are not throwing them out. Remember, the garbage you toss goes straight into landfills.

Owen H.

Yelp
Sugarfina is a great candy store. The champagne gummy bears are my favorite things here. I love most of the candy here. It is unlike most normal candy stores and has very original candy types. What they are best at is making their candy and other products good looking. Whenever you buy something, they put it in a nice blue bag with blue wrapping in it. The candy here for formal parties such as weddings or baby showers, in my opinion. The candy here is pretty expensive, though. It is about $5 for a small box of candy. Don't expect to get a good deal here. If you want a cheap movie snack, this isn't the place to go to. It is located in the front of Westfield Century City next to Bloomingdales on the north side. The parking here is in the Westfield Century City parking garage located in the front of the shopping center on Santa Monica Blvd.

S M.

Yelp
I wish I had never entered this location BECAUSE it's addicting. The staff is friendly and helpful and the huge array of different flavors they have is great along with the amount provided. So far my favorite are the lips and my gift was the center of attention. This candy is not going to be .99 cents, but do understand you are getting excellent quality and they have stated all ingredients or allergies on each candy description! I'm looking forward to my next box!

ChickaPea P.

Yelp
I've been to a few of the Sugarfina locations and this location by far was the best in terms of customer service! We were given several samples and told about all the new options. Great experience and nice to know that they keep expanding their flavor options! Great gift ideas for sure.

Julie C.

Yelp
The store is definitely eye catching and I found it difficult to walk by without going inside. When I did enter, I wanted to just browse but "needed" to buy the green juice cleanse gummie bears (especially after the staff told me they sell out regularly...I can be very susceptible to FOMO). The candy itself is very interesting, beautiful and well crafted. The presentation makes me want to throw a wedding or baby shower. I probably wouldn't make purchases here for my personal consumption, but I would definitely consider Sugarfina as a gift or as a place to bring out of town guests for the ooo's and ahhh's.

Jay C.

Yelp
Really nice store! Loved the set up and displays and they were having some great deals. Adela helped my mom and I find some gifts for some family and friends and was tons of help. She even signed me up for their rewards program to earn points as I shop! Thank you Adela!

Ben Nissan M.

Yelp
What a candy store highly recommended they have the most exotic candy you could ever imagine like champagne gummy and tequila chocolate wow we went crazy got like 8 different boxes.

Nycolle H.

Yelp
Stopped by today for the first time with two coworkers and an asian lady was sitting behind the counter and another girl was there and left to the back and was slightly hidden - looked like she was putting her makeup on. we offered ourselves samples that were sitting on the counter by the cash register. Neither girl offered to ask if we needed assistance or if they could make any recommendations. As we were looking around the asian lady moved the sample tray closer to her and it seemed as if she was trying to keep us from getting more which was awkward. Anyway, we were interested in the green juice gummy bears and was given info that they are not real "cleansing" gummies as advertised. My coworker and I purchased one each anyway. We were not offered bags so we had to ask. I did not feel welcomed. I don't see myself going back and I frequent this mall since I work nearby.

Riyah I.

Yelp
If u come here ask for Leah she the truth lit lit an ima drunk love it here it's so cute here it's nice managers nice great service all around I definitely suggest the rainbow sliders as your appetizer...great place

LeLani M.

Yelp
Loved Antonio as our server! He was fast, efficient and made our time here great! No complaints . My 4th time here and he was our best server yet! We love you Antonio!

Y D.

Yelp
Wow! I came in to buy some candy, before I even got to decide I was accused of trying to open the box that I was holding and barely looking at. The obnoxious woman made me pay half way through for no reason. When we asked about a promotion in the store she ignored us. Sunday 5 PM. Management beware of her attitude doesn't work with people paying $8 an ounce of candy!

Novemberpeanut T.

Yelp
I love the products at this store as well as the overall service - generally very courteous and helpful. BUT seriously.... I have to pay 50 cents for the bags now?? The candy already costs $8 per box - do you have any idea how "cheap" charging people for bags is?? Just jack up the price another 50 cents and avoid the headache please! I bought 8 boxes of candy to give as small gifts and then I have to buy the extra bags missing.... it's not the cost of the bag that's annoying, it's the simple fact that you have to highlight the bag issue and force me to cough up more ... You want to be deemed a luxury candy shop?? Act like one.....

Kimberly S.

Yelp
And now they don't take their own gift cards in their store. Who wants to buy overpriced candy online? And pay exorbitant shipping for can't I can get on Amazon. Lame.

Krystal L.

Yelp
Cute store with yummy candy! Melissa was great and really helpful! The champagne bears are really good and so are the chocolates! Would definitely recommend this place for gift giving!

Sh H.

Yelp
Wow! A wonderful and fun presentation This is definitely my favorite place to get the best unique flavored candies. Love the good quality products. Everyone is so friendly, well informed, and helpful.

Bonnie K.

Yelp
This is a late review on my last visit to this store in June. Clearly, this store closes at 9PM and I walked into the store around 8:30PM. There were one male employee and one female employee. The male employee was holding gummy samples, so before going in, I wanted to try some. The male employee was quite friendly and offered samples. However, that female employee gave me a dirty look as soon as I got near their store. She did not smile or say anything. I thought she was a malfunctioning robot. Ok, then I went inside the store to get some gummy bears, the male employee followed through after their chitchat and answered some questions. However, that other female employee was just standing next to the cashier, directly staring at us. I felt that she just wanted us to get out of the store right away, since she wants to leave her work early! Ok, if you don't want to work here, then go find some other job because other people also felt that your service sucked as noted on previous reviews. And I am definitely sure that they are talking about you because you are the only one rude staff. I will never come back to this location.

Mariah L.

Yelp
After a previous bad experience with sugarfina the manger went above and beyond to make me happy. Thanks sugarfina

April M.

Yelp
This was my first time visiting a Sugarfina location and I must say it was by far the best experience I ever had. I was greeted and sampled by D'andre, I was so blown back by his welcoming energy I came in spending way more than I had planned to. Jennifer helped me out with selection of the candy I wanted with her great knowledge and the history of the company. Overall, this is a great location with a great team and I will always come back when I am in California!!!

Delreta S.

Yelp
This location is probably one of the coolest stores. I have visited a few locations and by far this is my favorite. The store has friendly staff and great candy choices.

Kasey B.

Yelp
It's a very nice store with great guest experience. Loved the store!!! Come here :)) they have a wide range of candy that fit in what you need! The champagne bear is unbeatable
